Last founder, Yeah, now they're only owners So, Jack Dorsey, after he moved on from Twitter, he built something called as Block, which is Square, which is very popular fintech, you might have heard of in the US, this tweet, shook up the internet and everyone else, 64 million views on this, Okay? What was this? His team, had 10,000 people, his business, was growing faster than ever, Okay? 10,000 people, 4,000 people, 4,000 people, and the reasoning, is this, we are making this tough decision, because, not because we are in trouble, our business is strong, gross profit continues to grow, we continue to serve more and more customers, profitably, but something has changed, we are seeing that the intelligence tools, we are creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working, which fundamentally changes, what it means to build and run a company, just, I got chills when I read this, because, what is this saying? This saying, that it's not your fault, first of all, right? Business is good, because AI, it's not bad for us, it's growing, it's growing, it's growing, but, we saw, those people, those AI tools, that we are using, they are able to considerably build, and do so much better, that we don't need so much, but there is a, caveat here, what is that? The caveat is, paired with smaller and flatter teams, and, we are already seeing that, when people are working, when smaller teams are working, with these tools, so what does it mean, about the other 4000 people? That they are not working, with these tools? Yes! They were not expanding themselves, they were tasking, Now I tell you, what is even crazier? What? Meta, laid off 8000, or laying off 8000 people, Oracle laid off 30,000 people, India may be very effective, 30? 30, 3-0, 20% of their workforce, globally, including a ton of people in India, Okay? Story same, business is doing great, best quarters ever, highest profitability ever, but laying off people, why is it happening? This is what the scary part is, large companies, there is one side of the story, where they are like, efficiency has increased, we do not have so much, they have to give them, the ones who are doing good, the ones who are doing good, they are continuing to have jobs, the other thing that is happening, with Oracle, Meta, and all of that is, they are laying off people, at, Meta is also almost 10%, 15% something, Oracle is 20%, taking that money, if you lay off 10,000 people, that billions of dollars of money saved, in salaries, they take that money in, and you know where they are investing in? AI infrastructure, they are buying more GPUs, and AI infrastructure, so what will happen, and then what will happen, and people will come, and people will come, and people will come, and what will happen, and the money will come in the AI infrastructure, it's a bloody vicious cycle, it's a cycle over, cycle over, cycle, okay, this is one side of the story, now, the thing that worries me a lot, the world today which is more AI engineers and smarter brains they move faster now when the AI engineer itself is an AI then we are living in singularity because AI is self evolving and making itself better when AI can make itself better you basically have unlimited AI engineers working 24 7 leading to something thousand times more powerful which is super intelligent and that is ASI so this is a wave curve okay many people defend it too some people say Sam Altman that it can't happen that there will be a point of time where there will be rapid acceleration now there will be rapid acceleration so I can't imagine what a actually is but Daryu Amode and all these people say no there will be rapid acceleration the moment AGI happens because self-learning end to end then you will grow so fast that no catch up that is why every single lab is behind one thing that we have to AGI so the brothers will reach AGI they will be the first set of people to hit ASI as well and you will have such an you look at the big picture that makes sense right now because where there are data centers not for India region so all the dollar value will flow through this of course tax holiday for next 10-15 years after that tax will be done until this will happen true so there is a good side of the story which India has played there as well though we were not able to build our indigenous AI which I'm still hoping that we will make something because there's lot of work happening but we have in a way figured out a way to be part of that value chain by doing data centers and why is that is listening to the Wysax Google is investing close to 15 billion dollars Meta is investing they're building after US largest data centers in the world are being built in India in Vishak Vietnam why why one is that during covid they built out that you know internet infrastructure under water wiring and all there is port and India gave those subsidies where tax already it's a herd mentality dude like Google So, you need a platform for that. What is that platform? So, for this, a good platform is Feedly.com. Feedly is a platform which aggregates all the news. It's a news reader. I know. It aggregates all the news. Now, Feedly also has an AI extension. Okay. So, what I can do is, and I know it's on Zapier. So, usually, when you have to automate something, then we see that, this is not in the tools. Okay. Feedly is a platform where news aggregates. So, my first step, what I'll do is, I'll say Feedly Zapier. I mean, there's no integration in Zapier. Okay. Okay. Great. Right? So, I have to make an agent. And this report, let's say, is in my email. Every day. So, what I can say is, I can come here, which is, we are on Zapier agents. First bot. And I'll be like, what I want you to do is, I want a news aggregation on Indian politics every single day. I'm a creator who creates content on politics. Every day morning at 9 a.m. on everything that happened over the course of last 24 hours. I want you to pull all the critical news that has happened in the last 24 hours on Indian politics from Feedly by using the right keywords. And as you get that information, I want an AI to be able