Kimi K3 + Hermes AI Agent is INSANE!

Today I want to show you Kimi K3 plus Hermes and show you how it works, etc. So for example, we've created a new profile called Kimi K3 inside the HNOS with Hermes and just tested it out so far, works pretty well. What you can actually do is use the coding plan and then with the coding plan you can log into Hermes directly if you want to know how to do that. What you can do over here is you can go to your terminal like so and then open up a new tab, type in Hermes model and then from there you can actually go over inside the model drop down and you can select Moonshot. So Kimi Moonshot over here and then just log in with the coding plan and from there you can start using it. Now the other option that you have for this is you can go to your manage dashboard over here, go to models and then change the model like so, type in Kimi, refresh your models if you need to and from there you can switch the model as well. That's another option. Now if you're using the chat inside Kimi Direct, that's one way to use it. However, what I would say with that is you're not really getting the full organic power of it. So let me give you an example. We can do like forward slash learn and then we can take a guide. Let's take for example this guide on Hermes Agent and Kimi K3. Put forward slash learn and then we'll give it the link to the guide. And what Hermes Agent can actually do is go read that guide, digest it and then actually learn it as a skill so you can come back to it later. However, I would say that's like a tiny little fragment of what Kimi K3 can actually do. using the system. So something else that we actually did is we used the latest update from Blender which is like a 3D modeling tool and so this can really show you how for example you can use MCPs with an agent to build out something more complex. Because if you're just using the chat like it's fun but it's not that powerful. So what we did over here is we had Kimi K3 agentically linked through an MCP with Blender and then it can actually model a 3D product like you see and create the video promo for it as well. And this is a system I call the imagination printer so you can get a 3D model of whatever world or product or whatever you want to use directly with Blender MCP. This just came out like 24 hours ago and now you can like create promos or product shoots or whatever you want. Pretty amazing stuff. I mean here's some more examples of how you can use Kimi K3 agentically with Blender via Hermes. Now if we come back to this now you can see that Kimi K3 used that tool pretty well. So we used forward slash learn with the guide as before and it was like learned here's what I took from it and it breaks down what it is the core lessons it saved and then what it did with it. And after that it's actually created a skill which you can view right here saved locally to your Hermes agent and that skill is basically the skill of using Kimi K3 with Hermes agents. Every time we're using Kimi K3 as the brain of Hermes and Hermes as a hands it understands exactly how Kimi K3 works from that system which is pretty cool. So what we can also do is we can use something a bit more powerful. So what we've got over here is a system called Hermes Oracle and you can use Kimi K3 as a brain for for example drafting content, publishing SEO content and what it's doing. This is still Hermes agent which is inside of her custom workflow. It is pulling in the latest news from Twitter organizing it by what's trending. So you can see for example this just got refreshed automatically on a cron job from Hermes agent seven hours ago and it's pulling in the latest topics from Twitter. The most trending news organizing it by which topic is trending the most. So aka that is Kimi K3 right now topping the front end code arena. And then from here we can draft content for social media or we can publish that content to WordPress. So if we click on publish to WordPress that will actually create an SEO optimized blog targeting that keyword targeting the topic here and then ranking it on Google directly. Which is pretty insane in itself considering you can do that in one button and it's automatic. You don't need to touch or do anything here. Now what we also have is a similar system called Hermes Astros. And so because Kimi K3 is very good agentically, very powerful tool, it can run long horizon tasks as well. You can actually get it to monitor your competitors or keywords. So for example here we have track competitors and we have keywords as well that we monitor. And this is all inside our agent operating system which is inside the AirProfit Boarding. And using Hermes agent we can then monitor, find out on a scheduled task daily what's trending right now. And then how can we create content around that that will actually rank. So if we have a look for example we can open this up. It gives us unique titles based on our competitor. Unique angles for that particular piece of content. And then we can plug that into our video agent inside the Agent OS. We can create infographics, research reports or even for example podcasts with notebook Lent and the MCP there. And we have SEO content over here. And that's really how you can link Kimi K3 and the full power of it inside a full ecosystem. Where it's not just going back and forth inside the chat. But it's actually looking at trending topics. Analyzing your competitors. Researching certain keywords. Then creating content on your websites. Creating social media content. And finding unique angles for marketing. So it's like a full powered marketing machine. The other thing that you could do and this will be very very interesting. Is that you could use mixture of agents. Which is basically like a panel of frontier models. That you can have working alongside each other. And then using that system we could have Kimi K3. So cheaper models like Kimi K3 and GLM 5.2. Working together, fused together inside this system. And then we can ask that to generate the output. So over here for example we have all of the stuff that we've created. We have this Hermes mixture of agents set up. And it can create some amazing stuff as you can see right here. But that way you could get like potentially better than frontier level intelligence. Because you've got multiple agents working together. But you