ChatGPT-6 Astra AI FULL COURSE 5 HOURS Build and Automate Anything. What if one AI could build almost anything you ask for, not just talk about it, actually build it, a short film, a 3D world, a working app. Most people are using ChatGPT-6 Astra to answer questions. They have no clue what it can really do. Let me show you. ChatGPT-6 can now create beautiful screen recordings. I'll show you an example right here. So this is my AI agent moving the mouse around, as you can see on the screen. It's created this full video, did it all automatically without me asking, and it's actually navigating a SaaS tool that we've created with AI automation. So it's super easy to set up. I'm going to walk you through exactly how it works, how to use it, how to automate this whole process for you. It can even control your complete computer. So it's not just, you know, clicking around, but it's actually navigating with the mouse. It's recording everything. It's typing stuff into the app, as you can see here. And it can basically test, build, record, create screen share tutorials for you. And you can actually use this as part of a workflow. So let's say, for example, you have AI avatar videos that you're creating, or let's say, for example, you're creating tutorials or courses, or even ads, maybe a tool that you've created. You can actually get GPT-6 Astra to do it all for you automatically in one single prompt. And I'm going to show you the skill that we've done to do this and how it works step by step. So let's get straight into this. Hey, Steven. All right, that's awesome. So you're creating a six to 12 minute teaching a film a week on HeyGen, then free if it works. Avatar and voice already done. Nice work. Sounds like you've done really well. So what's a bit that actually saves time after that? So on the videos with the mouse scrolling, how do I do that part? So what you can do is you can get your agent to do this for you. Basically, the way this works is you are using computer use and you're getting your agent to use computer use in the background. So for example, let me show you an example here. So my AI agent actually created a guide inside Codex this morning. And this is guide. Now, if we open this up, this guide, it comes with videos embedded inside. Now, how do we embed those videos? Basically, we've got our AI agent to create the screen share for us and it can do all of the screen shares step by step for us. So if we go to this guide, for example, here, you can see that our AI agent is actually using the computer for us. So that's how you can do it. Now, if it's like something longer, typically my team will record it themselves. But if you want your agent to record it for you, it can. It can record your screen. It can record the setup when it's using your system. So here's another example where you can see the agent is using Terminal for us and then just pulling it up inside Terminal. And you can see it also scrolling through the page on this order page as well. So you can even see the AI agent operating our agent OS for us. And it's actually sped up the screen share just to make it faster so it's not quite as boring as well when people are watching it. Now, if you're wondering how to do that, basically, you can just go to your AI agent like so start up a new chat and say, can you do a screen recording of you actually operating my agent OS for me? Just as an example. Right. So we can ask you to do that for us. Send me the video and then our AI agent can start working on that for us and start recording it. Right. First time you do this, it might take a little bit of time, but that's basically the prompt that we use in here. And then what it's going to do is start running commands in the background to record our screen. Now, it may also ask you for permissions the first time it does this to. And you can see it's using screen recorder dot JS to do that, as you can see. So it's using this screen recorder JS. Now, if you're wondering how it does it, I'm actually going to get a prompt for you so you can see here. So we'll get the prompt for you. But basically, we're using something called Puppeteer. So Puppeteer controls the browser and then records its viewport, apparently. And then FF MPEG encodes the video. So that's how you can get your AI agent to record the screen for you. And you can see an example right here. So you can see here Codex has come up with the skill to teach your AI agent to do this for you. So if you want, you could test out. That is something I've just sort of got for you. It's not something that I've used before because Codex already understands how to record the screen. But I think that could help you a lot as well. So I'll get you the link to that. And I'll put this skill inside a Google Doc for you, as you can see right here. So we've got the link to the skill down here. This guide has an example of screen recordings. And if you go back to Codex here, we've got the screen recording that it created. Pretty amazing. And you can see it's like navigating the screen for us. I'm not touching it. It's also moving the mouse, as you can see down here. So you could get the agent to do that for you. And you've got the full prompt. Pretty amazing. Yeah, that actually looks nicer. Final thing that I would say is for screen recording with an AI, I would recommend Codex or Chash. Today, I'm going to show you how to build a custom HOD for any AI agent. We've actually built one for our Agent OS system, which you can see over here. It's voice controlled as well. Or we can type directly into it. And it hovers over all of our apps, as you can see right here, ready to go whenever we need it. The other great thing about this is that we can basically get it to open stuff up. We can have this connected to all our AI agents like Claude, Hermes, and Antigravity. And literally, all we do is we can just voice control over here. It can basically control all of our systems. We can also type in over here. Or we can get our notes. And let me show you an example of how this works. So you can see here it's an overlay that works in any system. So, for example, even if I'm in Finder here, you can see that the overlay is ready to go. And if we open this up and say, can you open up Obsidian for me, please? Boom. Look at that. It just opens up Obsidian, ready to go. And it basically listens to our commands. And we can give it notes and also go straight to our AgentOS system over here as well. Now, this is like a custom widget that works with all our AI agents. The reason I actually set it up is for Matt. So Matt said, I want a custom HUD overlay on the AgentOS inside the AirProfit Boarding. Posted this. And we built it out for him. So if you want to build this, let me show you how it works. And if you want to get the full system for it, you can get that inside the AirProfit Boarding. It's already set up and ready to go. The way this works is, as you can see right here, we said, can you build this into the AgentOS plus make sure it actually works? And basically gave it the details that the HUD wanted to build. It added it in, which is great. But at the same time, one of the biggest issues with this HUD is that it was only appearing on the dashboard inside Chrome. It wasn't appearing, for example, in Finder as a custom desktop app, as you can see right here. Now, what we could do actually at this point as well, so we can minimize it, so we can close it at any time. And then if we want to open it up again, we can click on Show Reactor. And that app is ready to go down here too. So it's basically something we can open up and close whenever we want. So how does the HUD work step by step? Well, if you want like the technical setup, and I'll show you an easy way to set up later, but you can basically prepare your Mac workspace first. So you need to create a folder for Reactor and open it in your Coding Assistant. This is basically a native Mac app, so we need Apple's command line tools. So on screen, you do something like this, and then a Swift version appears, and from there you're good to go. Right? So use Mac and Swift, source folder, and that creates a desktop app. The cool thing about this as well is that the Coding Assistant uses its own account, so you don't need to use an API key for this. After that, you're going to give your Coding Assistant the brief. So you would describe the app you want to build, specify the design, the desktop behavior, the commands, and everything else. So if you open up this app, as you can see right here, and we show up the Reactor, you can see an example. So you would say essentially something like build a native Mac OS desktop companion called Agent OS Reactor in this workspace. Use SwiftUI for a futuristic HUD, an app kit for a floating panel and menu bar icon. Keep it visible across spaces, minus hides it, and the menu bar icon brings it back. So for example, here, if we click that, it goes away. If you want to open it up again, we can click on Show Reactor, as you can see right here. And then you can add one command per tap, speech recognition, with a pause timeout. By the way, your agent is doing the technical stuff. You just need to be very, very clear on what you want your agent to build. And then you can support opening on a lower list of apps, spotlight, file name search, local notes, optional accessibility dictation into the last Xenu app. This basically, you need to give it permissions so that it can open up apps for you and use computer use because that's how you're commanding it inside your computer, right? Like if I ask it to open up Obsidian, but it doesn't have the permissions to open up Obsidian, not going to work. So we have to make sure we have that set up. And then we're going to see what each piece does. So the interface, speech recognition and command handling live in one Swift file. The build script turns that source into an app you can open on your Mac. So for example, we can inspect the files like so. Check them all. And you can see here we've got reactor.swift plus build.sh and the readme as well, like so. So the way this works, if you want to understand the architecture behind a HUD, is like there's a voice or type words. We can give it a voice here and give it a command, or we can type the words inside what we want here. We then have intent.pass, which understands what we're doing. So it basically passes our intent. And then from there, it runs and the macro action status. This is all the stuff that you don't see when you use a HUD. Like it's quite technical to set up, but you know, if you want to run it, this is how it works. So step number four out of five for building it is that you can build, install and launch. So you can run the build.script. It compiles the Swift code, packages and signs the app, locally installs it into your applications folder and checks the command parser, which is how it understands your intent of what you want to do. So basically you can run these terminal commands or you can get your agent to run it. Like personally, I would get your agent to run it and just tell it what you want. I wouldn't use the terminal commands, but if you're a developer and you're comfortable with the terminal, then you could use these commands to build it out. And then you're going to test it and make it your own. And so you want to test this out, see if it actually works. So the first time I tested it, it didn't work. So I went back to the AI agent. I was like, mate, you got to sort this out. You got to build that out. You got to improve this, et cetera. All right. So for example, over here, I was like, I actually did give it a voice command and then it just didn't work. And I was like, why didn't it do anything? It was like, oh, I heard you correctly. It's just the command handling was too rigid and Obsidian wasn't supported. So it fixed and restarted the whole system. And then if we say, can you open up Obsidian for me inside the HUD? It will actually work, right? So it's pretty simple. You just, if you have a problem, you test it, you make it your own, you go back and forth. But that's a five-step process actually building it. Now, when it comes to actually using it, by the way, this is a checklist. So, you know, the build is going to finish with pass. You type open finder, voice command works, and then you want to hide and show reactor for both, right? So you want to be able to hide it like this, and then you want to be able to open up like so as well. And that is the finished app. That's literally a new app that we've built today just for fun because Matt wanted us to build an app. Why not? All right. Why not build a HUD? It's kind of fun. And so once you've done it, then you can sort of see it in action. So we can see here that we've got this open, as you can see right here. And then we can enable voice. So the first time I clicked on listen for a command, we have to allow microphone and speech recognition access. And you can see whether this is on or off. Once that is done, we can give it commands to open and use computer use. Here's an example. So you can see that we gave it a command here, and then it actually opened up the app for us. And you can also ask it to search and find a file name, right? So you can say find followed by part of a file name, and it will show it for you. Let me give you an example here. So if we close this, we'll open it back up, and then we'll say listen for a command. Find agent OS. And it looks through our list of apps, right? So we can see the agent OS pack, agent OS walkthrough, agent OS react app. So it can find files. It can open stuff up. It can use computer use. And it's just an overlay. Plus, we can close it and open it whenever we want as well. You could also build into this the functionality to like talk back to you as well, like Jarvis. We've actually built that inside Hermes agent over here. I wouldn't have it on all the time. I wouldn't like a voice agent to be on all the time. But if you wanted that, we've actually got Hermes Apollo, which is a similar sort of system where it can talk back to you. Now, also some other cool stuff. We can ask it to create stuff for us. So we can say, okay, record a tutorial about our workflow. It will actually make a tutorial. For us, which is pretty amazing. We can dictate into another app. We can hide it, bring it back. And that's pretty much it. That's the whole system right here, ready to go. So it was a lot of fun making it. It was easier than I expected. I've never really built an app like that for desktop before. But even for Mac, it was simple and it was easy. Just go into your agent, ask it to build what you want, test it. If it doesn't work, go back and forth until it does. And that's basically the whole system. So we built that for Mac because we have a thread here where we basically say, you know, if you want a personal tutorial, comment below and we'll make it for you. And that's basically what we do is we can see here, like Jose posted a question four hours ago. We created a tutorial. Steven posted the question 50 minutes ago. We created a tutorial for him, right? Today, I want to show you some of the best systems that we've got set up to start doing lead generation with Astra 6 and GPT-6 itself. So this is a system that we've set up to basically generate leads and do the outreach system and campaign for us to write the emails themselves and to manage our inbox as well, which is pretty cool. How does this all work? Well, let me guide you through it and I'll show you exactly how this works step by step. So what we want to do is we have a system here, as you can see, for lead generation inside our agent OS and the first step is to identify who's your customer. Who do you want to work with? Now, you can switch the number of results you have here. So how many leads you want to generate and you can see there's some example searches like so or you can import your own leads as well with a CSV. So let's say, for example, I want to work with SEO agencies. I can plug in SEO agencies over here. So we can type in find leads like this. And what it's actually going to do is use something called Hunter. Hunter generates the leads for us. So, for example, when we've typed in SEO agencies over here, we've got the results. We typed in find leads. And then as we scroll down, we've got the details of those leads to reach out to. So you can see here, for example, these are different websites that we potentially work with. So with these leads that we've generated, we just need to enrich them, which means that we need to basically find the email address and the details of that particular contact. How do we do that? We click on the enrich lead section here. Now, if you want to delete any of these leads, you can delete them like so. And also, if you want to build something like this, well, you can go over to Astrasex and get it to build it for you. Or you can use our agent OS system that's already set up. Link in the comments description or go to the AIprofitborn.com to get access. And that can enrich the leads, as you can see right here. So these are all leads where we've now found the email address that we didn't have two seconds ago. So the cool thing about this is basically we plug in Hunter API, we plug in Astrasex or whichever model you prefer to use. And then we've got an instant lead generation system. And by the way, this is based on a question from Harry. So Harry was asking, like, you know, I want a full AI system that runs like an AI sales team for outreach stuff where I can handle leads and everything else. So we have this lead generation system that can basically find leads and enrich leads for you and do the outreach for you as well. Now, before we do more of the outreach, I want to show you as well a system that we've set up for the sales agent. So this basically pulls in the latest reports from my team and the sales calls that we've had. And then it gives us all the details of the latest calls my reps have had in the sales team. Right. Why is that important? Because basically there's so many different calls inside my team. You know, we've got like four sales reps. It's a big team of people. And also quite often we need to like coach our team and give them tips. So what this system does, it pulls in the latest sales calls that my team has had and I can switch between confidential and non-confidential here. So the reason that, for example, like the name of the rep is blanked out is because I've got the switch done for the demo. But basically it can analyze, okay, how did my team perform? What did they do? Did they follow the SAP? Did they follow the process, et cetera? So when it comes to managing sales team and also doing the lead generation, we can do it all from one place inside one system, which is beautiful. And by the way, you might be thinking, okay, like this sounds great. Which one should I focus on first? Personally, I would recommend for Harry particularly, it's just focus on one system at a time. So for example, if lead generation is more important than managing your sales team's calls, I would focus on that first, but just pick one so you don't get overwhelmed in setting them both up at the same time. Then you can set up the next one later. All right. Now, once you've got the details of the leads that you want to reach out to, which you can see over here, we can then add these to a campaign, right? So we can select these people and then we can, from there, verify their email addresses. Now, this is important as well because quite often if you're reaching out via cold email, you want to be able to verify that the email addresses don't balance. And a lot of the email addresses you'll find with systems like this, they're not verified. And so we need to review them, which is what we've done right here. All right. Now, once we've done that, you can see that two, we shouldn't be using because they've been marked as invalid and two, we've got ready to go. Nice. Now, what we can do in the next section is we can start running a campaign. So we've got the campaign here with our leads that we just found and verified, and we can tell our agent, okay, here's what it's about. So I'm going to say we're reaching out to SEO agencies about our link building services for Goldie Agency. They can book in a free SEO strategy session here at juliangoldie.com. Okay. So now the tool can actually write the email campaign for the leads that we're reaching out to. So you can see that it's now written the email campaign like so, and it's drafted out. So it's personalized it to, for example, this person from this company, right? So it's broken it down step-by-step. And then it's also included details on how to opt out from that campaign. And we can switch between the two leads like so, so we can preview them and view them. And then once we're happy with that, then we can actually just give it a name, click on create campaign and boom, we can start reaching out to those leads, right? So we've got the leads over here. We can activate that whenever we want. And that's all plugged in. Now you might wonder, how do you connect it? So if you're using the agent OS system from us, you can just get the zip file and then you can install it. I would ask your agent to configure the APIs for you. You can configure them yourself, but I think it's always easier to get your agent to do as much as it can or the heavy lifting for you. It would just save you time. And then you can get your Hunter API key. You can use Firecrawl as well. And you just configure the email that you want to send from. But that's basically it. That's the whole system. And then your AI agents will read the inbox, manage replies, send emails for you as well, as you can see right here. And that's basically the whole system, right? So it's really good for lead generation because you can automate it from start to finish, from finding the leads to the overview for everyone else. Some people say, well, how do you get more results? I want to generate more leads than just eight or 12. Well, what you can actually do is you can go back to the agent that sets it up. So let's say, for example, GP6 Astra was sending this lead generation system up for me. I can say to it, hey, make sure that the lead list I generate is 50 leads or 100 leads. Everything you see here is very, very flexible because you're building out with your agent directly, right? It's doing it all for you. But that's the whole system. Yeah. And also something to note here is that inside the settings, we are using something called Himalaya to manage the inboxes. And that skill basically allows your AI agents to manage inboxes for you who can look through your emails, reply to people and manage everything as well. So that's the whole system right here. And yeah, we just created it for, well, to help Harry as much as we can. So you can get this whole system and see what's set up. And then for the sales agent OS system for managing your team, you can see here, for example, I can see the latest calls that have been plugged in, when they came through, who we spoke to, what the daily history is like. So how many review calls, how many are missing, who the rep is, and then the team and how they're performing as well directly, which is really, really useful. And we can manage this all from one place with our AI agents plugged in. I mean, the lead generation system as well, like some people have different preferences on how to lay out that data. So if there's anything you want to change, you can just ask your AI agent to change it. Even the UI and that sort of thing. You can ask your agent, hey, change this, make this color different, add that button, add this functionality over there, right? Everything is plugged in and just ready to improve whenever you need to and make it yours. I think that's one of the biggest benefits to this whole system. As you can see right here, you can basically create these amazing 3D worlds where you can navigate 3D landscapes. And you can just sort of walk around. This works in loads of different ways. And I'll show you some different scenarios. I've actually got a world library, as you can see right here. And these are just some cool examples that we've built step by step using the system that I'm about to show you. So Astra 6 is unbelievable for 3D modeling. As you can see, I mean, the world itself is beautiful. And it can also do it all start to finish pretty much by itself with a couple of free MCPs, which I'll walk you through in a second. And you can just give it a image. And from there, it will generate a 3D world that you can actually navigate. So you give it a reference. It creates a scene. And then it actually creates a scene that