FREE Hermes Agent is INSANE! (5 Use Cases) 🤯

These 5 free Hermes Agent use cases are going to completely change the way you use AI. Right now, Hermes Agent is the most powerful free AI agent in the world. But straight out of the box, most people are leaving 90% of the power on the table. So I'm going to show you 5 ways to unlock the power of Hermes Agent for free. We're talking about a free AI employee that can generate videos, build full websites, run an entire team of agents all at the same time, and even create podcasts and content all fully automated. And there's one thing you absolutely need to stick around for, which I'll come on to later, which ties everything together into one powerful system that puts you so far ahead, it's almost unfair. And I promise, by the end of this video, your Hermes Agent is going to be doing things you didn't even know were possible. Let's get into it. Today, I'm going to show you 5 powerful free use cases for Hermes AI Agent. So Hermes AI Agent is pretty good, but straight out of the box, if you've never used it before, or if you look at the use case, you're like, how can I actually implement this into my system? This is one of the best ways to do it. So let me get straight into this. The first use case that I'd recommend for using Hermes Agent is hyperframes, right? So you can actually use a free open source skill with Hermes AI Agent to create videos for you. And what this means is it can generate videos for free on the spot with Hermes AI Agent. It can even, for example, do text to speech narration. It can generate the whole video for you. You can see some examples over here. So these are videos that we've generated. And if we play those using something like hyperframes, there's another skill called remotion as well. But if you plug these in, you can basically generate videos on the spot using your AI Agent. And so if we just go into the chat, and we're like, okay, using hyperframes, create a video about Hermes Agent use cases, we can plug that in. And then it will start using Hermes Agent to generate videos using hyperframes, right? And this is really powerful for social media content, or for example, coming up with ads as well, ads content, that sort of thing, really powerful stuff, right? And if you're not familiar with this, hyperframes is this open source project, right? It was actually a way that you can speak to your AI agents. You can plug this into any agent. It could be, for example, a clawed. It could be, for example, anti-gravity, whatever you want to use. But I think Hermes is great, because you can connect Hermes to your phone, and you can use it for free as well. And the other cool thing about all of this, as we're waiting for this, is that you don't even have to pay for the API, but you plug into your AI agents. So for example, if you like Hermes Agent, but you're like, do you know what? Like, I don't want to spend on APIs. What you can actually do is you can grab a free API from OpenRouter, right? So for example, they've got something built in called Owl Alpha. Owl Alpha is a free API you can use. It's got a million token context window, and it's free to use. Pretty cool stuff, right? And some examples of this, right? One of the cool things is like, this is a HTML-first way of generating video. So you describe what you want, and then it creates it in HTML, and then turns it into a video, right? Which is pretty powerful stuff. It also can, for example, generate voiceovers, and that sort of thing, and it's all running locally, right? So I would say the first time you watch Hermes Agent ship a video to your workspace overnight, the rules just totally change. Totally change, right? And you can see how it's just going off and creating this for us. And then once it's ready, it will be inside the video section over here. Pretty cool. Next up, let's talk about the next use case, which is Kanban Agent Swarm. So you can drop a one-line mission for your AI agents inside Kanban boards, right? So you can see this Kanban board over here, and you see all the cool stuff we've created. So for example, we said build a complete website over here. Build a new website about OpenClaw, for example. Analyze my top competitors for SEO. Come up with a full 12-month SEO content calendar, right? And it basically does it for you. And so the way this works is this is a Kanban board built into Hermes Agent, and you can drop in a prompt and then watch an orchestrator agent basically turn that into a full task. So as an example of this, if we were using this, we could say, okay, launch the AI Profit Boardroom Explainer, create video, landing page, social media content, etc. We could do something like this. And so if we go back into this system, and we're going to plug this in, and we can assign it to any of our AI agents. Bear in mind, like with Hermes Agent, you can create multiple profiles. So you don't just have one main agent. You can have a full team like we have. And then you can click Add here. Now, if you click Triage, like you can see, once you've clicked it in Add, the orchestrator agent will triage that task and then assign it to the right people for us, right? So this is really nice, because basically, you can build a swarm, a full team of agents, the task goes into triage over here, and then it will split into multiple different tasks for your other AI agents inside the team. And once that's done, it'll be sent over to running. And then once it's completely finished, it'll be sent over to done. And once everything is done, you can actually view everything that's been created, as you can see right here. So we