Imagine one single dashboard that controls all of your AI agents. They all work together, they all talk to each other, and they all do jobs for you around the clock. That's the Agent OS. And today you're going to see how powerful it really is. One of our community members connected it to his online store and now it creates all of his social media content for him automatically. Another member built his entire setup with mission control, memory and custom workflows, and I'll show you both later in this video. I'm also answering your biggest AI questions today, including the new Claude rules that just dropped shorter prompts now beat longer ones. And this one change makes your agents smarter overnight. Plus there's one security step you absolutely must do before letting your agents loose. So stick with me because I'll show you exactly what it is. By the end of this video, you'll know how to run your own team of AI agents that work for you day and night. Let's get into it. So today we're going to be answering some of the latest questions inside the AI Profit Boardroom. And we've got one here from Stan, which is, are we able to run AI, multi AI models in parallel on the same tasks? So there's multiple ways you could do this. You could do this inside Open Router. If you actually go inside the chat section. So on Open Router, go to chat here. You can select and add multiple different models. So you can compare two side by side on the same tasks. That makes sense. This way you can compare outputs on the same task. So let's say, for example, we wanted to test Qwen 3.7 versus Claude Open 5. You could say, OK, create a beautiful website and then it will have them working side by side here and you can compare the outputs. What I also like to do is on Goldie Bench, I'll test out the same prompts on each model. And then inside the compare section, you can actually see, OK, how do these models compare? Which one create the best options? You know, how do the models look side by side? You can test each of these side by side for the models. So that's inside the compare section. Now, also inside the agent OS over here, you can have multiple different models working side by side on the same task. So you can have, for example, like Claude and Hermes, one tab with Claude, one tab with Hermes. You give it the same task and you can compare them side by side as well. I think if you wanted the simplest option, it would be Open Router chat. But if you wanted like a quick compare, you can check out my outputs on Goldie Bench. And then you also have the agent operating system inside the AI Profit Boardroom as well. We also had another question from Doug, which is about using Claude code. So basically recently, Claude code released a new way of prompting Claude that they recommend for context engineering. Some of it they've already built into Claude code. And then some of it you can actually use and implement when you're using Claude code or any other tool like this. Let me show you an example. So this is the article. And basically they've talked about the new rules of context engineering for Claude 5. Now, what they actually found was that they removed 80% of Claude code system prompt for Claude 5 generation models. And so what that means essentially is like they removed a lot of the fluff and found that they got the same outputs on coding benchmarks. So when they reduced the prompts and the context that Claude is using on, for example, with Claude Opus 5 and Fable 5, there was no measurable loss on the coding evaluations. So one of the biggest takeaways from all this is like reduce the amount of rules, simplify your prompts, simplify your skills, and just let Claude think for itself. Use its own judgment. Now, for me personally, I still prefer Fable 5 a lot more to Opus 5. I find Opus 5 goes off track a little bit and also is very, very slow. So if you're going to pick between these two models, I would go with Fable 5 for sure. But yeah, the 80-20 of it is simplify your prompts, simplify your rules, give Claude more room for judgment, and try to de-bloat your Claude MD file as well. This is pretty cool as well. So Michael was talking about what he's done with his agent operating system. So that's this system, as you can see right here. We give it away inside the AI Profit Boardroom. And what it is, is like basically a whole system for controlling all of your agents. You can plug in all of your agents and they work together, right? And so what he's actually set up here with Cursor was an agent OS promo machine, which syncs his eBay listings to agent OS and then creates social media content based on that, which is absolutely insane. And you can see an example of it right here. Now, I think this is fantastic because what you can do is once you've got that agent OS system and you can get ARs or you can build your own if you prefer as well. But the main point here is like you can customize it. You can make it your own. You can personalize it. You can change the UI. You can add in your own workflows. So that's just a great example of what you can do with the agent OS and how powerful it can be. Bear in mind, like Michael just signed up, set up, and he's good to go. He's built his own custom automations into it directly. We've got another question from Mohammed. Who says he's been doing go high level voice agents automations for a long time and he's just getting back into it and he feels like he's walking into a different industry. I know that feeling because like it feels like AI just changes so much. So he was watching our videos and decided to join. So two things he's here to figure out. So number one, how to properly bring AI into his business, not just build it for others, and how to get clients consistently. Great questions. So let's start with number one. So what I recommend for anyone joining is that you actually audit your time and you figure out, okay, where are you spending your time? And