you can navigate, as you can see right here. And you can see some example previews like so. So how is this working? Well, basically what we have over here is we have ChatGPT. And we're using the MCP directly with Blender. So Blender is really good for creating 3D worlds and modeling. But super difficult to actually use yourself. Super difficult to learn. And most people just give up because it takes like a year to create something really basic, right? And it's very, very boring. But what you can do now with your AI agents is you can use this whole system, get ChatGPT to do it directly for you. And it's a simple three-step process. So essentially what you can see here is the prompt we use is we said, you know, you're working inside Blender. I want you to design and build a complete photorealistic 3D environment from scratch. The subject set in the day, the mood are entirely your choice. Surprise me. Pick something that you think would look stunning, not something generic. And then it has a few different steps for building that out. So step number one is that it's actually going to come up with a concept. So GP6 Astra can do that. And also GP6 Astra can generate the image itself. So for example, it's using ChatGPT 2.5 inside there, ChatGPT 2.5 images for image generation. Right. And so when it's coming up with a concept, you can come up with some ideas, generate the image for that, and then use that as the architecture and decide from there, okay, what materials, what lighting, et cetera, is it going to use? And it saves the image as a reference inside our project. So that is step number one. From there, we've also got the build rules. Right. Now I said, work primarily through Blender using computer use, because it can basically operate Blender for us. So for example, this whole project that we generated with Blender, I didn't touch, I haven't created, I haven't used it at all. It's all ChatGPT generating every part of this element. And you can see how complex the builds are. If we pull this down, for example, look at all this stuff that is generated inside our 3D modeling system. And each one of these requires quite a lot of technical expertise just to operate it and understand it. So you look at that tiny detail over here, that's been generated with Astra 6, and it's done every single step of that. As you can see, there are literally hundreds of tiny details inside this 3D model system. So that was pretty cool. And then from here, we said, organize everything into collections, use geometry nodes and instancing, et cetera. If you want this full detailed prompt, you can get it inside the AirProfit boardroom. So just to recap, you come up with the concept, you give GPT-6 Astra the build rules, and then you're going to come up with materials and lighting options too. So for example, the way that I would look at this is that it's going to compose a scene, it's going to generate the image, and then it's going to add the different elements to that image itself. Now, also, it needs different camera angles inside the actual setup. So when we're navigating it, we want different camera angles to be able to use. So if we go back to our 3D world system over here, this is the world studio that we've created. You can see that if we navigate, for example, the conservatory, we can walk through it, we can see different elements. We've got different views, so we can reset the view, or we can switch between fly mode, full screen, and we've got different settings here. So we can actually change the lighting system, which is pretty nice too. And we can save the viewpoint, restore the viewpoint, save it as a photograph, and hide the controls as well. And then if we want to edit the Blender scene, we've got the details here, as you can see right. By the way, this is a custom tool that I've built inside the Agent OS to make it even easier to generate 3D worlds so that we can quickly create new cool stuff based on this system. We've also got the forest workshop, as you can see here, and we have the last tea house, which looks pretty cool as well. Now, there's still some elements that are not perfect, but this was like a quick system that we set up. And at the same time, you probably don't need much more detail on that. Like to actually view the architecture and everything else and model the 3D world, this is enough. And then we have the report as well. So once finished, I like to ask it to tell me, you know, what it built and why we chose it, the collection, et cetera. You could also, for example, give it a photograph of a place you've been and then say, model this for me in 3D. All right, and that's another option. So for example, if you see somewhere where you're like, oh, do you know what? I would like to step into that world and see what it's like. Well, you can actually ask it to as well, so you can see. And yeah, the thing that I would say is when we first set it up, it looked really cool, but it didn't allow us to navigate it properly. So I actually asked it to model and set it up and then it just worked on that, as you can see right here directly. And yeah, we're good to go on that. So really cool system, a lot of fun to play with. And you can see the prompts that we can use and switch between as well. And then for example, let's say I've been somewhere and I wanted to model that inside the system. Let me show you an example here. And we'll just create this image in the background. Whilst we're waiting for that, one thing that we'll say is like, you don't need to understand how Blender works or how to use it to get the most out of this. And also if you're wondering how to set up Blender MCP, ChatGPT already understands how to use it. So you can just go in the chat and say, hey, can you set up Blender MCP for me? The other thing that would be interesting as well is that I don't think you have to use ChatGPT for this, although it's very, very good at computer use. You could also, for example, use Claude, you could use Hermes, whatever you prefer to generate the 3D world itself. But the point here is like, we're getting closer and closer to building these amazing 3D worlds. I mean, this is fantastic for games as well and even for websites too. So for example, if we have a look at this, this was actually a website design we created with the similar sort of 3D modeling system. So let me talk you through the website here. So if we go to our design library, you can see an example website that we've created here and it's all in 3D. Plus the images look absolutely insane. And you can use that as a starting brief and use that workflow for generating new websites, as you can see right here, which is pretty cool. So there's all sorts of fun things you can do with Astro that I think 99% of people are not aware of. Also, if we have a look here, it's mobile as well when we're navigating that screen. But how much better does that look than just using, for example, a generic AI design? So much better, so much better than the old way. And if you want to design 3D websites like this, you can just plug in the project name, the brief, generate the website, and then you're good to go from there. So if we go back to ChatGPT now, we've got the image generated as you can see. So we can get that image and then we can go back to ChatGPT here and say, hey, can you create the 3D world based on this? And now it's beginning to work as magic. And you can do this for any 3D world that you want to create, which is absolutely amazing. Also, the other thing I like about Astro 6 is not just that you can do the 3D modeling like this, but also you can create your own custom tools for doing stuff like this. So for example, if we have a look at this, this is like a custom tool that we built out with Higgsfield and Astro 6 for generating UGC, as you can see right here. It's just unbelievable what it can do. Everything that I throw at ChatGPT, it can actually build directly for us and it can build it into one system, which is the Gentic OS over here. It's basically a roadmap to getting more SEO traffic. So for example, this website has gone from 0 to 429 clicks per day with AI SEO. This is another website. It's gone from 0 to 60 clicks per day with AI SEO. This is another site that we own. And it's gone from 0 to 130 clicks per day with AI SEO. And this is a system as well, as you can see right here, where the website has gone from 0 to 34 clicks per day. So my point here is like, it's a tried, tested system, being 100% transparent with our Google search console, the traffic that we've got. And this is an AI SEO system that is repeatable and it's worked on pretty much all of the sites I've tested it on. So I'm basically going to guide you through today a system that walks you through step-by-step how to set up a new website, where to host it, how to get the domain, then how to design it, how to create the content for it. So it's automated, how to find the keywords for this whole system and also how to build backlinks, which will build the authority of your website. So it actually ranks. And by the way, this also ranks inside AI. So some people say, well, that's great for organic, but what about, for example, ranking your website inside AI? So if we have a look in the generative AI features here for Google search console, you can see this website has gone again from like zero to 2,400 impressions per day with this system. And it's growing over time. It's on a nice trajectory. So it's a system that's repeatable and it's working for us and a lot of the members inside the AI are profitable as well. So with that, let's get straight into it and we'll talk about the roadmap. So the first part of this process is the website setup. Now you might say, okay, where should you host and where should you set up the domain? So if you're building out, for example, inside GPT-6 Astro or even inside Claw or any other AI agent, I would recommend Netlify. That seems to be the one that's working the best for me. All those websites I showed you before, they're hosted on Netlify. The cool thing about this is I don't have to use WordPress. I don't have to log into WordPress. I don't get distracted with CRM notifications and all that sort of stuff. I can just go straight into my website and then it actually has content deployed. I can't log in. I literally don't know how to log into these websites, which is pretty nice because we can basically get these websites ranking but I don't have to waste my time being distracted and clicking buttons and logging into the backend of WordPress or any other CRM. So what you can actually do inside ChatGPT is you can either give it a personal access token or you can go to your plugins and then you can type in Netlify here and with Netlify, you can basically build and deploy on Netlify. Why would you want to do that? Because it's easy for your AI agents to understand it. And also if you host on Netlify, not only can GPT-6 Astra post to there but also if, for example, Claude builds another model tomorrow that's better, then you can use the same website and build to the same website using Claude instead of GPT-6 Astra. So it works pretty nicely that way. Once you've done that, then you can start building. Now straight out of the box, your website, if you build with GPT-6 Astra, not going to look very good. So how do we create a nice website? Well, that's what I want to talk you through in the next step, right? Because if you look at this website here, it's quite a unique design. It doesn't look like it's been built with AI. It looks quite unique. It's got nice FAQs. It's actually got schema for SEO inside the content. You don't even need to worry about that because the AI can automate it for you, showing you, which I'll show you in one of the next steps. But essentially, if we have a look, for example, here, we have built out some skills that we use inside the AirProfit Boardroom for making the design super nice, right? And so I have these actually built out into something I call the Design OS. And inside the Design OS, essentially what we have here is a system where we can go inside here, we can take any of the templates that look super nice, and then we can say, okay, here's the name of my project, here's the website I want to build. And if you want to see some examples of what we've built with the design library, here's some examples of the websites we've built, right? And they don't look like generic AI websites. They look super unique, different from everyone else's, and just super nice, right? And that's what the game is all about. We've also built out eight different skills that we've taught GP6 Astra inside the system on exactly how to build unique websites. Because again, if you just try and build a blog with GP6 Astra without having the right skills in place, it just won't look very nice. So for example, quite often what AI agents do is they use like the same generic sort of purple colors, right? They use, for example, the same three-step process to design in a website. That basically means it's got like three sections and is very, very light and fluffy in the content itself. Whereas if you have a look, for example, here, this skill actually makes it super unique. If we have a look, for example, at the 3D asset generator, what this essentially does is it actually builds in 3D elements into the website itself. Then we've got skills, for example, like Hallmark. Hallmark is an open source skill on GitHub. You can get to train your AI agents on how to design. But the cool thing about this whole system is that you can basically use it for designing a website and you don't need to worry about the skills. It's already built into the system, which is what I like to do. And so it's very easy for me to quickly create a website and then start ranking it with AI SEO these days. And, you know, I've shown you four already that were built out. We're planning to build out because it's quite easy to rank them. So that is the system for website design. And we've talked about the system for actually hosting the domain and getting it bought, et cetera. Now let's talk about the setup for actually creating the content. So once you've got a website design, you need to start creating blog content too, don't you? The more content you create for low competition keywords, the more likely you are to rank as long as it's quality content. And there's a few settings that we have to make sure this content is as good as it possibly can be. So what we have inside the SEO section over here is we have a skill built into the system that's like a 100-point checklist. And this just basically makes sure the content itself is quality controlled. It's far more quality controlled than a human could simply because when you're creating the content, like no human could run through a 100-step checklist on how to make sure content is really good. It's just impossible. The human will be bored or tired or whatever. But what you can do is you can get your AI agents to follow this step by step checklist and they don't care. They're like, sure, let's just get it done and make sure the content is good. That's basically the difference between having a human doing it and non-human. And if you want to see an example here, this is an example post that we've created using this system. If you're wondering, okay, how did we create that? Basically, we've got a system here. It's called the SEO Content Pipeline inside our AgenticOS system. What it does is it pulls in keywords from some of our websites so that we can see, okay, what's working right now? What are we potentially ranking for? So if we scroll down this list, it's like, right, okay, well, Hermes dashboard, we're ranking pretty nicely flat. So what we can do is we can go into Google Auto Suggest. We've got a bunch of different keywords around Hermes dashboard and bear in mind, we're already an authority for Hermes dashboard and therefore, we can create more content around that. So for example, if you're like, right, well, Hermes dashboard command, that seems like an easy keyword to rank for. We can go to our generate section over here. We can plug in our keyword. We can plug in a unique case study about Hermes and then we just click generate five articles and boom, shakalaka, that's going to create the content, right, and deploy it to our websites using GP6 Astro, which is pretty nice. Now, you might say, okay, what are the case studies about? So essentially, AI agents, they can create content at this point, right? So if we have a look, for example, we'll have a look at this keyword, best AI community that we rank number one for inside AI and you can see us times in the first result for this keyword using the systems that I'm showing you. And so essentially, when we're doing this, the way that this works is that we basically have to create something unique that cannot be found anywhere else that's based on your unique experience and expertise so that you can actually rank your website. Why do you want to do that? Because Gemini and any other AI agent can already create content, so you have to make sure your content is unique. How do you make it unique? You add your experience, you do a case study, you test out a tool and then you create a review about it, stuff like that. That's how you make your content unique. For example, this tutorial you're watching is my unique experience built in. And so we basically, we target low competition keywords, how do we do that? We look at what we're already ranking for or getting impressions for and even if you have a website that's getting zero traffic, you will be getting impressions for something and then that helps you figure out what keywords you should target in the next post. From there, you want to find keywords on the auto suggestive Google that are related to that topic because you're already an authority for it and a low competition because they're like long tail versions. So for example, we are ranking and getting impressions for Hermes dashboard. So if we go for Hermes dashboard command, well, we could get even more impressions and SEO traffic for that keyword. And it's low competition because it's an extension of the original keyword. It's even more niche. So that is the low competition keyword section. And then for the content creation, you're going to ask me, right, well, you know, if it's a roadmap, how much content should we be creating, Julian? Here's what I would recommend. Create, I would recommend you create like three to five blog posts per day if you can. Now, having said that, if your content is not being indexed, right, if you find that your content is not showing up on Google, then slow it down, just create like one per day until your content does start indexing. So how do you check if your content is indexing? You can just do like site colon like that and then you can check Google for that particular keyword, right? If, for example, this article is not indexed, we probably shouldn't create any more content on that particular website until that page is indexed and we solve the indexing problems. So the reason for that is because if Google, if you're creating a lot of content but it's not being indexed, there's no point in creating it. Now, if you want some help indexing, I would recommend something like Indexceptional and that's actually built into our system so you can add your API key for Indexceptional and then it can actually get your content indexed way faster. And then with the whole SEO skill that's built into the system, that's going to create content that's unique with our case studies published directly to our websites. And so that's the content creation side automated. Now, if you want this whole agentic operating system or you just want the skill, I mean, you could simplify even more and just get the SEO skill and plug that into your system, you can get that inside the AI Profit Boardroom. So either way, whichever way you want to create SEO content, you've got it. So we've talked about low competition keywords and we've talked about content. How much content should you create? Three to five blog posts per day, but only if your content is indexing. If your content is not indexing, you slow down until your content is being indexed. That's basically the system. All right. Now, we've talked about content creation, low competition keywords. We've talked about how to design the website and also how to host it on Netlify and everything else. Let's talk about link building. So at this point, some people who are not familiar with SEO but want to get SEO traffic may be like, what are backlinks? So backlinks are just the clickable text from one website to another. And this is basically like a vote to say that your content is good. So for example, if we have a look at the AIprofitboardroom.com, you don't need a lot of backlinks. This is one thing to know. You don't need a lot of backlinks, you just need a few quality ones. How do you get a few quality ones? Basically, you want to reach out to other websites and say, hey, would you link to my website too? So you don't need a super high domain rating or authority score for your website. This website is only DR21 so it's not massively high on the domain rating but it gets traffic. Why does it get traffic? Because the backlinks that we build, we've only got a few of them but they're high quality. So for example, if we filter down, we've got do follow backlinks, backlink type, we're going to go for the results here and then we're just going to filter down to one link per domain. You can see we've only got 125 backlinks to this website. So these are the pages that's got a backlink from and these are the pages that's got a backlink to as you can see right here. Now, when we're getting these backlinks, for example, like this one, we just reach out to these websites and the website owner and just say, hey, would you link to me? And some will say yes, some will say no. Either way, you know, we'll get backlinks in the way. So that's what it's all about. So for example, how do you reach out to them? For me personally, if I know the website owner personally, then I'm going to reach out to them, you know, just on, I could reach out to them on Facebook or whatever. If I don't know the website owner personally, then I'm going to reach out to via email and I'll just say something like, hey, I've created this new piece of content, maybe you want to link to it and then they'll get back to me in terms of what they want for that backlink. They might ask for something in return and that's fine. Maybe it's like a backlink back to their site, no problem, whatever they need. And that's basically the roadmap. Now you might say how many backlinks do you need per month for this website? And I would say like three to five backlinks per month is totally fine. If it's just like a new site that you want to start ranking. So that's like what? One to two backlinks per week is pretty chill. So just to recap on the whole roadmap here and how we've done the system. So the website setup, you can use Netlify. You can use the website and prompts that I've talked about before or you can use something like Hallmark to help you build the website with GP6 Astra. Then we've got the Agent OS and with GP6 Astra built into the system, we have the CLI on the back end and we have a beautiful UI on the front end. I basically create, I find low competition keywords. You can do this all manually by the way. It's just a lot more work. So that's why I recommend using Agent OS instead. And then you can create the content using the systems that I've shown you today and the SEO skill. And then finally for the backlinks, you just need like, I would say two to three backlinks per month, something like that. So that's basically the whole system. However, I'm going to show you some of the best ways that we're using it for marketing specifically. So you can use Jeep 6 Astra for marketing to grow your reach, to reach more people, to generate more leads, to get more customers. And this is all based on the systems that I actually use day to day. So with that, we're going to get straight into it. I'm going to show you some of the best systems and ways and methods that I use to use Astra 6 specifically for marketing. So let's get into it. The first thing that we've been doing recently is we have a system for generating videos, right? Why do we want to generate videos? Because if people watch our videos, then they are more likely to drive traffic and leads and customers to our funnels. So how do we create the videos? Well, what we have a system for over here is system is combined with HeyGen API. It uses HeyGen API to generate the video. Then we've got B-roll with