can see the markdown files of everything that the agent has created. We can, for example, save that, download it, add more comments here. We can see the run history. We can see the description of the original task, plus the individual subtasks that were built into that. Pretty cool stuff. So you can see the AI agent is now triaging it, as you can see, which is really cool. So how does this work? Basically, you just drop a one-liner and you can watch them work. So the Kanban tab inside the system is the multi-agent task management layer. So when you drop a one-liner into your Kanban board with Hermes, as your orchestrator reads the tasks, decomposes it, hands subtasks to specialist agents. So you can see now it's just generated four different subtasks, and the main task is in the to-do list. And once these are completed, it will be marked as done. The main task will be marked as done, right? And this is just running automatically whilst I talk to you, which is really cool. For example, research can go to Claude. You've got, for example, web research could go to anti-gravity. Image generation could go to Grok. The voice work could go to Hermes itself, right? And each card moves automatically through the board. So, for example, you've got triage. Then it goes to planning. Then it goes in progress. Then it goes in review and done, right? So you can watch your full swarm of AI agents working in real time. And then you can also intervene later. So you can actually review them in the done tasks and then add comments. And we use this exact prompt to just generate the full system as I talk to you, which is really cool. So this is what people mean by agentic swarms, right? And you can see actually working in real time using this system right here. It's really cool. And so you can actually see the subtasks and actually track them in real time inside the Kanban agent. So just to recap, we have covered two different use cases so far. Number one is generating videos with hyperframes. And number two is creating a team of AI agents working together as a swarm. Because imagine as well, like when you're doing this, if you've got a team of agents working together and they're all completing the tasks, like one of the two of these tasks already moved over to the done section. If these tasks are completed automatically in the background and then marked off and automatically tracked, then you can basically increase your productivity without doing any extra work, right? Because you've got all your agents working for you. And also, like I said, the hyperframe system for video generation is free. The Kanban board with Hermes AI agent is also free simply because you can use a free API in all of this, right? So it's pretty amazing stuff. Next up, let's talk about number three on the use cases, right? Which is you can actually plug in something called Notebook LM, and then you can generate free podcasts, free infographics, and free videos using Hermes agent. So how do you do that? So basically, this system works, as you can see over here. And you can see, for example, we have podcasts, we have videos, we have infographics that we've generated, right? And so how do we generate these? We use a tool called Notebook LM. But how do you connect Notebook LM to your Hermes AI agent? Here's how it works. So there are MCPs, open source projects that connect Hermes agent or any other AI agent to Notebook LM, right? It's for a CLI, it's called. And so basically, this means that you can talk and download stuff from Notebook LM, right? And so you can see it as an open source project right here. And this is a really powerful way to just connect your AI agent. So what you can do is give that GitHub details to Hermes agent, and Hermes just goes off and implements it for you, right? And so, for example, we've got a library of all of our notebooks here, as you can see. So we've got one on OpenClaw there. We can chat with it and ask it questions over here. We can also check out and generate more stuff from the OpenClaw notebook. So we can generate a podcast, a video, a slide deck, a mind map, an infographic, flashcards, quiz, a data table, a report, right? And then we just hit generate. And you can see examples below of all of these different things that we've generated. And then if we click on the assets tab, this stuff gets pulled in from Notebook where we've generated this stuff. Really cool. And so the interesting thing about this is like Google's Notebook LM is free. It's very underrated. You can feed it resources. And Hermes just automates a loop, right? So you can hand Hermes a topic. Hermes creates and pulls in information into Notebook LM. And then you can have one topic for one podcast. You can have one topic for infographics. You can have one topic for an explainer video, right? Really powerful stuff. And so one Hermes prompt can generate like three different content formats, all from the source material that's trained up on it. So for example, like OpenClaw. And then you can create whatever you want, which is pretty amazing stuff. So really cool. Now, again, Notebook LM is free. The MCP is free. Hermes Agent is free, right? Like you can plug all this into your system as well. Next up, I want to talk about Hermes Agent with use case number four, which is SEO and building out websites, right? So you can see inside this section, everything that we create with Hermes Workspace and Hermes Agent, we can view over in this section. So for example, if we have a look over here, you can see that we've built out a to-do list app. We put, for example, learn Hermes here, add that to the list. We