Imagine giving every AI agent you use one shared brain, one screen, and one memory that never forgets you. I did this with the new Hermes AI Agent operating system, and it blew my mind. In this video, I'll show you exactly how the system turns your AI into a full 24-7 team, one that works whilst you sleep, watches your competitors around the clock, and finishes hours of work from a single goal, saving you massive amounts of time and putting you light years ahead of everyone else. And the whole thing is extremely powerful, plus you can even run it on free models. Stick around because near the end, I'll show you goal mode, the most powerful part of this entire system. Let's get into it. So first of all, you need to understand the problem this fixes, because right now most people are using AI with a broken setup, and they don't even know it. Here's what's going on. You've probably got Claude opening one tab, maybe ChatGPT in another voice app somewhere, notes scattered around all three or ten different places even, five tabs, five logins with zero shared memory. And every single time you open up a new chat, you're explaining yourself over and over again. You explain who you are, who your customers are, you're pacing the same context. And this is like hiring a brilliant assistant. It's smart, it's fast, it's great at everything, but you lock them in a different building for every job. So if you want to talk, you have to go to the chat. If you want something built, you have to go to the task building. If you want them to remember yesterday, sorry, no building for that. The assistant is smart, but the office is a mess. And that's AI for most people in 2026. Here's the framework that fixes it. It's called the one screen AI team. And the idea is simple. One screen, one shared memory, every agent used, Claude, Hermes, OpenClaw, whatever, comes out next month, all sitting behind doors on the same dashboard, all reading from the same brain. So you stop visiting your AI and you give it a desk. And once your AI has a desk, everything changes because now it remembers you. It knows your business. It works whilst you sleep. And when a new model drops, which happens every single week now, you can plug it in like a new chip in two clicks and you're done. Let me show you what's actually inside this thing. So when you open up the agent operating system, you land on the mission control. This is a home screen. So you can see every agent. You can see whether it's online, what it's working on, and live activity stream of everything happening across the whole setup. From there, you've got the chat with Hermes. And from here, you can type anything, response and everything gets saved. Then there's Hermes Apollo. This is the voice side. So you can talk it out loud like a phone call with your assistant. You can say, hey, Hermes, switch this on in the response. You don't need to type. And then you've got Hermes Oracle. So Hermes Oracle watches your competitors. It runs on a schedule. It checks what they're doing and reports back more on how that works in a minute because the scheduling part is where it actually gets really good. And we've got Hermes Astros. This one monitors keywords in your industry and hands you content ideas. If you make content of any kind, this one alone is worth the setup. So that's chat, voice, competitor monitoring, and keyword research, all with one screen or sharing one memory with Obsidian. Now, quick pause because a lot of you are going to want this system without building it yourself. Inside the AI Profit Boardroom volume, you get the full agent operating system as a zip file. You can download it. We've got roadmaps. You can jump on video coaching calls. You can ask questions, get all the features from this. And we've already helped 3,800 business with this exact setup. Link in the comments description or go to theairprofitboardroom.com if you want to get the Hermes agent OS from us. Now the part that makes this whole system actually work, the memory. Everything in the agent OS connects to an Obsidian vault. If you've never heard of Obsidian, it's just a folder of notes on your computer. That's it. Nothing fancy. But here's what happens. Every time you chat with Hermes, the conversation gets saved into that vault automatically. So every task, every decision, every piece of context about your business, it all gets written down. It's all searchable. And here's the part that matters. Every agent reads from that same vault. So for example, Claude Code pulls from it. Hermes pulls from it. Qwen 3.8 pulls from it. Free Claude Code, for example. Musespark Whatever you're using, it gets pulled from. Which means that when you switch models, the new model already knows your business, already knows what you decided last week, already knows your customers, your offers, your style, and you never have to explain yourself again. And there are thousands of saved sessions sitting in my vault right now. Thousands. And I didn't need to create a single one. And not one of them needed to re-explain it. So if you compare that to the old way, new chat, blank slate, so here's what my business does for the 400th time, that