to go through all that information, cut out noise, put things that matters, and make a list of five news articles or five summarized points of each one of them in form of a paragraph. So, over the course of last 24 hours, you aggregate the information, find the top five pieces, put them all together, send me an email. And that is the agent that I want you to build. That's it. Oh, yeah. I've explained what I want. I'll click on create agent. You know what Zapier agent will do? It will automatically look for the connector. Ideally, it should be able to find Feedly. It should be able to build that layer of AI in the middle. It should be able to build the layer of Gmail also. All of this will be. All of this will be. All of this will be able to log in the gate. That's it. It's a simple. Look at this. It has started to ask me, connect your Gmail account. because I have to go here, connect a new account. But you get the idea. Yeah. Yeah. So, that is what it does. And then you make an email. So, once the whole thing is done, what you will see is, this is the flow. You have built the flow right now. Right? Now it's asking, set up this tool. Set up this. In fact, it has a web search tool. So, it picked that up directly. And it's your knowledge source. Either to mention that these are the kind of content that I create. These are 10 topics that have gone viral. These are 10 topics that have not gone viral. like chat GPT Gemini drag and drop but actually it's simple so what is this agent is an open source agent right you have a github repository of that it's an open source agent what means it's code it's you can make changes to the code if you want to if you're a developer but I don't development anything doesn't do I don't do so we will use it and improve without writing code now for you to do job finder and apply every day correct and whatever we are teaching right now can be applied for you to make any kind of employee you want we are making an employee create form yes now because it's an open source agent it is so the computer has to be on all the time because it has to live somewhere but the problem with computer is one if you want to go YOLO like me you can do that but it's a little what was your insight out of today one key insight you you tell me I have it I want you to answer okay for me it was why did it because I thought that you're ready yes okay you don't have to finish exhaust the time okay if you're ready faster than that I'm more than happy hmm mainly the highlight was probably the very small highlight but that that I can become a employee of myself now out of because because now there are so many roles and technology and work so much evolve I don't know who to hire I don't know what the shape and form is what happens I just know that I want to hire but I don't know from which company to find who to find what is this person's role going to be what exactly is going to be to me that then agent or hustinger it's incredible because now how I am processing it is for my work the problem that I'm not able to do or I'm not able to do or tedious that I don't hire new employees I can just build an agent and do it and build a complicated agent today that was like a very base level type of agent that if you give them they will do it today is like complex he will think in real time and think in real time and think in real time I mean I can think of seven people in my head who are going to do it good nice that was the thing the ability to create new employees in just one chat with my computer is to me that ability like imagine the possibilities what can happen that comes to the first point that my takeaway of today would be what you gave me is a hard takeaway what I want to speak about is a soft takeaway is that have slash learn the ability to convey what you want is going to be one of the most important skills that you need to tell yes because we are heading towards a world of command to build the nuance was I don't need a quiz app I don't need a quiz app I need a quiz app I need a right answer with it and I need a coaching with it yeah if you are able to command it well you will be able to build well are you a good delegator to an AI AI delegator I think the first line that you said is incredible ability to say what you want very powerful that is one one very important two instead of if you are paranoid about what will happen to my jobs and everything the way you should think about this jobs are evolving how do I optimize to be the first to end cash on it nice because most people out there in the world are thinking AI is Chad GPT I know it is not I have seen a glimpse of it or you will see a glimpse of it based on where you will put this so you have an unfair advantage unfair advantage is the arbitrage of information how do I leverage this arbitrage of information to be ahead of most of the people instead of seeing it as fear yes see it as an opportunity absolutely that is what we are trying to convey for such a lifetime and the fact that you are watching it here till now probably the fourth episode it means you are already in the game and you are ahead of majority of the people who have no idea that everything exists to be now you need to get ahead of that 5% also by building it yes so see it as an opportunity because you have become a lot of new opportunities and money and winning opportunities created on all yes great yeah I also feel just to add on that that that is the 2020 time in our lives that me and Weber we were not content creators we were working in different worlds in different worlds probably we were 100-500,000 followers and we thought that we will make content and content creators right at that time people were consuming from Covid reels yes reels tiktok so there was a huge opportunity that arbitrage window there were many people who will become new stars because it was real and we used that opportunity and probably that's one of the biggest reasons I think that's the biggest reason exactly which is you and I are sitting here yeah we both have products that's the same opportunity same same same can I correct you?