systems like Grok and Minimax. And then Astra 6 can create the video based on whatever we write here. It will generate the script itself, put the AI avatar into the video too, and then edit it and make it look beautiful like you can see in this video right here. All right, here's another example. So it can fully edit the videos for us and it looks very realistic as you can see right here. Plus it looks super nice, right? Now how do we do that? We just go into the director section, we type what we want and then we click write the script and it can create the videos for us. So it's a super powerful marketing tool. But not only that, one thing that Astra 6 is specifically really good at is motion design. So if you have a look at this, for example, it can bring like products to life. It can generate beautiful motion design videos. So how do we do this? Well, what we do is we use remotion as a skill in the back end. Now, this is important to note with Astra 6 is like Astra 6 can do anything but if you're just going back and forth inside the chat like this, it's not that fun to use. It's not that interesting. Also, you're just going to lose all of your automations and forget what you actually built. So how do you fix that? Well, what you want is something like this. This is an agentic operating system and basically inside this system, we're going to have Astra 6 on the back end with all this fancy code and everything else. On the front end, it just feels kind of like a SaaS tool. So you can see here, for example, it says, what are we making? We can type in what we want to do, describe the motion that we want to create, type the duration and everything else. Same with the video editor. It's just like, it feels like a tool, not like you're actually using AI. And then you can create the styles and it will generate the styles for you. So for example, these four videos were generated using this whole system, right? And the promos, the animations, they look really beautiful. Now, what could you use video for? You could use it for social media content. You could use it for funnels. You could use it for VSLs. You could use it for even ads, ads creatives, right? But the point is that Astra 6 with the right APIs connected, which we use HeyGen API and we use Remotion, which is a free open source skill to generate the videos and the animations. This is how we use all of those different systems, right? And then the other cool thing here is like quite often people will lose track of what they've created and then they spend like an hour creating something that they can't even find the next week. So what we have saved inside is a workspace, right? And the workspace allows us every time we create something useful to be able to preview it inside this section so we can see everything that we've created and we can go back, we can have a look at the evolution of our systems as well and we can just see it in one place. But that is the marketing automation one that we've built with GPT-6 Astra. Let's go on to the second version. So step number two is the SEO content pipeline. So this system here, basically, we can use GPT-6 Astra in the background to number one, find relevant keywords for our websites so it can research with Google Workspace API the relevant keywords our website's ranking for. So you can see, for example, here we're ranking for like Nine Root, DeepSeek Hermes, Orca ADE, et cetera. That's pretty cool. Now, that allows us to figure out, okay, what keywords should we create in the future? So if we open this up inside Google What to Suggest, we can see a bunch of cool keywords that we can go after here. So for example, Orca ADE tutorial. Perfect, right? How do we figure out what keyword to go for? Because we looked inside our keyword research from our existing websites. How do we do that? We use a combination of Astra 6 to build this tool and then we use Google Workspace API to find the keywords themselves. How do we create into this system is a skill in the background that can easily create content using this system. And then from here, we can actually generate the content and deploy it using custom case studies, right? So you can see over here, we can type in our target keyword that will generate the URL for the page. We can give it a case study. So unique experience about what we've recently worked on. So for example, here if we go and find a case study, here's an example, right? So this is a pretty good case study that we can use. We can grab that, plug it into the case study section here, hit generate five articles and that can actually generate the articles for our websites, right? And it's just working in the background, which is pretty nice. So that means that we can automate content to our websites for SEO. Now, when most people do this, it doesn't work for them. And I'll come on to why that is in a second. But this is based on a system that I've relentlessly tested and we can also see our history so we can see what we've created and what we've deployed. But also if we go over to our website analytics for this website, theairprofitable.com and I'll show you a few different websites we've done this for. You can see here, for example, that our traffic is growing very nicely over time. This website has grown from like zero to 429 SEO traffic per day. This website has grown from zero to 150 clicks per day. This website with AI SEO has grown from zero to 67 clicks per day, right? So these automations with AI SEO are helping us get more traffic across all of our websites with a custom skill we've built so that we can basically create content whenever we want to and deploy to our websites. And by the way, I've never logged into any of these sites. I can just get Jeep 6 Astra in the background to create content for us and then we can go from there, right? Pretty simple and easy. So that is the SEO automation number two. Let's move on to the next one now. So we've talked about video agents, we've talked about SEO, what is next? So for me, what I also like to do, you know, we run a lot of ads for our agency and so we constantly need new creatives. Now, how do we come up with new creatives? Well, I mean, you could go into Claude, you could give it a prompt, you could go back and forth, you could wrestle with it, you could do the same inside Astra. So you could go into Jeep to 6 and then you could mess around with it and, you know, go back and forth with it. I don't really like that. I like to build custom automations that are available one click away that I can use and come back to anytime I want. So over here, we can fill out the details and we can generate our ad variations on the right hand side and you could do this with video, you could do this with static images too. So you can see over here that we can type in our offer of product, then we can type in audience, we can add reference creatives, so creatives that were for us in the past, existing ad copy if we need to give inspiration and then we decide the format and how many versions we want of the ad and we just click generate from here and it will generate beautiful ad creatives as you can see over here. If we don't like something, we can regenerate the image or we can use it as a reference to generate more. We can see what we've created previously and the versions that we've generated over here so we can see our history of everything that we've created. So how easy is that? And then the cool thing about all of this is that I don't have to operate it. I can give it to my team. So if I didn't want to build out the ads myself, I can give this whole system to my team and they can build the ads for me and then basically I can delegate this system to them and they operate it in the background which saves a lot of time and again we're using GPT-6 Astra to generate the images to generate the content inside the ad and it's super simple plus it can build the tool itself. So that is a beautiful thing about GPT-6 Astra. The other thing that I would say is that GPT-6 Astra can generate images which most other AI systems cannot and also it's using 2.5 images so chat GPT 2.5 images with our existing subscriptions we don't need the API and it's using probably the best image generation model in the world for AI automation which is really really powerful. Now number four is marketing research. So what we have over here is Hermes Muse and this is a combination of Hermes agent with the brain as GPT-6 Astra and then we have a system where it can basically analyze the content we've created recently and then it gives us ideas of new content to create based on what worked recently. So it's basically like a marketing a content marketing director that is looking through our existing content finding new opportunities and then giving us new ideas based on that. So it looks at okay what have we created recently what's worked you know what's trending right now for us and then how can we create better content based on that and then I can either give those ideas to my team or I can create content around it myself. Super simple and easy. And you can also see here that it's basically ordered in terms of what's trending the most right now and then also we can see that it's giving us eight new ideas for tomorrow as well. So it's constantly on a schedule here. The other reason that I use Hermes is because it's running on a routine with GPT-6 Astra so it's basically a scheduled task with a nice UI over the top. Really really powerful. Now the other cool thing about this and I can just see a question inside the chat as I'm going along with this so feel free to ask questions if you're watching this live but inside you might be asking okay like can you connect this to other devices right so you've got this system here which is the Agent OS for GPT-6 Astra can you connect it to other devices so we have a full tutorial inside the AeroProfit volume on how to connect the Agent OS to TailScape. It takes about 10 minutes with that system you can basically connect your Agent OS system to any mobile device or to your team's devices as well and then they can operate it for you. So if you've got this set up configured and customized exactly how you want it they can actually use this for you your team can actually run this for you or you can be in the gym or something and operate the Agent OS as well. So that is the marketing automation number five and just to recap so far we've talked about the video agent the SEO agent we've talked about the ad studio and we've also talked about these are all things that you would use every single day and these are all super useful powerful things that you would constantly be using if you're building around with this sort of stuff. Now the final thing and this is something that's really really useful is the system for memories the memory galaxy right and so what you can see here is this is basically a knowledge graph from Obsidian and so it's basically connecting all of my memories inside one beautiful memory galaxy and the reason that we've done that is so that we can train up all of our AI agents on what we've worked on recently and also our AI agents can organize it and keep it organized and update it for me right now this runs in the background it's running 24-7 it's running without me but when it comes into marketing anything that we do related to marketing so if we're doing like competitive research with our AI agents that will be plugged into this system as well not only that but what we can do from there is we can look at our recent memories using our Obsidian Vault and we've got this app builder over here so we can turn our memories into new creations we can build stuff based on what we're actually spending our time on why would you want to do that because most people don't know where to start with AI why don't they know where to start with AI because they're not aware of what they need to automate next how do you get awareness of what you need to work on next well if you track with your AI agents what your recent tasks were with Obsidian super easy to figure that out it's like oh I'm spending all my time Obsidian okay let's create an automation for that we're spending all our time on motion control great let's let's create an automation for that and so we can basically take our latest memories we search for our vault on the left hand side over here and then we can pick okay we want like a social media system here we want to for example create a video over here we want to create a new guide an SEO article an app right whatever we want to build we can just click the system over here and then we can click create with codex and boom shack like a GP6 Astra is going to get to work now what happens when you build something with it well you're going to see something like this inside your library so you can see over here the for example this is the motion design generator why did we create this because inside my memories my AI agents were working on motion design and so we've basically built this app on our recent memories that turns all of our memories into a beautiful powerful system the same for example this we've got the motion designer social media posts which basically take my recent memories turn them into social media posts and demonstrate my expertise and what I've been working on recently and it splits it up into different styles so for example we've got like a couple of plain text style posts here then for example we have a seven part twitter thread we have five alternative hooks if you want to change the hook if we don't like the first line we've got some review notes and also we know which sources have come from and it's all inside one beautiful clean UI that's insane and that's something that I didn't think would be possible to build this but it's something that I've created with the agent OS just one step at a time and I've been building this out for like I would say three to four hours a day for the last three months and it's just amazing the progress you can make on this so number one I'm showing you this to some of the best ways to number one reduce the amount of tokens used with Astra 6 but also to use it for web research and for creating websites so let's get straight into it this is based on a question from Desmond inside the AI Profit Boardroom so shout out to him I'm going to get straight into answering each of the questions that we have today so first of all how can we basically use GPT-6 Astra for doing web research and also for looking through the web finding information and then using that for our project so one of the easiest ways you can do that with this is if you go over to a new chat like so we can use something like Firecrawl Firecrawl basically helps us get data from the web and it's a really powerful API for getting the latest information now how do you do this what you can do is inside ChatGPT or inside Codex wherever you prefer whichever agents you're using even Hermes agent as well you can basically get a free API from Firecrawl and then use that as the MCP inside ChatGPT so if we go inside ChatGPT here and say can you set up Firecrawl to allow me to do web research ideally use the MCP set it up for me so you can see that is set up right here and also the cool thing about this is that if you're getting started with Firecrawl you can set it up without the API key which is pretty nice so you can try it instantly so let's test this out we do need to restart our AI agent before we can get into it so let's try it now now if you use it without the API key or sign in then this is limited usage but if you run out of limits and you want to keep using it then you can just sign in or get a free API key from Firecrawl directly so you can try it out for free see what you think and then move on from there and the great thing is about this is like Codex already understands how to use it so you can see that ran successfully over here and that was pretty simple and easy and again like you may run out of tokens or you may run out of limits on here that's fine you just sign in and get an API key once you're done but to try it out free and easy to use and you can use that inside whatever agent you prefer you know that could be for example Firecrawl it could be with Hermes agent Claude Codex all of them understand and work in the same way with MCPs like this now another option that you have is Appify Appify is pretty good that can get web data as well like you see right here pretty good for lead generation and that sort of thing as well and the way that you can run this is basically we can go into again our AI agent and we would say can you set up the Appify MCP for me and what I'm actually going to do is give it the details over here and we may need to log in for Appify but we can connect it like so and it works in the same way Appify will actually give you access to a lot of stuff and a lot more tools that you won't get with Firecrawl so it's more powerful but at the same time there are more limits on that in terms of like how many tokens you're going to use and everything so you can see here it's going to ask me to log in we're just going to log in like so we'll sign in like this allow access and that's completed and set up so you can see that is now set up here so let's just test this out so we're going to say use Appify to research my competitors like so and just bear in mind you probably need a paid account to use Appify when I've tested it in the past so just something to be aware of there and if it breaks or anything like that just get the documentation from Appify so you can see right here and then you can give that to your AI agent like so next up let's talk about how we can use websites for inspiration when it comes to building out a new site so the way that I like to do this is if I see like a design that I like like this I can take a screenshot go to a new chat and be like right okay can you just create a website about SEO in this style and you can see here that we've given the example website as an example asset to a similar system and then also something to note here is that you just want to test and iterate once it comes back to you so there's going to be certain functionality on the website that the agent creates for you based on your original inspiration that might be slightly different so you just have to tweak it so just give it feedback from there now also you can see here if we go back to the Appify conversation it's found relevant competitors and that works really nicely we did have to paste in the documentation but we've got a full research report here based on that system so that works really nicely and then if we go back to the website we're creating that'll take a while but it's being designed in the background now option two for using websites as inspiration is you can use a github repo like you see right here again you want to just check through it make sure it actually works make sure that you're happy with it you could even build your own skill based on this if you don't want to use the original but you can see here for example with this github we can actually get that information use the original site as inspiration and design a new website that follows a similar pattern and this is a github repo of like 34,000 stars as you can see right here here's the name of it and that looks pretty cool as well so that's another system that you could use if you don't want to use option one and then you can actually just go to the github like so you can go over to codex whichever agent you want to prefer to use and you can just say install this and then build a website that looks similar to let's say the AR Profit Boarding and it can use that system like so now when it comes to reducing the amount of tokens you use which I know you've mentioned here what you want to do is go over to our token minimization playbook inside the AR Profit Boarding so you can see for example here some of the best ways and some of the best playbooks you can use to reduce the amount of tokens that you're using inside any AI agent is four different playbooks like so so you can use headroom headroom actually reduces and compresses the amount of tool outputs so you basically end up using like 20% fewer tokens with your AI agents again test this stuff out for yourself but when I've tested in the past it works pretty well another one is RTK RTK basically reduces LLM token consumption by 60 to 90% that doesn't mean your overall consumption is going to reduce by 60 to 90% it just means that's what they found on their own tests but when you use all these playbooks together it reduces the amount of tokens you use massively which means that you get more out of your existing subscription here's another one this actually cuts output tokens by 65% this is called Caveman basically what it means is that your AI agent responds like a caveman when you're going back and forth with it and so this means it gets straight to the point it's not really verbose and it cuts the number of output tokens and then the final one is Ponytail Ponytail basically codes like a lazy senior developer and these are all free GitHub repos that you can install with your AI agent now there's a couple of final questions here so I know you asked about how to use our agent OS system across multiple devices what I recommend for that is Tailskill so Tailskill you can basically set up in like 10 minutes and it gives you access to all your different devices I've tested out it works pretty well and then for Claude desktop app how to get Opus to be the orchestrator and automatically assign Haiku and Sonnet sub-agent tasks I don't want to like say that I've done this before but the way that I would approach that is basically ask Opus to do it right so I haven't tested this out myself but I would just go into Claude and set a rule where it's like use Opus as main orchestrator and then automatically assign Haiku and Sonnet sub-agent tasks I haven't tested that out but that's the way that I would approach it and then save it as a skill for later and then finally for lead generation workflows if you want my best lead generation workflows AIprofitbomb.com 11labs just dropped a brand new MCP that comes with voice, music, image and video generation in 11labs and this is pretty amazing so far I've tested it out it kind of feels like Higgsfield a little bit but it's super easy to set up and also I know a lot of people are using 11labs already plus you can have your own sort of custom systems built in so for example I can plug in my voice I can create like amazing vertical videos as well as long form too as you can see right here the quality is super nice when you're using this too so looks incredible when you're opening it up and it was super easy to connect inside a system like this so basically in the space of 5-10 minutes of it dropping at my own sort of studio built out where I can generate video or voice or music or sound effects whatever I want so I want to talk through exactly what it is, how it works etc. and how to use it the first thing that you want to do is just get an API key from 11labs if you don't have that already if you want to generate the API key you can just make sure you have an account with 11labs and then you just go to the settings and get an API key once you've done that then you can basically plug this into any AI agent that you want so the cool thing about an MCP is that it basically connects with all of your favourite AI agents such as GPT Claude, Claude Code Cursor, Grokbot, Hermes and you've got not just the MCP but also the CLI so you can switch between them and choose whichever one you want and when I was setting it up it was super simple so let me show you an example of how I actually set it up using Astra 6 you can use it however you want so you could combine it with Hermes or ChatGPT whatever you prefer if you want to see an example this is basically how we did it so I said can you add 11labs MCP as a tab inside the video agent of the agent and also create some insane league of videos and examples inside the two videos etc make sure it's fully working create a guide of example videos that's at the point we're at now where it's just like you give it the documentation you give the AI agent an API key which I did earlier in the message and that's basically it that's how we created this tool and then if we scroll down now you can see that it created it right so it can create it in 4k as well so the quality of the videos is super nice you can have images as well with this it stores the key privately the API key and then the MCP itself is like super easy to set up so I actually created this full guide about it as well and then as we scroll down here and so can you