time adds up. Hours a week, gone, just repeating yourself to a machine. Now let's talk about the Kanban board as well, because this is where prompts turn into something better. So a Kanban board is just a job board. Columns for to-do and progress and done. You've probably seen this one before, even if you didn't know the name. But here's the difference. On this board, you don't write prompts. You file tickets. You type what you want done. Like, for example, write five email drafts for the spring promotion. And a dispatcher picks it up, spawns a worker agent, and that agent builds it whilst you're doing something else entirely. So you can come back later, check the board, and the work has moved to done. One quick example, for example, let's say you run a small shop and you need product descriptions. You can file one ticket before lunch, and the drafts are waiting when you get back. That's a shift. And you stop babysitting your AI and start managing it like an actual team. Now, here's where most people's brains put up a wall, and it's the first belief we need to break, which is, this looks technical. I can't set this up. Here's the thing. This whole thing installs from a zip file. So you can copy one folder, run one install command, and open a webpage. And the dashboard even works with zero agents installed. You can just add them one at a time, and only the ones you actually want. You don't need a GitHub account. You don't need a cloud account. You don't need to touch anything scary. And the whole setup, when I set up on a new device, took about 30 minutes. But it's the single biggest time saver in the entire system. Which brings me to goal mode. So you can type in one goal, something big. For example, something that would normally take you a whole day, and then you can walk away, and Hermes will loop on that goal autonomously for hours. So it can plan. It can work. It can keep going. You're not there. You're not clicking. You might be at the gym, or you're just out and about walking around. Then you come back, open the dashboard. The finished work is just sitting there. So one goal in, and hours of work out with zero touches in between. Let's say, for example, you've got a big project you keep putting off because it needs a full day of focus. You don't have. This is the answer. You can type in at night, wake up to progress, and that's goal mode. And honestly, once you've used it, going back to sit in there, prompting line by line, feels like going back to dial up internet. Now, remember Hermes Oracle from earlier, the competitor Watcher? Well, here's how the scheduling actually works, because this is the second layer of automation most people miss. The system runs on cron jobs. That's a fancy name for a very simple idea, which is tasks that run on a timer automatically without you. So Oracle checks your competitors every few hours on its own. You can open it up and see it updated five hours ago without anyone touching it. Astros does the same with your industry keywords. Fresh research delivered on a schedule whilst you do literally nothing else. Think about what that replaces. Hours every week, reading competitor sites, scrolling news, trying to keep up with your whole industry. All of it now runs in the background on a timer. You can also create scheduled jobs from the managed job tab too. So if you want a weekly report on something, you can set it once it runs forever. Which brings us to belief number two that needs breaking. Some people are going to say AI can't be trusted to work alone. And that's a fair concern. Nobody wants an agent deleting things or making moves it shouldn't. So that's why Hermes has guardrails built in. If the agent hits anything risky, for example, like deleting a file or doing something it's not sure about, it stops and asks you first. Then it parks the task and comes back to it after you answer. So the agent works alone on the safe stuff and checks in on the risky stuff. Same as a good employer would. You get the speed of autonomy without handing over the keys blind. Now let's talk about swapping models. Because this is quietly one of the best parts of the system. New AR models drop constantly now. It's every week, sometimes every day. And with the old setup, every new model meant a new website, new login, a new subscription, and starting your contacts from scratch. With the agent operating system, a new model is just a chip you slot into the desk. So real example, LFM 2.5 dropped, plugged in the next day. Musespark 1.2 came out this week. We already plugged it in. Qwen 3.8 plugged in it. Two clicks in the manage tab. You go to new models, pick the one that you want, and then you're good to go from there. So you can change the models inside this section. So the models change. Your memory doesn't. Your workflows don't. Your dashboard doesn't. Everything you've built stays exactly where it is. And the new brain just slides in behind it. And that means you never fall behind again. Whatever comes out next month, and something big always comes out next month, your system is ready for it the day it drops. And now belief number three. And this is what everyone asks