then how can you automate that with AI? So for example, if you spend a lot of time generating images, you might want to set up a custom GPT to generate those images and automate it for you exactly how you want by building into a custom GPT. Or let's say, for example, you are using go high level, like you mentioned, Mohammed. Well, then you could actually set up the AI agent feature that's just been built in there and start automating what you're spending your time on. But the workflow is basically audit your time, measure what you're doing day to day and where you spend most of your time. And then for each task, figure out, okay, what is the most important automation I can build this week? And you just focus on one automation per week to build. If you rinse and repeat that one time per week, you'll be building 50 automations per year. And that is a huge amount of time. You might find that you only need to automate three or four things to actually save a lot of time. But the main point is, this is how you can cycle up and save a lot of time and actually implement it inside your business. Then when it comes to actually building the automation, I would just go into something like code code and be like, right, here's the task I'm working on day to day. Can you help me set up an automation to build it? And then based on that, it's going to give you a app or a web app that you can use or a custom skill that you can use day to day. And you just want to test it, iterate it, give it feedback, and then test it again and repeat that cycle. That's what I do day to day. And then the next question is how to get clients consistently in this new market. Great question. So for me personally, the number one way that I found to get clients is by documenting what I'm working on day to day. So for example, if I'm working on an SEO workflow that I'm excited about, I'll share that on YouTube, on, for example, Twitter, on my social media, and I'll show people what I'm working on. And by doing that, number one, I position myself as an expert. Number two, anyone who's interested in automations like that sees that I can build them and comes to me and asks me to build them for them. And also, it builds an audience. And if you build an audience, you build goodwill. You build people who trust you. And that leads to getting more clients as well. So I tend to find that content marketing is the best way to get clients. And then you can just drive them to a book a call page, get the call booked in. And you want to spend most of your time if you're trying to get clients on creating content and then jumping on the sales course with them. We actually have a full course for agencies, which I'll link to. Now, so some people asking about like, you know, what's the best way to run an agentic operating system in a secure way? So a legendary member of the group, Fan, actually created a bunch of security rules that's ready to copy and paste into the agent OS. So if you want to get that, I'll put that inside the guide here for setup. But you can see some of the rules here. For example, I ask before making changes. Only work on read-only tasks. Use approval levels. Like these are really good ways to improve the way your agent operating system works. So I've added that in over here. But that is the 80-20 of it. So really cool. Thank you, Fan. We've got another question here from Ted, who's asked, you know, switching from Thrive themes to something cheaper. And said, can anyone out here recommend how to switch my WordPress sites from Thrive themes to a free or almost free solution? And there's some good ideas here. First thing I do is just make sure you have a clear backup. And don't do anything drastic with your websites because you don't want to mess it up. And I've seen plenty of people mess it up because they switched too quickly without preparing everything. But I'm sure you already thought of that. If not, make sure you do it. As for free setups, I actually saw something recently called InStatic. Now, I've not tested this out, but it is an open source project. And this is an open source alternative to Webflow, to Framer, to WordPress, etc. So it's an agentic self-hosted visual CMS. Might be something worth looking into. I've not tested that out myself. Usually with hosting, there is a cost. Unless you're, for example, you know, just creating a blog on Medium or Substack, which is free. And I would start with just a staging deployment. So if you're switching from, for example, Thrive themes to something else like a free setup with WordPress, then run it on a staging site. Test it actually works first. And then you can deploy it once you're happy with it. We've got another question from Inez, who says, hi there. I'm thinking about signing up for Moonshot subscription with Hermes. But most of what I find says you can only use it with the API, which I find expensive. So can you or can't you use a subscription with Hermes agent? If yes, and how? So yes, you can definitely use Kimi and your subscription with Hermes agent. Here's how to do it. So we just need to go into our terminal. Then we're going to run Hermes like so. Make sure that's working. And then I'm going to open up a new tab here and we'll do Hermes model, right? So you type in Hermes model like so. From here, you're going to scroll down to Kimi forward slash Moonshot. And you can see inside the instructions that it says coding plan. And then you just need to grab an API key from your coding plan, which is included in the subscription. So you can see, for example, we have Allegro as a plan here. And we just need to go to the console with Kimi. Then click create API key like this. And I'm just going to create a test one. We copy that. Go back to terminal here. Paste in the API key and select Kimi K3. Now if we start Hermes again, you'll see it like so. So you can see what Kimi K3 added inside Hermes. And that's good to go. So it's pretty simple. It's a