can just add that in, right? We can clear what's done. We can see our previous task, et cetera. We can also see that we've generated like really beautiful blog posts and SEO websites with images and everything else using Hermes Agent. Hermes Agent created all this. It's pretty crazy, right? And then, for example, if we have a look here, it can build out full websites. It can build out games, as you can see here. So we can play this game and we can play against AI directly. So we can play against Hermes Agent inside our game, which is absolutely crazy when you think about that. And then also, for example, we have these different games that we can play. We've even got, for example, Space Invaders built in there. We've got another website here. As you can see, it's full landing page, right? And you can just preview this and generate whatever you want. We even have a Pomodoro productivity timer inside here. It works perfectly, right? Pretty cool. And also, we don't just have to preview inside the workspace. We can go over to the new tab. We can have a look here and we can look, right? And we can switch between these. So all this stuff works perfectly. So that's apps, websites, games. You can build blog posts. You can generate SEO content for your existing blog posts, et cetera, right? And so this is a really powerful system that we use to create content and start ranking our websites. Let me show you an example of this. So if we take a look, for example, this website, this is the arprofitable.com. You can see that the traffic is growing really nicely over time, right? Because we're using Hermes Agent for this sort of stuff. And again, the API is free. Hermes Agent is free. There's nothing stopping you from creating SEO content or new websites and new apps. Or if you just have an idea that you want to build with Hermes Agent, you can do it using this sort of system, right? Which is really cool. And we have a full SEO section over here as well because I just use it so often. I have so many websites. It's like, why not do that, right? Why not add these in? Why not create content if we can, right? If it's a powerful automation for us. And so the other thing to note here is like when you're building this, you could use the terminal, right? So you could go in the terminal here and you could use Hermes Agent. But where's the history? Where's the previews? Where's everything that you've built, right? And so that's why I recommend building out an agent operating system like you can see right here. It will just help you a lot. It will save time. And it puts everything into one beautiful system, as you can see. So notebook lem is over here. We've got the Kanban board over here. We have our goals. We have our journal. We have all our AI agents in one place, which is awesome. Fabric Ant says, well, it's absolutely crazy. You're right. Thank you very much. So yeah. And we've talked about, for example, Hermes Agent with Hyperframes. We've talked about Hermes Agent with the Kanban board and the agent swarms. And then we also have, for example, the full SEO content system that I've just shown you right now, right? And the other interesting thing about this as well is like we have Obsidian as a memory system plugged into all of this, right? So you can see Obsidian here. And it has all my memories about everything and everyone in my life and everything else, right? And so when we're creating content or websites or when I'm asking Hermes, you know, what app should we build today? It has connections and it has understanding of everything in our life, right? And so we can use this and pull it in as context directly into Hermes Agent, which is absolutely amazing, right? You're just going to create much better stuff. So the end-to-end output is basically you can go from like keyword to deployed page, right? You don't need any other tools in the middle. You just go from Hermes directly to your website, right? We actually got like four case studies of this, as you can see right here. So this is a full sort of SEO system that I've put together, but you can see examples of what we've built over here, right? Really cool. Next up, the final use case for Hermes Agent, drum roll please, is building an agent operating system, right? And I would really recommend this for anyone watching. I can't even imagine how difficult it would be to do any of this with the terminal, right? Let's just put these side by side. So you've got the terminal over here, right? Anything you build is just going to get lost. You can't really pull in previous conversations. Like you can't see the previous conversations. There's no history here. You can't see the Kanban board. You can't see anything that you've built, right? Compare that to Hermes on the operating system that we've built, right? And you can literally just ask Hermes to build this out. If you want mine, it's inside the AirProp for boarding. But if you could literally go into Hermes and just say, build this operating system for me, right? And then you can see here, for example, we can view our status, our skills, our sessions. We can view our Kanban board inside the operating system. But just compare them side by side. Which one do you want? Do you want the terminal, which is really difficult to use and 99% of people can't use the terminal anyway? Or do you want an operating system where basically you can have everything together, right? You can preview everything together. You've got the SEO system here. You have the studio here. You have the notebook alarm system over here, right? It's just a much easier way. And it's such a powerful way to