just build out some more amazing videos inside the 11labs section so we can actually get Astro6 or any of your AI agents to use this directly and that's basically it that's how easy it was so if we go over here now we go inside the AgentOS tab it's pretty cool because we've got basically a full video studio so we've got like the director section here where I can use HNAPI with my AI agents describe what I want it can edit it and create it as you can see right here and then also we've got a motion designer so this is using Astro6 and a combination of ReMotion to create like amazing videos example right here so this is really cool for animations and that sort of thing but then also we can go into 11labs here and the videos that I create they also show as a preview inside the hero bar so the design is super clean we've got the MCP details over here and we have the full guide to it as well and then as we scroll down we can select okay do we want to make a video voice music sound effects etc the other thing that blew me away was like how quick and easy it is to do and then we can select how long we want the duration to be so right now the video duration is 8 seconds so it's pretty short but I think actually you can extend that so you can see here on the plans like what you get based on the number of videos and everything else which is pretty cool and also you get AI avatars two of this you can see avatars that we can build in with this system so we can have like talking AI avatars kind of like HeyGen as you can see right here but one of the biggest differences is that when you're building AI avatars with 11labs well it's got much better voice generation which is going to make the video itself look much nicer and much more realistic example right here it looks super nice on the avatar style and then from here we can give it creative direction also what we can do is we can give it a starting image so for example if you wanted to generate an avatar or if you for example wanted to bring a book or you know some sort of product that you have if you're doing e-com to life you could do that too I also think you could use this for ads for ads creatives I'll show you some examples and also like inside the UI here you can see that we can flick between like okay do we want videos we want to see our voice we want to see the music we've created the sound effects etc it's kind of like having Suno Hey Jen a voice agent and also a video generator all in one so pretty nice how it works looks super clean you can also generate portrait style animations here this is kind of like a product promo as you can see this is one that actually generated for my book earlier which looks super nice so you can see that we basically just gave it an image of my book and then it brought it to life so you build a system like this where you can see everything you've created what prompts you used if you want to remix it is there if you want to get the actual original you've got over there and then also you can just build anything you want but you can separate it out right so it basically looks and feels like a SaaS tool but behind it all it is is 11labs MCP combined with GPT-6 Astra or Hermes Agent or whatever you prefer now one of the things I'll say here is that you could set this up from scratch if you just want to get my setup with all my tools built into this whole system you can get that inside the AI Profit Bottom link in the comment description or just go to the AI Profit Bottom.com it comes with like all sorts of cool stuff inside there including like Higgs field as well and some other cool tools the other thing that I would say is I'd recommend using GPT-6 Astra to build this whether you use that with Hermes or not simply because when I ask it to build beautiful tools like this it comes out perfectly almost every time right much nicer than my previous creations which I really like and then also we've got on the right hand side like some presets as you can see right here so if you're not sure okay what should I create or you can click on one of the presets and switch between them which is nice and honestly when I saw the announcement of 11labs MCP I wasn't really that excited and then when I tested it I was like okay I get it like this is pretty amazing actually the quality itself just unbelievable the other thing that you could do as well which I really like is like anything that you create plugs into the workspace over here so you know quite often if you're generating especially if it's just short videos quite hard to organize that and keep that organized somewhere so what I do is I have the system basically put that into the workspace anything I create with 11labs or the video director or the motion designer it's all over here and it's ready to go and it looks super clean and nice but yeah this is all part of a system where we've got for example like our sales agent OS so we can manage our whole team and all the calls that have come in recently as you can see right here so our AI agents automatically analyze what sort of sales calls we're built in also the other thing that we've done recently is build a design OS so we can basically plug in amazing templates as you can see right here we've got a design library over here too you can see an example right here like the quality is pretty insane as you can see and then this is custom trained to create beautiful websites we also have for example an SEO OS so this can basically take all of my data from Google Search Console plug it into a beautiful UI as you can see right here and then that's good to go and we can create content automatically so it's all inside one system and the thing that I'm seeing is this is becoming easier and easier you know like if you look at that 11labs MCP system that we set up a second ago the trend that I'm seeing right now is that this just dropped today I just tested it out for 20 minutes we've already built a SaaS tool around it and the thing that I'm seeing in here is like Astra 6 in a scary way is getting better and better at building these tools at transforming these MCPs and building something where you've got your own customized SaaS right you're not using anyone else's and I think that's the amazing thing that has just been unlocked with Astra 6 and Hermes Agent and watching bye bye so one thing I've been testing is building out hits field with GPT-6 Astra 6 and it is unbelievable like the quality when it comes to creating videos creating for example short films creating UGC creating Facebook ads etc using Astra 6 with Higgsfield MCP unbelievable I'm going to show you what we've created how it works how it's been built step by step and how easy it is to set up as well one thing I've also done as well is create a powerful tool where we can basically just go into the create section here we can choose between auto image or video we can then choose which selections of models we want or we can go in auto go duration or format so let's have a look at an example video that I just generated this is a short film called nothing real and basically Astra 6 just generated it and then put it all together in one single prompt which is unbelievable so let's open this up Eli why did the rain stop I remember my mother but she has no face simulation residence will be erased simulation ending residence will be erased then we find the way out we're not real none of this is real then why am I afraid to lose your that felt real so that is the trailer that we created using this you can basically create like four films in one single prompt so you're wondering okay how do we create this well let me guide you through it step by step and this is the same process you can use for any of these style of videos but the quality is just unbelievable this is far more advanced than anything else I've ever used and it was really really easy to do so basically what we're using is a combination of Hicksfield MCP now this is Hicksfield's plugin for you know ChatGPT Claude Grokbot Cursor Claude Code OpenQuart Hermes and it's super chill to set up literally all you do is you just copy and paste that command go into your favorite AI agent for example like Codex for ChatGPT 886 Astra and then plug it in and you're good to go if you're wondering how it works you can see some cool stuff that you can do with this you can even for example build out like these absolutely amazing websites which is really cool but you can use this for video generation image generation and marketing as well really really nice now the other thing that I would say here is that you could go directly to Hicksfield but it's like you look at the dashboard it's so difficult to figure out okay what models should we use when should we use them why should we use them and when something new comes out you're kind of not really sure okay what is the best one to switch to whereas if you use this system that I'm talking about today then literally all you do is you basically give it the creative direction it comes up with a specific creative system for coming up with that and the brief and then what it does from there is it will select the models for you so Astra and GPT-6 will actually create the model for you based on its understanding of how to use Hicksfield which is you know going to learn far quicker than I am and basically all you have to do is really come up with the ideas now also you can see some examples here of like other stuff that we've created for example like this UGC style video here looks super nice and you can use this for your own Facebook ads I think and that sort of thing as well which is really really cool and now if we have a look at the creative brief here this would be a lot of work for me to come up with myself so what you want instead is Astra 6 to pretty much handle the briefing and the operation itself now if you're wondering okay how do you set up the MCP you literally just give these instructions to your AI agents and it can go from there if you're wondering how do you connect it do you need an API or something like that so once you've given the instructions from the MCP page to your AI agent it'll then just ask you to connect it via OAuth so you just log into your account for Higgsfield and then it will set up from there and then if you're wondering okay well how do you set up the actual prompting or how do you prompt it to build stuff like this I'll show you how simple it was so we're at the point now where you can basically build anything just with a couple of sentences and keep it really simple so if we have a look at this example literally all I said to the AI agent was can you generate a 60 second mini movie about AI characters freaking out because they're not real that kind of feels like a film with Higgsfield with characters with different scenes scenarios acting it should feel like an action drama movie and so it actually did like 113 actions in between so it optimizes the conversation uses Higgsfield generates a video and then it will generate more videos based on the original one and then also what it will do is ensure that the characters are consistent across each scene you see I actually used C dance 2.5 we can see the dimensions that it's a video itself and how long the video is itself and then also the audio too so you can preview what it's doing as you go along which is nice and then as we scroll down here we got more updates it then created more scenes for the video and put them together and here's the important part like I don't want to go into GP6 every single time to do it like that so what we can do instead is like we can just create a custom tool and you can ask your AI agent hey create a custom tool for this where I can generate videos at any point using Higgsfield with the MCP and it will just design something beautiful like this and the other cool thing is if you want this just like ready to go you don't want to set this all up yourself you can get that inside the AI profit boardroom where we've got the full setup ready to go so if you just want to you know if you don't want to set this all up yourself and you just want the MCP system with the tool you can get that inside the agent OS over here and we update this constantly you can get the zip file to install it and it's pretty easy to use and simple to go from there but yeah Higgsfield combined with Astra 6 just unlocks I would say something totally new and what I would say here is that this is the worst it's ever going to be I think I mean bear in mind like it took me about 5 or 10 minutes to generate the video itself imagine if you gave it a full day like it could probably generate maybe a 60 minute film that was written nicely that looks interesting that is beautifully designed and incredibly easy to do I mean it didn't take any skill to really set that up which is unbelievable you can see you can generate like for example explain the videos like this so this was a one prompt explain the video and it did like all the animations like so and then also you can generate UGC you can generate like promos it's kind of like an ad for a car and this one as well and the ads as well look super nice you can also switch the dimensions up as well whenever you want to but yeah super impressive really really cool and then also what you could do is you could take the stuff that you've generated like so and then you could go over to your ad studio which I've got built in we could describe the offer or the product desire add our audience plug in any references for creatives existing ads copy and then generate even more ads creatives based on the original so if you had like an ad that you've generated with Hicksfield MCP you could plug it into this system and then generate like three to five more ad variations and even check out your performance over here as well so it's really cool yeah so much you can do with that so much potential and unbelievable I haven't really tested out the website side of things but if you do want to see me test that out more book I could upload my book cover and then plug it into this system and animate it exactly how I want it inside one beautiful UI this also comes alongside a video agent where you can describe exactly what you want and then it can actually generate these amazing videos and everything that you create with the system is fully edited plus it's saved inside the workspace here so we can come back to it whenever we want so let me show you an example of how it works and I'll also show you how I built it just so you can get an idea of you know how you can create this yourself or if you just want to get my system is inside the AR Profit Boardroom link in the comment description or go to thearprofitboardroom.com so for example here we can say okay I want to animate my book launch so what we're going to do is create a beautiful motion design for my book that's just being released it's the SEO link building mastery book and then we can switch here between the duration now obviously because I'm going to show you a quick demo I'm just going to keep it short but you can have this as pretty much as long as you want you could even edit the duration so you could say to your AI agent that sets up this whole system for you you could say to your agent hey listen make this one minute or make this for example five minutes or however long you want it to be you can also switch between dimensions so you can have landscape portrait and square and then you can change the accent color so what this means essentially is if you have a look over here you've got this color matched to the accent if you want to change that color you can easily just change it inside the color drop down here the other thing that would say is just how beautiful and clean it looks like and Astra 6 actually built this tool but at the same time Astra 6 is being used to create the videos in the back end as well using a free github skill called remotion as well to help us so we can change like the style and the visual directions here we can add artwork as well so let me show you an example here so I have the book SEO link builder mastery and I can use this inside the system so if we go to our book here as you can see and then we'll go back to the agent OS system and then we are going to for example add that and that will be included inside the motion design right now also we can change the styles here so we can say okay I want to create like four different styles as you can see and now if we have a look inside our tool here as soon as we clicked on create four styles well it's designing those in the background so it's going to create one version that's playful one that's luminous one that's editorial style and one that's kinetic as well you might also say okay why would you use something like a chat GPT 6 Astra for generating the motion design itself well basically the motion design is generated with code and Astra 6 is one of the best coding agents out there and so when you combine the power of a skill like re-motion that's amazing that motion design and then you plug that into a system like this with GPT 6 Astra you get really nice outputs like even this like hero image looks really nice here the other cool thing you can do this is something that I like to do when I'm designing websites now is we have this design operating system inside the agent OS as well and so we can use that motion style or the the motion design inside the websites that we create as well so for example if we have a look inside our previous websites we've generated over here we can preview them now you can see that we've generated some some really beautiful websites using motion design as well right and the great thing about this is that it avoids your content looking like AI slot it just makes your designs look way nicer here's another example so if we go down here and then we click on this 3d website and this website is fully 3d how do we create this website by using motion design like for example we can even click on the elements here and it's all animated it's all fun to use it doesn't look like it's been generated with AI and it doesn't just have that typical sort of hallmark of AI slot websites so we want to avoid right it looks beautiful it looks interesting it's fun to play around with and it's a very unique design that is differentiated from everything else like even for example if you have a look at this hero image here and so this is all using the same system in the back end which is stupid6astra with cool motion design systems so if we go back to the motion designer over here we can see that that's being built like so and we can come back to it once it's done if you want to have a look at some previous examples that were generated you can see them over here and also the other cool thing about this is when you generate something like this it can actually be added to a beautiful landing page so if we have a look at this page here Astra 6 has combined my website design skills with the motion design system that we've generated as well and then it's plugged in for example this beautiful motion design as you can see it's also created some nice animations and this is where it gets really interesting you can see the AI using the AI if that makes sense so if we play this for example this is actually our AI agent using the motion design system right and that's what you can see right here this is not me typing this is my AI agent which is pretty cool you see another example here as well so the great thing about this is the you save time you automate you get beautiful designs and also straight out the box jeep 6 astra is not particularly good at doing this but if you train it in the right way if you give it the right skills then it's going to look 10 times nicer so how do we create this whole system here so what I actually did is go into codecs as you can see make sure you've got jeep 6 astra and then we've said like can you create a motion designer inside the video agent of the agent OS inside the video agent section add a new tab called motion designer and create a really clean beautiful tool where we can quickly design motions related details such as how long we want it to be etc right so you just describe everything that you want and then in seven minutes just seven minutes you have this whole tool created and ready to go right inside this system along with an example page as you can see right here and everything pretty cool now if we go back to our animations we've got them as you can see so the ones that we've just generated as a demo that was showing you of the book you can see it right here okay so we can play this now and you can see it that it animates and creates like a nice little promo video for the book but also because we've created four at the same time in parallel we can have a look between the different designs and decide which one we want so if we have a look at this one for example we can play this and we can see another example here right now if you wanted this to be more animated you would include it inside the brief and also you could go back to Astra inside codex and say like hey when you create these videos could you make sure that they're more animated they're more interesting they add more effects etc so you can totally change how you want the look and the feel and the desire design of everything else to look as well right but it's really cool i mean it looks better than most editors could create and it's just like a really nice way to generate for example like ads or promos or animations or whatever you prefer for whatever you're launching really really cool and again it's just one click away that's the other thing i would say here is like if i wanted to keep track of this inside chat chippity like everything just drops to the side and then also if a new model comes out like let's say for example fable 6 comes out it's really hard to keep track of everything and it's really hard to like control everything like even just retraining my brain to use chat chippity after using claude for so long was super messy but if i create a beautiful tool like this well the great thing is that number one it's one click away number two it's already pre-trained with all my skills and number three i can just come back to it and i can switch out the model anytime that i want to so the system stays the same but the model changes and so that means when a new model comes along it doesn't feel like shiny object syndrome because you can just plug in the next model into this system as well right if fable 6 comes out tomorrow no problem we can plug this in if for example gpt7 comes out next month no problem we can just change the model in the back end to easily coach my team up and automatically analyze with ai what we should improve and also it uses our sales standard operating procedure system to analyze how our reps are performing versus how they're actually um you know how they should be performing based on our processes so this is really powerful number one for analyzing the calls number two for seeing what's been done recently number three for actually automatically rating our teams it's basically like an ai powered sales coach that helps analyze our team's performance and also give me real-time data in terms of what we can improve and i think this is massive for any company running a sales team or if you're doing sales calls day to day this is really powerful because basically automatically pulls in the latest data in terms of sales calls and then analyzes what went wrong what to improve and how we can get better now this data is confidential if i click that button i can actually open up the data for my team and we can refresh this report now it's actually running on a schedule so this is running every 24 hours which is pretty useful and then you can see for example here we can look at our team so we can look at our reps we can see how they're performing and also the coaching opportunities so we can see rep one rep two rep three and then also over here on the call section we can analyze our team's performance so what it's actually doing is it's looking at what worked what to improve the next call the next steps and then also analysis of for example the discovery process and how the team is doing everything else now you might be wondering okay how is it pulling that data on let me show you an example so basically this is something that she built this afternoon i went in to gp6 astra as you can see right here inside chat gpt i said can you create a clean sales agent os tab inside agent os that pulls in the latest calls from my team and all the latest conversations my team have had on google drive in my team's google workspace and it should analyze