about, which is, doesn't this burn a lot of tokens? Isn't this expensive to run? Here's the honest answer. It can be if everything you run is on frontier models, but you don't have to do it that way. So you can use three local models that are built in. LFM 2.5 2B, for example, or OmniRouter. These can run either locally or with free APIs, and they cost you nothing per message, and they're fast. And here's a nice detail. LFM was actually trained on Hermes agent data. So it fits into the system like a glove. Hermes itself is a free open source project. You can even use, for example, free Claude Code, and that is another open source project where you can plug in OmniRouter as the brain. And we have a free AI coder as well. So the same task that might cost a couple of dollars in tokens on a premium model can cost zero on the local setup. You just pick premium when the job really matters and free for the bulk work. And most days, like a mix of these covers everything. You also don't need like a monster computer running this. So if your laptop can run a browser, it can run this. One final thing before we wrap up the tour, and this one surprises people, is that you can use this entire system from anywhere in the world. The dashboard runs on your home computer, but there's actually a free tool called Tailscale. It takes about 10 minutes to set up. We've actually got a tutorial inside the AI Profit Boardroom onboarding on it. And you can open up that same dashboard from a laptop in another country, or even from your phone. It's the same task, same chat history, same memory. You can just open a bookmark, and your whole command desk is right there, like you never left your desk. So travel doesn't break your system anymore. Your AI team stays home and keeps working, and you check in from wherever you are. So let's put the old way and the new way side by side, because the gap is the whole point. The old way, five tabs, five logins, zero shared memory. You explain your business in every window. Your answers are scattered across tools and lost by Friday. Nothing runs unless you are sitting there clicking, and every new AI means one more disconnected account to manage. The new way is one screen. You speak, you type, you file a ticket. Same employee answers every time. It reads your obsidian vaults, it already knows you. Every session is saved and searchable. Workers ship builds off the Kanban board whilst you sleep. Scheduled jobs research your market on a timer, and every new model is just one more chip at the desk. So the people running the old way and the people running the new way are using the same AI models, same intelligence. The only difference is the office. One group locked their assistant in five separate buildings. The other gave it a desk, and that's what we're doing. And here's the thing worth sitting with as well. The models keep getting better on their own, so you don't need to control that, right? But the system around them, that part is completely in your hands. And the system is what decides whether AI saves you two hours a week or 20. Also, small note, if you're picky here, you don't have to use everything in it. There's a music generator, a video agent, an SEO content system, AI avatars, loads more. But just use what fits inside your business. You can hide the rest with one single click. So if you never touch OpenClaw, for example, you can hide it. The desk is yours to arrange. And here's where this leaves you. If you want to build this out yourself, the pattern is there. You wire up the dashboard, you connect the vault, you install the agents one by one. Totally doable. Or you can skip all of that inside the AirPro for boarding. We have the full Hermes agent operating system waiting as a ready-to-go install zip file with a 30-day roadmap that takes you from never touch this to a full working command desk. Which agents to install in what order, how to connect your Obsidian memory, how to set up your first goal mode run, how to schedule your first Oracle competitor check. And there are also four weekly coaching calls every week where you can share your screen and get your actual Hermes setup fixed live. And you get daily tutorials that drop every time Hermes ships something new. So Apollo, Oracle, Asteros, they're all covered the day they land. There's a prompt library full of ready-made tickets for the Kanban board. And with 3,800 biz zones inside, many are already running this exact system. The member map also lets you find people near you doing the same thing. Plus someone's always online 24-7 when you hit a snag at midnight. Link in the comment description or go to the theairprofitboardroom.com. Because here's the honest close. The AI stopped being the hard part a while ago. The models are brilliant. They've been brilliant. The hard part now is to set up around them. Most people set up is five scattered tabs or different apps or different tools and a memory that resets every morning. Fix the office and the brilliant assistant finally gets to do brilliant work. One screen, one memory, one AI team that never clocks out. That's a Hermes agent operating system. I'll see you in the next one.
