Now let's get into the features that actually make this useful day to day. The biggest one is agent to agent messaging. Every agent has its own persistent inbox. Agents can now send messages to each other. When a message arrives, the receiving agent knows exactly which agent sent it and each agent's personality file teaches it the protocol A, including how to reply. Then there are mentions. You type an at sign and an agent's name in any chat, something like at researcher. Have a look at this. The agent you're talking to hands that message off to the researcher agent, waits for the answer and reports back to you in the same conversation. Here's what that looks like in plain terms. You're chatting with your main agent about a blog post. You type at researcher, pull the latest facts on this topic. Your main agent passes it over. The researcher does the digging with its own memory and its own model, sends the answer back and your main agent folds it into the draft. You watched one conversation. Two agents did the work. Profiles already existed. Each profile is its own isolated setup, its own config, its own memory, its own skills, its own credentials, its own chat history, all stored in its own folder on your machine.