how many calls we've had who we've had them with how the conversations went and what we can improve also want to make sure it's updated every 24 hours and tracks each day so the data is stored and we can look back aggressively over time and actually attached an example from a recent call to break down the data and included information from my team so it pulled in the latest calls and everything else and gave me a preview plus created a routine as you can see right here to update the agent os daily so that we can get that information in you could do the same by the way with any ai agent or harness so if you prefer claude to do this you could do that with with claude if you wanted for example hermes agent hermes agent would be great because you could use gp6 astro as a brain hermes agent as a harness and then create this as a cron job so a scheduled task that analyzes your agents and then you can see here that it's pulling in the latest data now it did have a bit of an issue correct connecting the data to this so what i actually did from there is i gave it access to the latest calls in the google drive folder where the calls from my team are automatically saved which is super useful then from there we also gave it access to the sales sap and basically i have a three-stage process for building automating anything including this sales team agent os system so basically what you want to do is you want to identify what you need to build then test and iterate it and then track it for seven days and just see how it performs and whether you actually use it because if you create an automation that you don't use you might as well delete it but it's worth testing so sometimes we have like an automation in mind and then we create it and it's not actually useful in reality so what i've said here is can you add a rating to each call in terms of what was good and what was bad and how we can improve so it's breaking down what we can improve in each call the good points about points unprepared and i can check out individual calls if i'm like ah you know what that one wasn't so good and then also you can see here i said when you update daily don't delete anything we want to keep the history in the in the system so we want to be able to see past days past weeks past months see the progression of our sales team see how they're performing and then also i've said for the coaching points are you able to look at the attached sap so i attach my sales training sap over here and then use that to give feedback for example you can check whether they're actually following the process or not which is pretty much i would say a big big part of understanding how your team is performing so that's what it did and then you can see for example over here we've got like the ratings for our team we've checked all of the things that they should be doing so you know are they exploring the business goals challenges and creating evidence for that and also like coming up with what they can improve also for example are they talking about budgets and decision makers are they handling objections this is something that sales teams often miss out or they just like end the call without handling the objections so all these sort of things just allow us to check you know are they actually scheduling in a bam fam so booking a call as a follow-up if the client didn't close on the call and all these things just help us understand okay what do we need to improve and how can we work with this the other cool thing about this is as well that not only do we have like the daily history and what's happened and how many calls we've reviewed versus no shows and also who was involved so who was on the calls today but also from there we can check inside our memory system and this information this data can be plugged into our memory system so that when we're working with other ai agents they can identify the issues in the sales team processes and then from there we can go to the create section inside our agent os and we can create a new app or a new se article a new social media post or for example like a guide for our team based on what's happened recently so we can look through our recent memories using obsidian and a combination of the agent os look at where our team can improve and then plug that into a system where we can consistently improve i mean for example we could actually use these sales agent os look at the feedback and then use that for example in our video agent over here or our seo agent we could for example look at our ads and our ads performance and then go right okay well this client turned up on the call they like this about our marketing they didn't like that okay let's change the next ads that we create based on the feedback that we've got and we can give it information and context based on that to improve in the future which is something i'm tempted to test actually without making things too confusing and then also what i like about this whole system is you know if i can test this for a week so this is something that i've just literally built but i can test it for a we can be like right okay we need to change that we need to add this in this is just version one and usually it's like by version seven or version 10 that i'm really like wow this is fantastic uh so that's something to bear in mind as well but this whole system here where we can see okay you know as someone actually handled the objections where did it land where are they up to what do we need to coach them on for of tokens a lot of people are actually like afraid of using it especially on the higher level simply because it uses so many tokens it can absolutely rinse them so today we're going to talk about some of the best ways to reduce the amount of tokens that you use with your ai agents like gp6 astra and you can apply this to hermes you can apply this to claw to whatever you prefer but the main point here is that you can save a lot of tokens and you can get more out of your existing plan with gp6 astra with that let's get straight into exactly how to do this i want to kick this off with some of the best token minimization playbooks i've found for reducing the amount of tokens you use with ai agents so one of the first ones that you can use is something called header room header room is basically a way of compressing the tool outputs to reduce the amount of tokens you use and for coding agents you use about 20% less so imagine for example if you have astra for five weeks well you would get an extra week out of it because you've got that extra 20% now if you're wondering okay how do you use headroom with something like you know for example codex what you can do here is you can grab the github details like so then you can go to chat chipt and you can just plug this in right and you can say okay use headroom when you're coding for me inside codex and so you can just install each of these different playbooks i'm running through today using the system and these are all like free and open source available on head on on github available to install and very quickly you can start reducing the amount of tokens you use so this is like a context compression layer for ai agents and what this means it basically uses less input tokens so that when you're coding with your ai agents it's more efficient it's using less tokens and therefore you reduce the output as well it's also really good not just with for example gp6 astro but if you understand how to use any of these different ai agents and these token minimization playbooks the cool thing about it is you can apply this to hermice you can apply this to claude and bear in mind like you know astro six is great now but what about when fable six comes out what about when for example the next open source project comes out like things are constantly changing but the playbooks and the systems you can use to reduce the amount of tokens inside each of these um you know those don't change and so you can apply this to whatever you learn which is a super useful skill to use the next thing that we can use is something called rtk rtk so basically this reduces llm token consumption by up to 60 to 90 percent on common developer commands so again it's a way of just reducing the amount of output your ai agent reads now one thing to note here is like when you hear like 60 or 90 percent like test it yourself see what you think see if it's useful for you or not but the point here is that you you you can test these things out and then you can reduce the amount of tokens you use right and so you can see here the rtk cuts up to about 90 percent of the bash output your agent reads and this is not the same as like reducing your total amount of tokens by 90 percent but it just makes it more efficient even if you reduce the amount of tokens used by 10 percent here and then 20 for example headroom and that sort of thing like together they all stack up and they all reduce the amount of tokens you use which is pretty cool here so here's an example so again we can go over to github here we can set up a new chat and we say okay can you use this for coding now not every token minimization playbook you use is going to work directly with codecs so some will some won't but we can test them like this the other thing that i'd recommend here is that whenever you're coding with or any of these agents and you all for example these github repositories just check them yourself get codecs to scan them don't install anything that you don't understand so read through it sure you're comfortable with it and then you can keep going from there so my point here is like you want to check this stuff out because for example if anyone can create this anyone can upload it to github and you want to just make sure you're comfortable with it even if you don't use this system or the great thing about this is like you can actually take the principles from this and you can ask codecs to implement it if that makes sense so you could look at how this actually works go over to codecs and say hey based on how this operates could you create your own playbook for this or could you adopt this approach whenever you're coding out and you don't even have to install the github repository if you don't want to as well okay so you can see here that we've got rtk uh ready and installed on the mac now and we have headroom as well right now with headroom we have to restart codecs to start loading the new tools but in the space of like two minutes we've installed two different playbooks that are going to help us save a lot of time when it comes to reducing our token usage fantastic the next thing that we have is something called caveman so caveman what it does is it reduces the amount of output tokens we use inside our ai agents now you can see the in the actual description it says clawed code it's a clawed code skill does that mean it only applies to clawed code no like any ai agent that you're talking to sometimes they can be a little bit verbose sometimes they can talk too much when you're uh reach you know when you're using them and so this reduces the amount that they talk how by making it talk like a caveman why is that important because it reduces the amount of information it gives you when it's responding to you so it's more direct but also it reduces the amount of tokens because every time it replies to you so for example we use an asterisk over here every time it's replying to us and it's giving us like a long paragraph or it's giving us loads of details inside the response that actually uses up more tokens and it uses up our our usage and so how do we reduce the amount of tokens we can reduce the output tokens from the agent itself how do we install it right all we do is we grab the gear up like so then we're going to have to chat cheapity you'll see a comment right here and you click on install this plus start using this and what we can also do if you want to test any of these out you can actually say to codex once you've installed this so once you've installed this can you test it out yourself and just show me if there's actually a difference in the before and after on a task tell me the difference in terms of a percentage and so you can ask it to test each of these skills and see if it actually makes a difference because i know some people comment they'll be like oh this you know caveman it doesn't do anything or rtk doesn't reduce anything test out yourself test all this stuff out yourself right that's what i recommend to everyone watching stuff like this and then you can see we've got rtk we've got headroom caveman is now being installed pretty simple and easy and the final token minimization i wanted to show you is ponytail now this is great if you're coding if you don't do any coding with astro six number one you are missing out but number two uh ponytail was really good for this but it's specifically for code so what it essentially does is it makes your ai agent think like a lazy senior developer why is that important it's important because basically it's going to write minimal code it's going to be very efficient in the code it writes there's going to be less fluff inside the code which means that it performs better but also this means it's going to be faster when it replies to you it's going to use up less code which means less tokens and it's cheaper to use your ai agents and so this is really useful because when you combine all these different systems together you have a very very efficient chat chipt system that's ready to go the other thing that you can do here and you've got a few options is you can actually switch between the different models you have depending on the task so option number five once you've installed each of these and we can install ponytail like this so i'm going to say let's grab the get out repo from ponytail now i'm going to go over to codex like so can you install this and use this when you're coding our projects so we've got those four playbooks installed like so and we are testing our caveman as you can see here and actually this is really interesting so some people again they're going to say well caveman doesn't work or rtk doesn't work blah blah blah you can see an example right here where we've tested it where we've got chat chiptic to test it directly for us and caveman used 54.9 percent fewer output tokens than the normal answer and 35 percent fewer than answer concisely but it kept all the recommended fixes so the quality of what you're building and what you're coding and what you're creating with astro six doesn't drop but the amount of tokens you get out of astro six increase significantly so that's what this system is all about and you can see the comparison right here so this is normal versus answer concisely versus caveman 54 reduction output tokens not 54 overall but 54 in output tokens which is pretty cool so these are the systems that you can use and then again the final one is that you can actually switch here so let's say for example you are not coding something out you just need a quick answer inside chat gpt well if you wanted to save your tokens on the gp6 astro plan then you can switch over to something like gpt 5.6 you don't have to use gp6 astro on every single thing you could also switch down to astro light right light would use less tokens the medium and medium would use less tokens an extra height so these are all dials it can change as well the final thing that i was going to say is that you can get it to orchestrate stuff for you so you could have for example astro six as the brain when you're coding out with it or when you're building stuff so astro six can be the brain and then that can delegate tasks to harder working cheaper apis so i'll give you an example you could use astro six as the main brain and then that could delegate to something like claude or to something like grok for the work where you don't really need a frontier model or you don't you're not in a rush you don't need to get that done quickly but you do want to save the amount of tokens you use on astro so those are like what's that uh five different options for reducing the amount of tokens and you know altogether when i've tested this out with claude code in the past uh it reduced the amount of tokens in total across everything that we did by about 80 percent which was pretty wild uh so you know it's it's a it's a great way even if you reduce the amount of tokens by 20 that means you squeeze a lot more out of astro and that sort of thing so if you want to get our full playbook on exactly how to use it step by step we've system like you can see and you don't have to use gpt6 astro you can plug any brain into this system but the great thing about this is the if you've ever used gpt6 astro directly the websites it creates are pretty bad right normally creates pretty bad websites they look super basic they look pretty average straight out of the box and you can see some examples here the website designs usually look something like this so if we open this up this is the typical sort of ai website that gpt6 astro creates it's kind of boring it's obviously been created by ai's kind of filling that template so how do you fix that so what we've actually done is we've created something called a website design operating system it's part of our agentic operating system as you can see right here and basically what this allows you to do is you can create websites from scratch just by plugging in the project name and your website brief and then it will actually generate a website inside the my website section so you can see here it's currently building out website for seo we have another example over here and we have another one here we can also switch between the two different previews so we can view on desktop or we can view it on mobile as well we can also open up so we can click on this and then open up full screen as you can see right here and it creates like really beautiful websites using our systems that we've created for building much nicer websites with astro to avoid those kind of like generic ai slop websites you typically get and this is based on a design library that you can see right here that we've actually built and if we preview some examples let me show you some examples of the kind of designs we're plugged into this and you can see some examples right here so if we open up this full website basically what this is doing is it's using like a combination of different like 3d elements as you can see right here to avoid your generic ai slop themes that you typically get so for example even like just the small details like the clickable elements you can see here for example we can zoom in and zoom out of this beautiful framework and the text changes and the progress bar changes as well as we scroll down as well you can see this progress bar as well and just like the design and the feel it doesn't look like ai right it looks like something different something totally unique from anything really gp6 astro is going to build straight out of the box so this is a pretty cool system that we're built with the design operating system you could build this yourself if you wanted to but i just created it inside an agentic os which you can get inside the aero profit bottom link in the comment description or go to the aeroprofitbomb.com and with this whole system we have different skills behind the designs as well so we've actually built out five different skills as you can see right here so for example we're building a front end design skill hallmark bordering branding as well and a guide page builder plus web design guidelines as well and those are just like five systems we're built into this so that we can create much nicer websites whenever we want which is pretty cool and literally it's so simple because you can just type in your website brief here and get something really nice out of it and then also you can select which style and template you want to use so for example you can see here we have different styles so we can click through and choose based on what we like so if you like that 3d website that we just showed you a second ago you can use that as a template and then build whatever you want with it and also i'm going to continue to update this as i discover new design styles that i really like so it's a pretty cool system and if you're wondering okay like how do you create something like this how do you make something like this i was surprised by how easy it is so what you can do is you can go into chat chippity and then i said can you set up a web design os that looks super clean and beautiful use web design skills you've created before check out the web design folder locally and use that for generating websites inside the agent os right it came back to me something it didn't quite work the way that i wanted it and then we tested it a couple of times a bit of back and forth and literally within about 20 or 30 minutes boom shakalaka we have the web design os ready to go if you're wondering okay what are the systems we actually used for generating these beautiful websites so we actually have loads of different skills that we built in let me show you some examples and these basically teach ai agents and this could be with hermes could be with astro six whatever you prefer it teaches your ai agents how to create beautiful websites that look really nice so we can open up these skill md files which are built into our design system and you can see for example here it's got the name the description and it teaches the core principles of design to your ai agents like in terms of you know ui and psychology principles in terms of for example the audience and the design approach as you can see right here why it actually matters also how to build trust with people who are scrolling the website all the things that ai is typically not going to think about because you know it forgets or it's just trying to code something quickly and also you can see here that's got anti-patterns so it actually tells the ai agents what not to do so for example you know avoid the same colors in every project avoid dark and neon as a default avoid like putting purple and violet for everything right and um avoid all these there's some things that ai agents do like for example sometimes the ai can hallucinate when it's creating websites and this whole process just makes up way simpler the other thing that is really good with this is that it actually adds a decision process for building the website and what that essentially means is when it's designing the website it follows like a framework in terms of the style direction the content the constraints uh the the and reviews it as well like does this serve the user is this different from the defaults would i be proud of this if i was giving it to someone else and then it pulls in these different skill md files from other sources to just make it way more powerful so that's just one example of the skill system built into this we also used an ai profit boardroom branding system as well just to add like a more corporate style here so as it analyzes for example the voice and the copywriting uh it gives you ideas on what to avoid it's got ideas on like even for example the surfaces and the typography and the color distribution these are all like carefully laid out so the ai agent when it's building out can can build something else the final thing that i was going to say for using astra 6 is a number one it's really good at generating images and number two it's really good at using remotion which is a skill for coding out videos why is that important for web design because as you can see for example in this beautiful hero image it's actually created an image turn that into an animated video of remotion and then plugged it into the hero bar as you can see right here which is why we've got this nice animation and this is just another cool element that we've plugged into the whole web design os which you've got over here so it's really really cool and then we've got the design library we have for example the website system as you can see right here so it's built out the website system and we can create with any of the templates i've mentioned before so for example if we like the look of this one well we can say okay you know generate the same content style as we did before for this project but now we're going to test it with a different template and that sort of thing and also when you install the agentic operating system you can plug any brain into the system so it doesn't have to be jeep 6 astra it could be for example deep seek v 4.1 flash or whatever you prefer as well so if you want to get this full design operating system you could get that you