Gemma 4 just dropped and today I'm going to show you how you can use this free local model for AI SEO so you can rank your website and get more leads and customers from Google. So I'm going to show you some examples of what we've built with this using Gemma 4. So here's an example of a website we actually created, which is not bad at all. So you can see it's created these articles and this different website here. We also created this keyword universe game so you can see it's just kind of like a fun visual. And we generated a bunch of keyword research using this as well as an example audit plus a blog post like you can see right here. And so this is a really powerful way to use Gemma 4 because it can create content, it can write, it can run locally, it can run for free and you can pair it with AI agents as well. So this is brand new model Gemma 4 12B and the way that you can get access to it is free and open source is that you can get access via Ollama. So if you go to Ollama, make sure you downloaded it first and got it open and then go to Gemma 4 and you can get it running likes. And then you can actually plug it into your favorite AI agents like OpenClaw and Hermes Agent and get it working from there. Now, you might be wondering, OK, why is it useful? Well, there's two jobs with AI right now using SEO. So number one is you want to be ranking inside Google and then number two, you want to be ranking inside AI. So you want to win the click and the quote. So you want to show up when someone Googles your topic. And number two is when people ask Chachi Petit or Google's AI, you want to be sourced and cited inside there. And if you don't, you're invisible, basically. And there's no page to with AI, right? It's either you're there or you're not. And so this is the Gemma 4 SEO machine that I'm showing you today. And basically, it's one way that you can use Gemma 4 to basically feed in a topic and then get a ranking website out. And there's five different stations each run with Gemma 4. We've actually already plugged it into our AI agents inside their agent OS. So you can see some examples of what we've built over here. So this is a full blog that we created. Also created an example guide. It can generate like these nice sort of visuals using HTML. HTML, another example right here, some pretty cool SEO audit stuff. You can use it for pretty much anything that you would normally use AI for. And so the way that I look at it with the Gemma SEO machine is basically the research, the website itself, the content, the tuning and the launch. You can automate fully with this process. So number one, with the keyword research, you can feed Gemma 4 a topic and it can map out the whole niche. So as an example of that, let's say we're doing keyword research for the AI profit boardroom. We actually created this full keyword research plan using the Gemma 4 system. So we plug in the keyword and then it maps out by cluster all the different keywords that we could rank for. So for example, if we plug in AI automation, it's going to show us these different ones and then it breaks it down by intents, whether it's informational or commercial, what the keyword volume is here, what the average difficulty is, whether it should be a blog or a landing page and also what the individual keyword is. And these are all different clusters of pages you could create using the AI. So that's step number one, which is the keyword research itself. Now, from there, you then want to start building out the website, right? If you were starting from scratch, now, how would you build out a website using Gemma 4? You can get Hermes to build it out for you. Here's an example of what we built out. So if we were looking at those keywords we were creating before, we could get Hermes agent to build out a website with Gemma 4. And you can see here, it's designed a nice little blog with articles, with the keywords that we mapped out before. And it's all fully optimized for our keywords. From there, you've got the content line, right? So the blog engine. And so if you've created that website via Hermes agent with Gemma 4 plugged in, and you've got the keyword research done, then it's just a case of making sure you actually start creating content, right? So you can, for example, target one article per keyword, and then the AI agent can go off and create the FAQs, the CTAs, the content itself, etc. Let me show you an example of that. So if you look at this guide right here, it actually created the full page using Gemma with all of this case study data inside. And it looks pretty nice, right? It was pretty easy and simple to do. And you can see another example here just in plain text. It's writings, how it wrote and formatted the content. And it can actually write blog content. It's not going to be as powerful as something like Sonic 4.8, but it's still pretty good. And then from here, you can actually manage the tune-up. So the on-page and the technical, it can optimize everything for you, whether that's titles, descriptions, keywords, the schema. And then finally from there, if you link your Hermes AI agent with a personal access token to, for example, WordPress or to Netfire, wherever you host your websites, you can actually deploy the content itself. That's what we do inside the agent operating system here. So we have our keywords mapped out and then we can create content and publish it to our websites. So you can see how quickly you can go from keyword to organizing the blog posts and designing it and then creating the content and deploying it, plus optimizing it with schema and technical SEO on page two. Now, how does that look like in reality? Here's an example of a website. We basically started from zero and you can see that it's growing to a peak of 161 clicks with AI SEO. And you can see another example right here, right? It was at zero clicks per day and then it's hit a peak of 76 clicks per day. And the