six stage process. But you can use Kimi K3 of your coding plan. And it's pretty simple. By the way, if you want me to answer your questions like this, feel free to post inside the AirProfit boardroom. And I'll help you as much as I can. So you can see, for example, we've given step by step instructions plus a video tutorial today plus screenshots on exactly how to do this. Just to help you as much as we can. So this is pretty cool. So Jason posted about Codex Voice Chat. And from what I've seen, it's really good. So if you're watching this and you've never used the voice, it's pretty simple. So you make sure you've got a ChatGPT subscription. Then you're going to go to ChatGPT like so. So from here, you select the voice option inside the app. And you can use it from there. It's really good. The only thing that I found is it's a little bit slow at times. And it struggles to do things with computer use. But for actually orchestrating AI agents and having multiple things being built in the background, really, really good. It's also good for like setting up certain settings. So, for example, if I need to change audio settings and I'm not sure what I'm doing, then it's really useful for that. We actually have a full tutorial on it over here. It's pretty crazy as well. Like, you know, for example, Vinny sharing this win right here. It's unbelievable what you can do with AI. As you can see, it's just really inspiring to see some of the wins inside here as well. Michael says a new Gartner survey shows that 22% of organizations are reducing entry level hiring due to AI automation. And says the focus rapidly moving from traditional entry level stuff to agent management. Right. That's what people want. I 100% agree. I don't think the AI is ready to take over anything too advanced inside enterprise. But if it's like a basic entry level job, for example, like data inputs or, for example, like managing spreadsheets, data analysis, even content creation. AI is really powerful for that. Like if there was ever a time to start learning AI today, it's never been easier to use, but it's never been seen as more important. It's never been as in demand as today. So it's growing rapidly as an industry. So, you know, for anyone watching this, I'm sure you're really interested in AI and that's why you're watching this anyway. But for sure, it's something to pay attention to. Lois has built out their own agent OS, as you can see here. So they've set up the mission control, Obsidian, Claude Code, Paperclip. Pretty amazing. A lot of people sharing the journey inside the group. Like, so good to see. Justin was looking for recommendations on local SEO and also GBP optimization. Right. So optimizing your local listings for your website. So GBP is not something that I'm 100% an expert in. Just want to be 100% transparent with you. And I'll show you some cool stuff that worked on recently. So we've done a couple of really good interviews with amazing people at local SEO, which I'll add here. So one with Joy Hawkins and also Paul Truscott, both really good local SEO. So for email management across multiple different agents, one thing I haven't tested out because I don't really like to give my agents access to email. But I do have one Hermes agent with his own separate profile. So there's something called Xero. And Xero allows you to have multiple different accounts that you can use and manage for your emails. I would be careful and just set up with a test account first. Make sure you're happy with it. Make sure you're comfortable with it. Read through the skill file as well, just to make sure that it's something you want to give your email accounts access to. But you can run multiple accounts with it. And it has a unified inbox. So you can connect like multiple different email providers to it. Michael was asking about training local models. Now, usually when I'm using local models, number one, I actually don't think they're that great. But number two, I'll usually link that to my Obsidian database. So it has my memory built in and it's custom trained on that. But if you mean like fine tuning, that's not something I've tested out. So it'd be interesting to know what you're doing. If you want to direct message me, I can take a look for you and just give you some ideas. So we've got a question from Vinay, which is, Are backlinks still the biggest ranking factor in SEO in 2026? So for me, I definitely think backlinks play a huge part in ranking your website because it's really the only differentiator between like good and bad content. Like if you look at all of these different LLM models, whether that's Google AIO views or whether that's you automating content with Claude, for example, they can all create expert content. So what's the differentiator? Well, it's not the content because we can all automate them. It's not the keywords because we can all automate that too. I think there's really two off page signals that help you a lot, which is number one, brand searches. So for example, if someone's typing in the AI profit boardroom a lot, then that makes us look like a real brand, which means that Google is more likely to trust us as an authority. And then also backlinks because it's still hard to build backlinks, still takes a lot of time. And that's why most people don't do it and haven't really figured out a good way to create backlinks consistently through automation. We actually have a bunch of websites, for example, like this one. And you can see here that the traffic is growing massively over time as we build more backlinks. So it definitely helps with rankings. I've given you an example of one that has both because this has branded traffic, but it also has backlinks pointing to it. And we're consistently building more backlinks to the AI profit boardroom.com as well regularly. So that's basically it for all the questions. I've answered every single question inside the AI profit boardroom community.