create a home for all the other use cases I've talked about and anything else that you do with this, right? So the agent operating system is basically the mission control dashboard where every agent lives. So Hermes agent is at the center of the sidebar, as you can see over here, right? And it's called whenever you need orchestration. But also inside the agent operating system, you've got like the obsidian vault and every chat just starts with full context on you. You've got the Kanban board over here. You have the studio panel for generating images and videos and text to speech. You have the journal as well. So we have a daily journal that we can use over here. And we can switch between days, as you can see. And then we can also view the health of all of our agents inside the mission control dashboard, like you can see, right? And this also pairs with all your other agents. So for example, we've got OpenClaw, we've got Hermes, we've got Clawed, we've got Gemini, Antigravity, Codex and Clawed Code, and FreeClawed Code, all built and working next to Hermes. So we can just switch between them whenever we want. So you can see how this works, right? Hermes is right in the middle. It can help you with planning, creativity, communication, analysis, coordination, coding, memory, research, reasoning. It's all there, right? Hermes is the orchestrator. She's really cool. So let's see what questions we've got here inside the chat as well. Some great questions here. So question, how did you have the colors inside the memory system? So if we go over here, for example, we've got all the different colors. We've got different colors for everything, right? So if we go into Obsidian, let's see what we've done here to build that out. So you can see that this is Obsidian directly, which again is a free tool you can download to build this stuff. So if we go back to our index over here and like we go to this, for example, we have a full system and I think it works from what I can remember. Let's go to settings here. Yeah. So you can see it's grouped into different things, right? So for example, people shows a different color versus tools, right? And basically that's how we have a beautiful color coded system. You can ask Hermes agent to organize this for you as well. But yeah, it definitely makes it easier to just understand everything that's going on and what the map actually means and how it works, et cetera. Right. And it looks even better inside the agent operating system as well. So yeah, that's how we've color coordinated it. Tan says, hello from Japan. All right. Konnichiwa. He switched to Hermes, right? And he said, he's honestly amazed by how it's been running pretty much flawlessly since. I would agree with you. It just handles everything I give it, right? I rarely use OpenClaw simply because Hermes is just so good. And that's the reason that if you actually check out OpenRouter, Hermes overtook OpenClaw by quite a long way now. So yeah. How to make the operating system. So what you would do is you go into Hermes agent and you just say, build an agent operating system for me locally. Show me, build it out. Here's what I want. Here's how I want it to look like. And then you just keep tweaking it based on how you want it to look like, right? So Hermes can build it out for you directly. And then you can host it locally, which is what we do. And that's the way that I would recommend setting it up, right? And it's not going to be perfect first time you use it, but you just keep building and building and just create something better and better, right? And you don't have to do it inside Hermes. You could do it inside Claw or anything else. And then Fabricant says, you need to join the AI Profit Boredom to have all the operating system set up. Yeah. Now let's just run through some limiting beliefs that might be holding some people back from using Hermes agent, right? And bear in mind, we've helped so many people achieve amazing results with AI, right? People who've never used AI agents before, you can see all the amazing results right here. So if you've never used AI before, if you've never used Hermes agent before, don't feel like it's too late or anything like that. You've already got a head start on everyone else. 99% of the world doesn't know what Hermes agent is basically at this point, right? So you've got a massive head start. So let's talk about what might be holding people back. So some people said free agents aren't that good, right? And you're not going to get a good free agent. But actually Hermes is amazing as you've seen today, right? Really powerful stuff, really good to use. And so it's probably the best agent in the world that I've ever used. And it's free. So don't, just because it's open source doesn't mean it's bad. Also, other people say five use cases is too many. Just stick with one and then just go as easy. Build one per week and just keep going from there, right? You don't need to build it all at once. Just maybe it's one automation this week. Maybe it's one automation next week. Maybe you have some new ideas in between. That's how to use it, right? And then also some people say, I'll wait for a tool that's all in one to do this for you. But the problem is if you wait, the longer you wait, the more you're going to fall behind, behind everyone else, right? These systems that you build now, they improve and they get better every single day, right? And they build your skill set as well. So you don't want to wait. You want to keep improving and keep moving forward. So that's basically it. Just to recap, Hermes is the messenger. It's the agent.