general trajectory of that website is looking pretty nice too. And so that's all five stages of the schema SEO machine, the keyword research, building out the website, creating the content, optimizing it for technical on page, and then publishing it and ranking it. Right now, some people wouldn't say good SEO content. Then it takes an amazing API or, for example, it takes a lot of resources. But actually, Gemma 4 can write a full post. And if you're running it locally, you can do it for free. Also, if you're not running it locally, no problem. So what you can actually do is you can use a free API. There's two free APIs for Gemma 4 on Open Router. So you've got 26B and 31B. These are not the new models that came out today, but they're still pretty powerful and useful to use. And then also some people say AI content, it all reads the same and it won't rank. That's why we actually have inside our agent operating system, the memory, just so that we can add more context. We can add more knowledge. It has all this information and memories about me. And we can use that to generate our content so that Hermes is writing actual useful stuff with unique data, unique case studies. And Gemma 4 is using that to basically fill in the gaps and make it better than it can be. And then also some people say for technical SEO, stuff needs a developer. But actually Gemma 4 can organize a schema for you. It can write the structured data. It can optimize the title tags and everything else that you're actually ranking. Let me show you an example of that. So if we look at this keyword right here, you can actually see us ranking number one for that keyword. And so you can deploy it to your website pretty quick and easy to do. Pretty simple setup. And it can go from there. And so that is the whole machine already running. Let me show you some other examples of what it built. So this is a keyword research dashboard that it built out. And you can see it's nicely formatted or ready to go, all mapped out for our keywords. When it comes to actually building, you can see the blog post here. So this is the website that it built out using the system. So again, we've done the keyword research over here with Gemma 4. And then we actually built out the website too. From there, we actually started creating the content itself. So you can see multiple examples of that. So these are different blog posts that it created and organized like you can see. It's not perfect. If you look at it here, it's included the markdown. Obviously, you'd have to reprompt it to make sure it edits and removes any markdown before formatting because it should be nicely formatted without any markdown aside. But it's created quite a long blog post there that's uniquely optimized for our content. And then additionally from here, you can actually build out technical SEO tools for optimization. So we built out four SEO tools, each coded by Gemma 4. And you can see multiple examples here. So we created a SERP snippet preview tool. Like we created the MetaTag generator, schema generator, and keyword density checker. Let me show you what they look like in practice. So this is the MetaTag generator. This is the schema generator. And this is a keyword density checker. And it all did it with Gemma 4 and Hermes Agent as well. And then from there, you can do the technical SEO audit. So here's an example of what that would look like in practice. So you can analyze, okay, what do we need to improve on the website? How can we re-optimize the content to make it flow better, et cetera? And then in terms of the actual deployment, again, you can just use Hermes Agent. So those are like practical examples of actually implementing the SEO machine framework that I just talked about a minute ago. So if you look at it like the old way was like slow one page at a time, you're researching keywords manually one by one, writing every post from a blank page, building and tuning each website yourself. And spending like days per site, which means that you very rarely actually create or build or deploy anything. With this Gemma 4 SEO machine, you have a production line. So you've got the keywords, the site, the content, the audit all from one single model. You can have it running for free locally, or you can use the APIs for free from home. You build a whole site in minutes and you build multiple tools in minutes as well. And then you can publish everywhere and win the click and the AI quote, which is what you want. You want to optimize for both. If you want to indicate, does that actually work? So you can see us ranking, for example, for this keyword, it recommends us. And then if we go over here, you can see us also ranking for this keyword inside Google AI overviews and also inside the normal SERPs. So it works and it's pretty powerful stuff. And so you can feed in a keyword and you get a ranking website out. Now, if you're wondering, okay, how do you actually implement that in reality? So you would point Hermes at Gemma 4, give it a topic, ask for the keyword map, have it write one post per keyword, run each post through the tools, audit the site, publish across websites, and then pick the next topic and run the loop again. And that's basically it. That's the full setup. So just to recap, SEO now has two jobs, which is win the click from Google and also win the AI quote. And both are won by lots of genuinely useful pages published in lots of places. That used to require a team. But Gemma 4 and the free setup can now run the whole thing for free locally, right? Especially if you plug it into Hermes Agent. And so the framework is the Gemma 4 SEO machine, keywords, builder, content, tune up, and then launch. And you can do all of that inside the setup that I've talked about today. Now, if you want to get the full Gemma 4 SEO engine, we've put that inside the AI profit boardroom for you, along with the agent operating system. That I showed you a minute ago.