can use cheaper models so that you don't need to rely on Claude. You don't need to worry about token usage on GPT 516. That's another really powerful and interesting use case for Kimi K3 with Hermes agent. Now one of the most powerful systems that I think you could get the most out of Kimi K3 with. Is you could actually have it running on long horizon tasks. Like Kimi K3 is amazing at long horizon tasks. The reason for that is that it's got a big context window. And number two it can run for days autonomously without you. So what you could actually do is use a goal mode. We have this built in as a custom workflow inside the agent OS. And you could say okay complete this task. And keep running until it's completely done. And that might take days. It might take hours. You could stop it after 60 minutes or 30 minutes if you wanted to. But the point is you can run autonomous long horizon tasks. With these open source models. Using a combination of Kimi K3. Which is the brain. And Hermes agent which is the hands. So for example you could say okay. Create a full new blog. Published to my server. With 50 blog posts. Targeting keywords around Hermes agent. And creating like a full topical map around Hermes agent. And it could run autonomously for hours. Just doing that as well. So there's all sorts of interesting ways you could use this. Something else that I saw that was really cool with Kimi K3. Is that he created one of the best coding projects I've seen so far. So we actually compared Fable 5 versus GPT 5.6 versus Fable 5. And in most of the coding tasks that we gave it. Kimi K3 created something more beautiful and interesting. So you can see for example how much more interesting this looks. Versus Fable 5 and GPT 5.6. And this matches up with the benchmarks I've seen as well. So for example showing you earlier the Fable 5 was being outperformed. By Kimi K3 on the front end design coding benchmarks. That's why it's trending. Because it's like wow. This is a Chinese open source model. That has suddenly overtaken all of the US frontier models. And you can see how beautiful this is. Versus this one. This is still quite nice from Fable 5. But it's a little bit buggy. It's like glitching a little bit when we're using it. If we have a look at GPT 5.6. The controls are actually backwards. And it's quite hard to use on the UI right there. Here's another example. So if we have a look at this. Which one looks the most impressive? For sure. Like the details. The ambience. The vibe. From Kimi K3. Is much nicer over here. Versus. Fable 5 is nice. But it's pretty hard to control. You can't really move properly. And then GPT 5.6. Like most of the screen is covered right there. So on a lot of the coding techs that I was running. For example building games. Apps. Tools. Websites. Kimi K3 is outperforming. All of these frontier models. Now why is that useful? It's useful because it's cheaper. It's open source. And you can easily plug it into Hermes Agent. What I also think would be great for orchestration. Is you could have multiple agent profiles. With Kimi K3. You could have them running on a Kanban board. Like you can see right here. And then they could complete tasks among them. So you could have like three different agents. Working on a video for you. One could be a video director. One could be a judge for quality control. And then one could actually be the video builder. And they all work together on a Kanban board. Like you can see right here. You drop in your tasks. You tell it what type of video you want to create. And then it just goes off and creates something like this. But with Kimi K3. That would work much better. Because it's just so agentic. The final thing that I want to show you is a video promo. That we created using a combination of Remotion. And Kimi K3. And something that it did that I've never seen before. Is it actually created a sort of movable website. That follows my mouse around. With the video overlaid on top. Right. Which is pretty amazing. So I actually created a beautiful website. When you think about it. With a promo video over the top. We can actually see the progress bar at the bottom as well. And we can click through. So we can skip to certain parts of the video that we prefer to watch. Which is pretty amazing. And the video itself was like fully edited. Looks super nice. Just gave it Remotion. Which is a free open source skill. It zooms in. It zooms out as well. So it's got nice animations. And it's added like nice colors inside the text as well. And then it's fully scripted. And created that video. And put it all together. And it looks really, really cool. So that's something else that you can do with this. There's just so many possibilities. I actually feel like Kimi K3 is one of those models. Very similar to Fable 5. Where the more you use it. The more you discover what it can do. And it just unlocks more opportunities. More potential that I think most of us are not aware of. So just to recap. We've talked about the chat. We've talked about how we can use agendic tool calls. Like Learn. We've talked about how to use it with MCPs. Like Blender to create 3D promos. We've also, for example, talked about how to use it with Remotion. To generate videos. How it can work inside custom workflows. Like Hermes Oracle and Hermes Astros. To create amazing marketing skills. Marketing workflows. Marketing automations. That analyze your competitors. Analyze trending topics. And then create content for you. You can actually see that we've published the article over here. With Kimi K3. Straight to our website. In shakalaka. It looks really cool. Right? It's even embedded a nice tweet inside there. It's added some really nice headings. The content is good. Page, etc. And that was just done worse. I was talking to you. So it's a very, very smooth agentic model. And the other thing that I would say here. Is like a lot of people put off from using agents like Hermes. Because they're open source. They're a little bit more back and forth. They're not as smooth as something like Claude. But when you get models like Kimi K3 plugged in. They just feel smoother. They feel more useful. They feel more practical. So definitely worth checking out. And then you can also plug this into a memory system. Like we have our context built into Kimi K3. As soon as it launched.