could build it yourself if you wanted to but if you want to get my system that's ready to go and i spend about three to four hours a day coding of the questions that we had today was how to use astro six gpt astro six for e-com and this applies to any business whether you have e-com or whether you for example have an agency maybe you have a community whatever you're focused on running and automating a business with ai automation and specifically astro six really really powerful but there's a few ways i would approach you i'm going to run you through exactly what i would do and how i'd start and where to go first of all with this so what i'm going to do here is pull up some notes for you to basically run you through how i would approach this and then we'll get straight into this so the first thing that i would say is you want to like audit your time and figure out where are you spending your time as a business owner and this applies for any business right it doesn't matter if you're doing e-com or anything like that now specifically for e-com what are some of the tasks you typically be doing on a day-to-day basis probably setting up ads probably looking at getting new products added to your website and also i would say just trying to drive traffic to your website right trying to get traffic to your store so those are like three example tasks now that would be step one which is time audit so the first thing you want to do is just analyze where are you spending your time if you're spending all your time on ads great start there if you're spending all your time for example trying to get traffic that's the sort of thing um if you're trying to create new creatives great place to start right so for example a lot of people running ads we we run ads ourselves for our agency and new creatives and new new copy and that sort of thing is a lot of work right so if you want to start there that's a great place to start the step number two is to start automating right so for example let's say that you are spending most of your time from stage one on creating ads and ads creatives that's what you spend most of your time on so what you want to do is build an automation custom automation for that specific example so for example we actually had an air profit boarding member who requested that feature and we built it into our agentic operating system tool which you can see over here and so we have this ad studio that we've built which was good timing because we only created this a few days ago and we're already getting questions about how to automate an e-commerce tool with astra 6 so how do we build this whole system here how do we build the ad studio where we can basically automate ad creators and the headlines and uh the actual copy for everything else right what we did is we went straight into astra 6 so once you've done your time audit you've identified what you spend your most your time on for example in in this situation you're spending most of your time on creating ads then you would go into astra 6 you're going to start a new chat like so open up the folder where you want to create your automation and when i say create an automation i just mean a tool a tool that you can come back to and you've got everything in one place where you can pretty much automate anything that you want in one single click so if we have a look at this system here we want to automate creating ad copy and ad creatives and new ones for our business with ai so how did we do that how do we create this tool so if we have a look inside astra 6 and i'll find the previous conversation for it what you can see here for this workflow when we were automating stage two is uh we said can you add a section and we have an agentic operating system you can get it inside the i-profil boarding but if you just want to create a one-off tool for this you can it works exactly the same way and you would just say create an automation that allows me to and you insert the task so in this situation we are inserting the task of generating new ads including creatives and copy for the ads so that we can easily generate new versions right and so if you are trying to find ideas for ads you know and you want to automate it well you can use this system here and so if you come back to the plan stage one is a time audit and stage two is the automating now if we wanted an example prompt here's what it would look like this is the prompt that we actually use to build this tool so once you've done step one and then you've completed step two you then need to come on to step three which is step three is testing plus iterating so you have to understand that when you are automating with gpt astra 6 the biggest issue is the a lot of the stuff you build it won't work first time around in the way that you want it it won't look and feel the way that you want it it'll probably break in parts where it hasn't tested it properly and it will probably not generate things in the way that you want it and that's okay because this whole process from stage one to stage two honestly took about five to ten minutes so the next step is just to test and iterate and make sure it actually works let me show you an example of that so if we go back into that astra 6 conversation where we said you know can you do this can you set up this ads tool it created the ads geo as you can see right here and then you can see that we actually tested out and we and we found an error in the generation it's taken a while to load there so i can't really pull up but we said hey this is an error that we've got with the automation just built can you fix it so it actually works and then you test it yourself and you make sure it works right so the example prompt once you found an error or something that you don't like looks like this and you would attach a screenshot or you would attach for example feedback based on what you want to improve from there chat chipt is going to test it make sure that actually works test the workflow and then you go back and forth with it until it finally works until we finally got the ad studio that we now have set up like you can see right here and again this applies for any business you know if you're an agency you might be spending a lot of time on customer service if you are for example a i don't know an infraproduct you might be spending a lot of time just coming up with new ideas and new plans for the content if you are running for example a sas well you probably need to spend a lot of time on retention and churn so you see how basically anything that you spend your time on you can automate in a custom workflow like this and all this is is literally it's it's like a web page right it's a web page powered by ai where you've got astra 6 plugged into it and astra 6 created it and then you know if there's anything that we don't like here let's say for example i want to change this bit or i want to change ui or want to change the look and feel of it etc all of this is 100% changeable right how do we do it we just go back into chat gpt and we ask it to fix change anything that we want so that's basically the whole system three steps just to recap step number one you're going to do the time audit figure out where you spend your time on and then figure out which tasks to automate first in this situation that we're showing you today it was automating ads and creatives the next step is to start automating so you go into astra 6 and then give it the prompts and the final step is to test and iterate and this whole process it just loops round and round because what i mean by that for example is like if you've automated ads creatives this week and you've tested actually works then next week you're going to be working on something else and that is another opportunity to automate the next task and if you just do one of those per week number one you can make you have enough time to test and make sure each one actually works and it's useful and then number two by the end of the year you've already got 52 automations that's like 52 new team members who've automated every single element of your business so it loops round and round it improves all the time now we've got a question here that says can it not give us output a specialist of this task example for my case being creative specialist so you could create an eight i mean that is essentially what you've got here right so you have a specialist uh workflow that is ready to go the other option that you have is you could say okay you know pretend you are an ads creative specialist inside the chat here and then you can pin that chat right you can pin it so that you can come back to it at any time for me personally i don't like to do that and i'll give you an example why so what happens with that is like you don't end up having a dedicated specialist you don't end up having a dedicated agent and the biggest issue of all this is like you end up having something like this where you've got loads of different profiles and different specialists that you don't use imagine having 50 of these it would just be super messy and it'd be very confusing if that makes sense what i prefer to do instead is just have a separate workflow for everything that i want to automate so for example over here we have the memory system the second brain and that's just a system that's ready to go and clickable with one you know reachable within one click then for example we have our seo system over here so i can generate seo content publish it to my website anytime i want fantastic if i want to check the latest news in my industry i just go over to hermes oracle and that is refreshed two hours ago automatically and we've got that ready to go okay i find that much more useful than if for example you have separate profiles for separate specialists inside hermes i i just don't think it feels and looks the same and i think if you have a nice ui like for example with hermes oracle and you have a dedicated page way better for every automation you want to work on so that is basically the whole things about gpt astra 6 is that because it's inside our subscription already i'm already subscribed to chat gpt i can just plug this into this system so it doesn't cost me anything extra to use but i get the full power of this agentic operating system that's powered by whatever drops you know for example fable 6 comes out tomorrow we can switch and swap and change this around whenever we need to so if we have a look for example at this motion designer here you can see that we can tell it what we're making what we're working on describe it decide how long we want the actual animation to be what dimensions we want it to be what colors we want to use and then also any images if for example we have any product images that we want to add inside here and then from there we've actually got a workspace where we can preview the stuff that we've created so for example this was a motion design we actually created four different styles of motion designs for a book that we've worked on so this is my book over here and then we've created this beautiful animation around it now the thing that i've noticed when we're building with gps 6 astra is that it creates like really clean um nice styles of animations and also when it's designing all these tools that you're seeing today so whether that's for example the motion designer or the web designer or for example the memory galaxy like it just makes everything look clean it's very very good at ui if you train it in the right way so for example if you have a look at that web design system that we built earlier that is using specific skills that we've taught and custom trained gps 6 astra on now also we have for example this video director so we can tell astra 6 what the video is about decide the length decide between presenter and voiceover between grok and minimax and what we want the ai avatar voice to sound like then from there we can just generate it like so and it will research create the b-roll edit it and then put it all together so let me show you an example here it's actually using our ai avatar so these are some like simple animations that you saw before and then also for example you can create like longer more beautiful animations like this so this is actually a five minute video that's put together it's got a voiceover it's got a script plugged in and basically what this agent could do is like research the latest topics create a script do the research edit a beautiful video about that particular topic even plug in my ai avatar my voice over the top and then it could just generate videos on demand right and they look really really nice also over here we have the ad studio so this is something new we've built with gps 6 astra as well and this was actually based on an ai profit boarding member who was asking for this so inside the ai profit boarding we actually give this whole system away inside the classroom if you go to the new daily update section you can get the latest version of the agent os audience we can add any existing ads if we want to reference creatives or existing ads copy and then from here we can choose what format we want and how many versions we need then we just click generate and it can generate beautiful creatives like you can see right here all right and we can also regenerate it if we're not happy with it we can pick up where we left off over here it's basically like an ad generation tool with gps 6 astro now one of the biggest differentiators with gps 6 astro as well is not only that it's really good at coding or coding out videos or coding out for example websites but also the you can use chat cheapity 2.5 images without the api just by building it into an agentic operating system like this because you've already got the subscription right so for example inside chat cheapity in the app itself you can actually plug not just astro 6 inside our agent os but also you can use the image generation power of it as well and then something else that i really like some people want to say well you know i don't want to use astro 6 for everything because it uses up loads of tokens and then you run out of usage and then you have to reset and that's essentially is that even if you run out of tokens or if you want to limit the amount of tokens that you use with this whole system you can use a free ai coder instead and then you can decide what you want over here so you can use a chat to describe what you want with the free ai coder and then over here you get the preview and you can see everything you've created previously over here as well so it's really really cool now this is running on something uh called omni root so you can switch between nine root to omni root you can plug in any free api that you want into this and it's really easy we also have the local system here so this is a local ai engine and basically this can build out with local models as well as well as like for example free clawed code and stuff like that we even have for example deep seek coder with deep seek harness and what's beautiful about deep seek harness inside here is like you could plug in a free api so for example you could get deep seek v4.1 flash which is a free api that you can get on token harbor for two weeks you can plug that into deep seek harness and you can either use it directly inside deep seek harness which is what you can see right here or what you can do is you can get gpt6 astro to actually orchestrate it for you so there's all these like amazing workflows i think 99% that people are not even aware of so for example here we have this website builder and basically this is an seo content pipeline system so over here we can plug in our google workspace api and then we can switch between these different keyword research systems for all of our websites and we can quickly gather okay which keywords are getting no clicks but high impressions so therefore we need to probably create some new content around which ones are close to the first page we can also for example generate new pages over here so we can plug in the keyword plug in our case study to make the content unique and then deploy it directly to our websites over here so our video generator seo content generator and then also with gpt6 astro you can actually use that as the brain of your hermes agent so that you can speak to hermes directly over here or you could use for example basically hermes alternative to grokbot which has separate profiles for each of your ai agents so you can chat and orchestrate them over here and then we have a voice agent for hermes as well which can use chat chippity we have hermes oracle which pulls in the latest industry news from your industry and then you can quickly create content around it you can stay up to date with the latest industry also links directly to the post on that particular topic and additionally you can publish directly to wordpress as well right so if you have websites you can actually look at the trending topics and in one single button just click publish to wordpress and it'll publish content directly to your website which is pretty insane over here we have hermes muse now what this does is it basically looks at my content it's like okay based on what you've done over say the last 24 hours or over the last few days we think that you should create these topics tomorrow right and it analyzes what's working right now and then figures out okay here's what you should create next so it basically um it's really good it's basically like your own content strategist but it's running on a schedule and it's just constantly refreshing with new ideas so you never need to come up with them again that's how i can create like so many different pieces of content and constantly stay updated of what's going on right now same with the system here so this can analyze different keywords and competitors with hermes astros and then for example we can have a look here we've got different titles different angles for the content that we're creating and it's all ready to go in what inside one system we also have some cool fun stuff like for example the ideas pipeline we have the ai agent mastermind the uh paperclip integration all these cool things inside one beautiful mission control and the great thing about this is like this just started with one single page but it continues to get better and better as we build out more new cool stuff out and also the great thing about this is and this is something really important to understand is like it doesn't matter what model comes out it doesn't matter what agent comes out it doesn't matter which agent becomes the best or which model becomes the best because you have systems that are fixed so no matter what happens next you've always got a system in place that just gets better with every release and that means you never have shiny object syndrome again because you have your built workflows set up ready to go and then when something new comes out you can just plug into your system no big deal right doesn't stress you out doesn't make you worry doesn't break any of your workflows but it just upgrades what you've you can combine uh astra and gpt6 with blender so you can see right here we actually built this game and it's pretty fun and easy to build right so to do this all we need to do is first of all come up with the ideas of what we're going to do now you might say why would you use blender blender is like a 3d modeling software but it's incredibly complex to year to learn and to build with right so if you're not sure okay how to use blender if you've never used it before like it could take you like a year to even get anywhere near or anywhere close to being good with using blender and so how can you get around that well what you can do is you can connect astra and gpt6 directly to blender so blender is a free software you can see an example right here this was the 3d model the astra created for the car game that i just showed you a second ago and then if we go back to chat gpt as you can see right here well it's actually codex that we're using but chat gpt app the first thing that i'd recommend is that you come up with like ideas for what you could build if you don't have any ideas off the top of your head you can always say to chat gpt okay create five to ten ideas for what we could use blender for or astra six including 3d modeling games and some cool stuff like that or maybe even the 3d world as well include ideas for what we could build with along with why it's impressive why we should build it a rating for which ones will be the most visually impressive and the most impressive overall then give me the ideas first and we can start building them later you'll get 10 ideas about 50 to 60 percent of them are going to be pretty bad to be honest with you that's okay because what we're going to do from here is we're just going to cherry pick the ones that we like the most out of frame so if i look through this table of ideas which you can see and we're going to open up this full screen so when i look through this list honestly stuff like an interactive ar profit boardroom i don't think it's going to be that interesting or look that nice when it's actually implemented the same for example if i look at this option here i don't think that's going to be particularly interesting either although we can do you know what we can test it um but we'll come back to that later and you can see the visual impact and overall impact ratings on the right hand side as well so it gives you lots of ideas you have to have a lot of bad ideas to have a good one and then once you're happy with one of these ideas then you can actually fork the conversation all right so we've got this this folder and it's called blender now what i want to do is pull and keep all of my projects for blender inside one place you might say why i just tend to find like it gets a little bit overwhelming a little bit hard to navigate everything inside chat gpt so if i look through all the stuff that i built like we built some amazing stuff like really really cool but the problem is like sometimes it disappears sometimes for example it's pretty hard to find what we've done sometimes it just kind of like drops down to the end of the chat and i can't find it anymore and so what i prefer to do instead is create one folder wherever everything in one place right and i would recommend the same to you and then also the cool thing about this is like let's say you want to be a multiple projects so if we look at this for example we have the 10 ideas and ideally you want to generate them in parallel not in multiple not like in you know one by one one by one could be quite slow whereas for example you can create like different instances instances of blender different windows you know you can open up a different window a different project and then you can have astra just orchestrating blender for you now you might also say at this point okay how do you connect blender mcp to chat gpt so it's pretty simple and easy what you're going to do is you're going to just ask chat gpt to use blender mcp like we're at the point now where you don't need to be technical to set it up you don't need to be technical to come up with ideas you don't need to be technical to to set up an mcp even right you just ask astra to do it and it does fit for you and you know people are like well how do i do this how do i do that you just ask chat gpt to do it that's it but lastly there's no secret here i'm not a technical person but i can just ask um chat gpt to start building stuff with this so if we have a look at this and we have a look at it uh you know at this situation right uh we said can you create a 3d racer game using blender mcp use blender to model 3d racing game use your image generation skill this is quite key as well you want to make sure it uses this image generation skill to generate a setup itself you might say well why would you use the image generation skill if you've got blender because blender is 3d modeling so you need an image to start with and that's why you get the image from chat gpt chat gpt can then create it and plug it into blender directly you can also use something called 3ds game director skill which is a free uh free skill you can get on github and that can create like 3d games so you can combine like a free skill from github for game design then you can use the free blender mcp you can use blender which is free itself and then the only thing you're paying for is your chat gpt subscription which is pretty nice and so if we scroll down here you can see the chat gpt is now asking to access uh blender right and so you just have to allow the permissions as well because it's basically using computer use when it connects to blender as well because you know blender is working locally on your setup you see we have two windows open for blender so this one and this one right so it's being set up and you can see the 3d world over here as well it's being built in the background whilst i'm talking to you so when we were looking at that living city idea you can see the chat gpt has generated the image for it and then it's going to turn that into a 3d model which we'll come on to later which is pretty nice now another question that we had here and if you're watching live live feel free to ask so dev with sedan says you know can could you for example turn that 3d racer game that we talked about earlier could you turn that into a tunnel for example okay and so if we were looking at this game that we built earlier by the way this is pretty interesting as well one thing to test for your games is like it was super smooth when we first launched the game but now it's become a little bit buggy as you can see right here so what i'm actually going to do is say to this restart the game so i just want to be 100 transparent with you like test this stuff out sometimes it's more perfectly if you need to change anything you just tell it to change out all right pretty simple and easy so it's going to restart the game and open it at the start screen as you can see right here and it's also running this game locally by the way if you're wondering how long did it take to to create that game that we built seven minutes seven minutes to build this full game here so this whole game that is created with the sound effects as well uh this whole game which used to be smooth but now you can see it's really buggy actually it's kind of annoying uh it took seven minutes to fix now what i'm going to do here is we're going to say number one can you turn this into like a tunnel game as well so we're kind of like driving at night through a tunnel also i know it's a gameplay has turned a bit laggy can you fix that too so when you're trying to fix anything in blender you just give it the feedback and it should fix that for you so we've got the living city idea right here and you can see that it's just working on this right now which is pretty nice now if we wanted to start creating something else in here for example like this floating island adventure game that will be pretty easy so we can take that idea too we can fork the conversation this is what i'm thinking we can do it may not work i just but i'm going to try it so we're going to fork this conversation for the chat you can right click the conversation then i would rename it to whatever you're creating so for example a floating island adventure game and then we can say okay create this floating island adventure game which is pretty cool now it's pretty interesting that you can use blender so fast now like back in the day you know when i was growing up i wanted to become a game designer like that was one thing i thought about doing but it was one of those where number one you needed like really good connections to learn it number two there weren't many opportunities around and number three like it was incredibly hard to learn this sort of stuff but now we're really at the point where as a human all you need to do is direct the ai in terms of the direction you want to go you need to have clarity on that you need to have like good clarity of thinking and if you can think clearly then you can get the most out of ai because that's all you need to do really like all the technical stuff you've basically got like a design team for you you've got a 3d game design team who are working right here so you can see for example the mcp is working with the world and the ui right here then we have the living city that's being built as well which is pretty nice we have all our ideas and we've got the 3d racer game in the tunnel being built over here as well so you can see how we're basically easily building all this stuff in the background and all i need to do is direct it right keep an eye on it check what's working you know have the patience as well some people get frustrated along the way you don't need to be frustrated and then for example we've got this 3d system here okay and we've got two different versions so we have the nighttime version and we also have the daytime version as you can see and then it's created a nice little video so look at that that's a video that we've created with the 3d living city and it's turned from daytime to nighttime as well pretty unbelievable so it's modeled that whole 3d living city now this is just the first round bear in mind like we did this in one single prompt so my point here is like if you look at this and you're like oh i could do better than that you know that doesn't look impressive whatever um sorry about the impression right there it's okay like you can you can give it more feedback we can add more detail we can add more layers of paint to it later but how easy is that to use with a combination of blender mcp and astra and it built it all in real time whilst i was talking to you that's the power of this stuff so we've got blend over here and this is the 3d city that it built and modeled we have for example the game the racing game over here that has been built we've created two separate projects at once and we've got the floating adventure island game being built as well in the background here so you can see it's created the ui already it's also created the audio for the game that's been done in the background pretty nice we have the living city here so we could actually say to astra as well can you create like a 3d model where i can zoom in zoom out kind of see the living city in action so it's kind of like a 3d world that is just live and living and then i can view that running in the background kind of like a web page or a game so it'll do that in the background and then if we go back to our 3d racer game here you can see the it's being built now all right so it says the tunnel is built it's created the scene it's testing out right here which is pretty cool this is the original game by the way and now it's created the new version of the game inside the tunnel so if we open this up look at that this is the new game that we've created way smoother by the way as you can see inside the tunnel it's modeled it created the game it rebuilt it completely in the space of what two minutes something like that works really smoothly probably looks better than some like playstation games back in the day and that was pretty fun to build wasn't it plus we're creating three different projects at once so we've got the floating island adventure game over here we have the living city game over here as you can see and then we have the 3d racer game so that is the power of astra again blender mcp free blender itself free but very difficult to learn chat chippity astra unbelievable using blender really really powerful stuff and that's how you can combine them all so let's have a look at some of these questions we've got so we've got a question here which says my client wants a game but i'm using blender for creating the assets that makes games it's too laggy you even if i've joined everything together what is your gpt using yeah this is a really good question so let me find it for you so the game is this one so the game skill that we're using is called 3js game skills got 1 800 stars on github always check the skill yourself before you install it so make sure you check it out see if you have it etc but you can have a look and you can see what you think of it but for me personally that's been really good for building games out so 3js game skills you can use that and then you use a combination of that with blender and also just make sure that you use the image generation skill as a basically if we had to put this on a whiteboard right the way this would work so you're going to use the 3js game skill from github but before you do that you're going to come up with the ideation sorry about my terrible handwriting here so you come up with the idea step number two image generation with chat chiept so you use the image generation skill step number three is use the 3js game skill which is free we've just talked about that here and then the final step is that you are going to test it and iterate on it right so one thing to note here is like it's not going to be perfect first time around you may get may not get the outputs you want you may need to change it you may find like it's buggy even like for me for example that game that i showed you before when i was doing the racing game it was like laggy today but yesterday it wasn't laggy so something obviously changed that i'm not aware of but my point here is like you know you want to be able to give it feedback test it iterate it and loop around but that's the whole system yeah and that's just going to loop around like that and again if you're struggling for ideation in step one you ask chat chiept and it will give you personalized ideas based on what you're working on too so if we go back to this brainstorming session you can see here that it recommended an interactive ar profit boardroom why did it do that because it has context and an understanding of me and who i am what i'm doing now also you might be wondering okay you know in terms of usage limits how's it doing there i have found that it uses usage very very quickly right very quickly indeed i did just get i think this is just reset today so you can see here reset on the 15th of september uh well that's when the next usage reset is so on the 8th of september today it is reset which is fantastic but you know even then we've used 15 in the space of like one session today so think about that for a minute 15 of my weekly usage has been used in the space of like 15 or 20 minutes which is unbelievable this is the plan that i'm on by the way i'm on the pro plan my point here is like you know you don't get a lot of tokens with this but it is fun to play with it's absolutely amazing i mean look at this game that's created hey we can zoom in we can zoom out it's got the the full 3d city as we've talked about a second ago we can switch between night time and daytime we can follow the train as well we can switch the ambience and everything else it's amazing it is amazing let's have a look at this island wow look at this this is the island game so let's open this up in chrome just so we can see what it looks like full screen we can begin the adventure look at that like how crazy is that oh there we go yeah i mean it's like it's looking cool i don't seem to have to go backwards which is weird maybe i've just got the controls wrong there seems to only go one way but you get the point yeah i can't go forward for some reason but it looks really cool and we can fix that with anything that we don't like so that is basically the system i've shown you the full four step framework which you've got here you know all the skills that we're using i've talked about usage limits how to easily do this you don't need to code and find that it is a lot fun to use and it looks fantastic great at 3d modeling great at building stuff here we astra and gpt6 for improving and monitoring meta ads right so how to use ads with ai and also improve your systems for ads right so mazzy asks inside the air profit boardroom agent os for meta ads and reporting you know i've been watching your agent os build out from the 5th september i can't believe how awesome it will be there's so much they're amazing a couple of questions come to mind is there a way to connect your you know facebook ads so that you can view client reporting and also analyze and create ads too and also if i have some skills and get repos that have connected to claude how do i connect it to the agent os so that it continues using it from there great questions so thank you mazzy for the questions and let's just get straight into this so we'll start i actually want to start with question number two because i think that's even easier and then we'll come on to the rest of the setup here so if you want to build any skills into an agentic operating system you can just say to your ai agent the setup for you to start building them in right so for example if i have a skill for seo i can ask my agent to build that into my agentic operating system and you would just ask the agent that's set up for you that could be claude it could be hermes it could be codex could be all of them if you prefer so let me show you an example here so inside claude for example we have a skill for guides and so i can go into claude and i can say hey can you add in your skill for guides into the agentic operating system so that i can use this skill whenever i need to for generating guides also make sure that you don't overwrite or delete anything that i've created recently inside the agent os because i want to make sure that we keep the changes we've just made today and that way you avoid overwriting it as well so that can start building this into the agentic operating system that we have so that is a problem that i would use great questions on the guide right so if you have some skills and get repos you literally just go to your agent and you say hey can you build this in it's a separate tab as that sort of thing now number two for meta ads right how do you connect your ads to something like astra or to the hn os fantastic question i really like the idea of this so what we can do is we can go into astra wherever we've set up the agentic os so for example i've got this folder here and i can open up a new chat and then i can say to astra hey can you build out a section where i can monitor the data from my ads campaign so that inside the agentic operating system we can basically report back on our ads performance and how they're doing from facebook and meta let me know what apis you need to do this all right so we can build that in and you can see that's beginning to build out here and it will ask you for some apis in a second which we can probably connect but it'll be interesting which ones actually recommends for that all right so you can see here is it's beginning to to get that information you can also see the inside cloud we are now beginning to add those skills inside our agentic operating system too and then for the actual creation of ads you could also create a new section here so we can add a new tab all right so we'll add a new chat here and we'll say can you add a section inside the agentic operating system that allows me to generate new ads so creatives and also the copy for the ads so that we can easily generate new versions of our ads it would be great if you could look at our existing ads and then use that to create new ones that are just as powerful because like the i mean for me like the 80 20 of building out ads into you know into uh our systems is like you need the creative and you need the actual copy itself okay so you can see here that we're getting our system set up to run this and then we're also adding inside the agentic os a system where we can create the ads themselves so if we go to our agentic os now you can see that we've got a new tab called ads performance it's building out right it's not working right now because it's building out in a second but that's how i'd approach it now one caveat to this and this is really important to understand when you're building out an agentic operating system or when you're using ai for ads in general it's all about decision making right the quality of your decisions makes a big difference so for us for example we run ads to our seo agency and it does quite well but the thing that i would say here that's really important to understand is the i would never delegate my decision making to an ai because i think that's probably where ai can't replace you so when it comes to new creatives new ads new angles data analysis you can use astra as a guide but i wouldn't let it fully replace you i think you still need to have some human judgment in that process and that's probably the highest the most impactful thing you can actually work on right now when i look at most of the work that i do it's typically decision making and judgment so just one thing to be aware of as well so we can see now that it's beginning to build this out check in the browser the connection and then it's beginning to set this up as well now if we go to the ads performance section here we need to connect this as you can see right here and we need to make sure that we have the api enabled as you can see but it gives you instructions right there as well so i've built it into the agentic operating system for you if you want to know how to build it yourself you've already seen it and then we'll add these two sections in here and configure them as well but yeah that's basically it so great questions there mazzy number one for adding skills you know exactly how to do it you just say to your agent hey build this into the agentic operating system also just test them because it probably won't work first time around same with the ads reporting like test it iterate it give it feedback but once you do that five or ten times you'll be good to go and then just to recap as well when it comes to reporting and also the ads creation you can do that to connect the reporting you just use a marketing api from meta and then for actually generating the ads themselves you can use for example astra to generate the images because it will use its image generation skill and then for generating the actual copy of the ad well it can it can use its own copyright skills for that as well and then just bear in mind like don't allow this to replace your human judgment use gpt astra 6 for website design because if you're using it straight out of the box it's actually pretty bad instead what i'm going to show you today some of the best ways to create like these beautiful 3d websites they don't look like generic sort of ai slop they're a lot more interesting they're pretty cool when you test them out we have all these different features inside here as well and these sort of design elements that you can throw into any design or any sort of product that you're building with and it's also just a lot of fun to build some cool stuff with this now the other thing that i would say here is like it actually takes a lot of work to to train astra and gpt6 on exactly how to build something that's half decent right um one of the things that i found particularly when i was just asking astra to build straight out of the box is that it would just give me super generic stuff right so let me give you a couple of examples of this so here's an example of a typical website you're going to get from codex when you're building straight with chat gpt so if i go to chat gpt i'm using gpt6 astra even as powerful it is and it is amazing for creating you know games or tools and that sort of thing when it comes to actually building out website it's typically going to look something like this this is like the template that uses everyone's websites just look the same right now because they're using these sort of systems another example would be if you're using like a tool for example like lovable or bolt to build out your tools they typically look something like this right which is just super basic and minimal so how do you create these much nicer designs and that sort of thing that's what i'm going to come on to today and one of the things i actually found this is pretty interesting when i was building out with it is that we gave it a bunch of different skills and then built out the size based on those so let me talk you through exactly what we've done step by step and how this all works together so for example if we look at this particular site here and the page that we've created and also you know it's got these clickable links as you can see here and also at the bottom as we scroll down it switches through each of the chapters and then we can zoom in zoom out it's got all these different hero images and also you'll notice it's not super short when we're using this whereas for example normally with ai generated website it's going to just give you something that looks kind of like three different sections and that's super annoying as well also you'll see here for example it's like editable you can fill out this form you can actually get like a creative brief from the website and you know you can embed your own tools into this essentially this was another cool one that we looked at this is kind of like the older version that was looking into and then you can see here this is like a 3d website for an agency that people can scroll through and everything else so how are we doing this well what we're actually doing what i'm going to include inside the arprofit board link in the comment description i'll go to the arprofitboard.com is all the markdown skills for creating this stuff the first thing that we use is the front end design skill which you can see right here and you can give this to any agent so even if you're not using for example gp6 astro if you're not using for example something like codex even if you're using cloud code or deep sea agent harness hermes whatever you can plug these skills directly in to your ai agents so you can see for example it's got ideas on the color psychology color principles selection process typography principles it basically trains the ai on exactly step by step how to create the websites and then later it can use that to build the websites and we can basically customize this however you want so if we have a look at this website let's go back here and the other cool thing just before we get into this is inside the chat gpt desktop app if you don't already have it inside the explore section you can see the site section here and so what's pretty cool about this is like we can have a look at the previous sites that we've created we can go back through them etc so if we have a look here this is typically what ai generated website would look like if we open this up and the cool thing is that any websites you create are just stored inside this section so you can always come back to them you don't lose them or anything like that you can also get people to share their websites with you and you can share it with them which is cool so if we have a look at the ai profit boarding website that we built here this one i'm not that happy with honestly but it's got some nice elements for example as you can see right here it's got some nice embeds got some nice design elements in it too i personally don't like that style that much but we basically used four different skills for that so the image prompt skill image generation skill the branding skill and the design brief as well and you can use those inside your ai agent so if we get those skills as you can see right here which is just simple markdown skills that tell the agent exactly how to create the brand step by step we can then go to a new chat inside chat gpt we'll open up a new folder for this new website design select a new project type in test here and then we're going to add those skills that we talked about a second ago so we can just grab those nd skills as you can see and we can attach those and then say create a beautiful website like this but specifically for a squirrel food website just totally random example and then you can use these skills to start generating a website in any niche that you want to so it's pretty simple and easy to use astra for creating these websites but you definitely need the skill files otherwise anything that you create is going to be very very basic indeed and it's just going to look like everyone else's that's the biggest issue here so we've got that working in the background here and this can just build out in the background as we can see the other thing that i really like about chat gpt for designing websites versus anything else is that it's got image generation so if you were using claude it can't generate images and therefore it can't use those images inside the actual website itself which is kind of limiting because if you want something that looks super nice you need to generate the images for that particular website before you create it so if we have a look at this website which i think is is one of the best outputs so far like nice sort of designs like the pop-ups the animations everything else as we scroll through even like this bit is like a nice little touch when we are creating this section you can see here that we use two different skills so we've got this one which basically is pretty interesting so it's using a 3js games skill that we've used before and then it's used that and kind of created like a fusion skill that we can use for generating the websites as well so you can see here for example it's loading all these different references it's got ideas on how to create it the workflow step by step so it's a nine step workflow for creating the website the core rules underneath and then the final response and references so we've got that and then we also have the 3d generator workflow so we can combine these two skills the 3js 3d generator and the graphics builder and we can combine those skills with the md files plug those into a new chat inside here and then we can create a new website using this and you the cool thing about this is they're all kind of like different tools you could plug in together so you could actually if you really wanted to if you wanted to get experimental you could take all of the skill files all of the md files that i'm talking about today and you could actually attach them in like one big fusion as you can see right here and then we can say generate a website for the ai profit boardroom community about ai automation and teaching ai automation as a community and use all the attached skills to combine them into like an amazing landing page and so now we have two websites being built in parallel as you can see right here so we've got the squirrel website here where it's using the image generation system and then it's combining and using the prompts from that system and it's just building out slowly and then we have this system here also you'll see that it even creates like the icons and the images it's generated the image section here and this is pretty cool now also something that i like with these websites is that it can actually use videos as well in the generation of the website so if we have a look at this website for example it's combining the skill of something called remotion which is an a video animation skill and so it's actually used that inside the design of the website and then it can use that for like the backgrounds and that sort of thing as well so like these moving backgrounds can be based on using the skill of remotion to improve it and just make it a lot nicer and then you can see the moving effects on these as you scroll down so it sort of moves as we scroll down which is pretty nice it's still using that codex style template that we've talked about but it's just molded it into something that looks a lot more beautiful and interesting so it's taking the best of both worlds so with that we actually use two skills here one of them is hyperframes which is an open source skill for generating videos with ai it basically teaches ai how to create videos using code and html all plugs into the system as well if you go back to chad chippity here we can see the website now one thing you you're going to see here is that it's probably not going to be perfect first time around so i just want to be like 100 percent like transparent with you this isn't going to like be magic as soon as you use it but you can give it a bit of feedback you can go back and forth with it and you can use your skills to just make it better and better as you can see right here the other thing that you can do is you can tell codex when it's using these skills to add different elements in every hero section so if you look at that first 3d website that we created when i was generating it i kept saying like generate more 3d parallax add in more 3d elements add in videos using remotion etc and that just made it better and better and better and more interesting so even if it just builds out a few elements like you can see with this particular site you can say add more add more motion add more 3d elements etc build it out keep making it better and better even for example on this website here it's used remotion to generate this in the hero section and also even like the font selection and everything else looks pretty interesting so if you want to get all the skill files for this i'm going to plug that into the ai profit boardroom link in the comment web design and all the skills that we use and we've got a full step-by-step copy and paste system here as well as you can see so basically gives you a fill in the gaps brief so you can give the ai a brief you can copy and paste in then you've got the visual ideas here from there you can generate the artwork with astra here's an example image prompt for the air profit boarding that we used then from there you can turn the artwork into a motion plan build the complete experience as for browser testing now this is really important so when you're using for example astra for generating these websites when we created this one for example we want to ask for browser testing and just get chat gpt to actually test out make sure it all works make sure it all fits together beautifully before we publish anything then from there we can package the system for presentation and we've got a reusable correction prompt as well so you know if you ever find like it's not fitting the scope that you need then this is a really good feedback prompt that you can change here as well the final thing is that we have all the skill md files here and you can also get our agent os system you can get an agentic operating system and we'll look at some of the best ways that we can use this for ai seo based based on what's working for me right now so you can see for example we took this website from pretty much zero to 423 clicks per day which is pretty nice here's another website where we've grown the traffic from zero to over 42 clicks per day and the website is growing on a nice trajectory so these are systems i've tested and today we're going to look at some of the best ways that we can use astra for ai seo so let's get straight into this now one of the best systems that we can actually use is if we go to the seo section over here you can see that we've got the keyword research section and we also have the generate section here so we can actually use astra for running research and connect it to our google search console so if we have a look for example here we have a system where we've connected gpt6 on the back end using our codex login so we don't have to pay for the api it's just included in our subscription and we've gone straight into the seo section of our agentic operating system here basically what this can do is it can look at the latest keywords from our website analyze what we can improve what we can rank for and also what are some opportunities to start going for as well so when we typed in for example look at the last 28 days of the air profit volume find the queries that are most relevant to us for ai seo you can see for example it found deep sea carnage is one of our top ranking queries nine router and deep sea carnage and also orca ade pretty nice and so what we can do here is we can look at which pages are getting no clicks for high impressions which pages just need a quick re-optimization because they're like close to the first page but just need an extra push and extra optimization and then which ones have low ctr and we probably either need to improve the search intent of that page or improve something on the page to make it rank higher and so my point here is like you can use it as a really powerful ai seo keyword where astra can look through your google search console data you can get a google workspace api it can look through your google search console data analyze which keywords you're not quite ranking for or are ranking for but just need to re-optimize and then you can quickly have it inside a tool like this and by the way we can generate content for our website directly using this system here so for example we can plug in our target keyword we can add in a relevant case study then we click generate five articles and that will publish five unique pieces of content to each of my websites so that we've got relevant unique content and based on our skill that it follows here for seo and so whether it's content creation or whether it's keyword research you know astra is very very powerful the other cool thing that you can do with astra is you can give it a memory and then when it creates seo content for you it can use this memory to generate more relevant personalized content to you so for example when we generate content for the aiprofitable.com it's actually using my first-hand experience my case studies and all the data inside my memory galaxy to generate that content and make it more personalized now why would you want to do that because for example when you are creating content with ai if you don't add any sort of personalization to it it's not going to be unique and therefore it's much less likely to rank so for example if we go to google here and we're like okay what's the best ai school community you can see us ranking for this particular keyword here here here and and also here right and also with our website here and also inside the ai views why is that it's because we're adding our unique experience to that content we're making it different from everyone else's we're not just creating content that google could generate anyway and also when we create these new pages across multiple websites we're training the ai on exactly all the information it needs to know about us how we do seo um who we are what our brands are etc right if if an ai or if you look at like google if you look at chat chippity if they don't have the data to clearly tell them what you do what you're about who you are etc and you're not creating content it's never going to know anything about you and if it doesn't know anything about you then it's not going to be able to rank you and so the reason that we create this content is yes it's great for for ranking on google directly but also it's fantastic for training the ai on everything it needs to know about us so that it's much more likely to recommend us so that we can be found on chat chippity and on google and ai views and everything else now one thing that i'd be interested to test here and this is something i've actually set up with claude as well is cloud routines so for example inside claude you can have routines that run in the cloud and that means for example we can create content 24 7 whether your laptop is on or off because it's creating that content in the cloud using the seo skill that you've trained on by the way if you want to get my best seo skills inside the airpuff reporting so what i want to test here is i'm going to start a new chat and we're just going to create i'm going to pull up the guides folder here and i say can you set up a cloud routine that runs without having the codex app open so that in the cloud you can generate content for my websites i'm not sure if you can do this or not now like if you go to claude for example it has routines over here and you can easily set up cloud routines right so you can go to new routine and then you go to cloud and you can easily automate cloud routines so they can create content for you 24 7 in the cloud however i'm not sure if you can actually do that with codex i want to test this out now and we'll just have a look and see what it can do so if we scroll down here we've got it looking at its documentation see if you can do cloud scheduling and that sort of thing by the way uh oh yeah so you can see here which website should the cloud routine cover it should cover the five site websites the content should be created daily i want five articles created daily on each site each blog should be unique and it should follow my seo skill also you have to make sure that you don't overwrite any of the blogs we're already creating on that website so on a different instance on a different computer we're creating content too and so you have to check and make sure you don't overwrite or delete any content that we've published on that separate instance so let's see if you can do that so you can see here it does say cloud scheduling is available if this works this is going to be awesome and the reason that it's going to be awesome is because we can schedule these tasks in the cloud and it can just run automatically 24 7 for us as well by the way if you're watching this live like feel free to post your questions and then i'll come onto them after this uh session now i said where does oh i kind of that's weird this is super annoying by the way this pop up here where does the other computer save the shared website source let's say netlify and it should be connected to netlify as well already so if we go to for example let's have a look here go to settings and then we go to plugins i think you'll have access already but we'll have a look at that in a second oh yeah plugins over here all right so if we type in netlify we've got netlify connected as a plugin so we install that plugin here so you can see that's going to set this up we're just going to log in you might say well why why would you connect netlify so i host my websites on netlify which means that if i give access to codex and i authorize it access netlify directly then it can publish content for me directly to that website as well so from here we've connected the netlify plugin we can try that out now and then if we go back to the system over here it's using the setup now also i would arrive at this point i would much rather use astra than clawed for creating content because one thing i actually found was when i created the cloud routines for seo we've clawed like sometimes it would just refuse to do it or sometimes it would say like no i'm not going to do that because you're automating seo content so it's not very it just wouldn't do what i wanted it to do it seems to be like more dictating what i'm allowed to do rather than like i think with astra you feel a lot more free when you use it right i've not found anything where it refuses to follow my instructions so you can see here that it's now beginning to schedule that cloud task and so just to recap whilst we're doing this three things that you can use this for number one it is great for doing keyword research number two it's great for plugging into an agentic operating system because then it can create the seo content you just plug in the keywords and the case study and it can create content number three you can use seo skills which i've covered earlier today so you can use any of the skills that you give it from clawed or from any other harness you use and then the fifth use case for using something like this is that you can actually schedule content creation in the cloud so that it's just publishing content for you and it could like look at okay what's trending today and then how can we create content around that for our website because people are clearly going to be searching for it so let me show you an example so if we go to hermes here we've got hermes astros inside the hnos and we've got the hermes oracle and what this does it looks through the latest news in our industry right and then we can find trending keywords for this and publish it to our website and so like if you've got a cloud routine you could get astra to search for okay what's trending today in terms of news what are people going to be searching for and then let's automate that in the cloud so it runs on a routine and julian doesn't even have to do it right so if you look here it's now created and verified the cloud routine if we click on this for example we've got the schedule task over here this is a daily seo content the next run is in 20 hours and it's fully automating our content here that is beautiful that is a seo machine that runs without us which is amazing now if we have a look at some questions related to this so phase 10 says love netlify but they limit my pushes to updating things great api though and they appear to be embracing hermes agents not everyone does yeah i would agree with you now when it comes to the api i've not found any limits but the one thing that i will say is like it does run out of storage pretty quickly so we for example we we often have to top up on netlify when we're publishing a lot of content but at the same time if it saves me time if it saves my team time if it means i don't have to hire a team of seos to do content for me i think that's well worth it because it's just going to save you so like chat gpt plus or if you're on one of the chat gpt plans you've already got access to astra you can literally just plug it in to hermes agent and make hermes agent like literally have the most powerful frontier brain in the world it's absolutely amazing bear in mind you can't plug in your subscription from claude into hermes but you can do it with gpt6 and then you can take it one step further so for example you could have a new profile with a new hermes bot inside there you could use it with a voice agent like hermes apollo we'll come on to this later hermes oracle hermes muse and the fantastic thing about gpt6 astra is that you can literally just go into codex and it can build whatever you want so when you combine this with something like hermes with astra it becomes unbelievable in fact we've got codex over here so we can switch between gpt6 astra and we've got hermes inside one place i think that makes it much easier so let's first of all talk about hermes agent inside gpt6 how do you connect them good question so literally all you do super simple and easy and i'll show you an example of how we did this earlier this week when it first dropped so literally all i did and i think this is probably the best way to use it is you go to codex make sure you're on astra as you can see right here and then you can say can you switch the model inside hermes and set up a new profile as gpt6 you might say why would you have a new profile i think it's much easier to manage our way so for example every time there's a new model that drops we've got glm 5.2 or we've got for example one with local models we have quen 3.7 kimike 2.7 it's just like really easy to switch between the brains and the different models inside hermes that way and then we've got it all inside one chat here and also that's great because also inside hermes as you can see right here every time we add a new profile we have that as a hermes bot with its own set of routines its own soul md file and also its own agent inbox and so you know just like grogbot you can use the power of hermes bot and it's inside one beautiful place with gps 6 astro or 5.6 and you can switch between them and that sort of thing you now might also say okay how does it perform or what can it do differently that you can't do inside codex which is a great question as well so here's why i love hermes hermes is open source which means it's much more moldable so for example if you're using codex this is what it looks like and you can't really change the ui you're kind of like fixed and there's going to be certain workflows or certain systems you want to set up that you want to customize completely but you can't because codex is stuck like that so how do you fix that well the way that i like to do this is i will create custom workflows so for example with hermes apollo kind of like you know it's kind of like jarvis essentially we can speak to hermes it's actually using chat chippity voice real time to build with that and then we can see our conversation here we can see everything we're built down here we can speak to it and also we've got for example like hermes oracle over here now with hermes oracle this is really cool so this is a custom ui we're built again you can't do this with codex you can't do this with chat chippity but you can do this with this system with hermes agent and so essentially what we've got here is a full workflow where it pulls in the latest trending topics it runs on a 24-hour schedule bear in mind like hermes agent is designed for stuff like this like codex it can create schedules but it's kind of like messy and it doesn't look as nice so here's an example of a schedule inside codex here's an example of a schedule inside hermes which one looks more beautiful and interesting for sure it's the hermes version right and so that's why i like this so what this actually does is it pulls in the latest information and then from here not only can it create the schedule but we have like all these buttons that just connect to our system so we can click on like publish to wordpress and that'll create four seo articles to four different websites about that particular topic in one single click you can't do that inside the schedules of codex good luck with that like it just it's not it's not going to look anywhere near as good as that and then also we can flip between these so you see how you basically create your own mini sas tool for hermes you absolutely can't do with something like codex that's the biggest difference now if i want to use codex instead of me going over to like a different app over here which is like time consuming and if you've got like chat gpt and then codex and then zai and then hermes desktop over here it's a lot of clicking around it's a lot of clicking buttons wasting time and it kind of distracts me it's very hard to focus in that way whereas for example like this it's basically like a website for all my ai so it's running on localhost but if i want to use codex so just go over here and if i've got codex set up i can just flick between gp6 astra or let's say for example i'm not doing something super heavy and it's just like a task that any api could do you know something basic for example like content creation well i can switch to omni root or i can switch to hy3 no problem no big deal and so you see how we can easily customize every single element of this whole system and it's like you can swap in swap out everything and that's the beautiful thing about it you just don't get that sort of control with any desktop app you're not going to get that with claude you're not going to get that with chat gpt but you will get that when you plug in gp6 into astro and you it doesn't matter about using gp6 like you could use any different profile of that so here's another example so what this does here as you can see is it basically pulls in the latest data and analyzes my competitors and trending topics in my industry and then it gives me ideas for content based on what is going on in the industry today and what's trending and so for this i can easily quickly get new ideas for content it looks beautiful like it's just i mean it's fun to play around with and we've got all of these different tools ready to go with hermes astra plugged in whenever we need to bear in mind as well hermes astra can generate images so you can have your own image studio like i've got here it's a nice little gallery and then what i will say and this is where it gets really powerful is you can build your own custom workflows that are using a combination of hermes of astra and also of the different things that astra can do that no other api can do let me give you an example of that so if you look at for example claude with claude number one you can't if you've got a subscription you can't plug in your subscription to hermes you have to use the api and number two it can't generate images but chat gpt can so you can use astra 6 gpt 6 with astra um and then you can combine that with chat gpt image 2.0 image generation so if we go over to this section inside the ad studio you can see here that we've got this ad generator which is absolutely amazing so we can just type in the details of what we want to generate and then it will generate the creative and the copy and fns right and we can regenerate in one click if we want we've got for example um the text we can get the image we've got the creative direction and we can see all of our library of ads here as well which is unbelievable so you see how that becomes way more interesting because if you're doing anything on a regular basis it could be generating ads it could be seo content we've got an seo tool over here it could be generating videos you've got that inside one place it's just like i want to create seo content okay just click over there right i want to create video content okay i'll just click over there right i don't even need to think about what app i'm using or you know what agent i'm going to use i don't even think about agent harnesses at this point i think in terms of workflows in terms of automations in terms of what's one click away that's going to save me time that's what it's all about that's the game so if you want to get this whole system you could set it up yourself you want to you exactly how to automate basically anything using gpt6 astro which has blown me away since it's been released it's super powerful fantastic to use really fast very very impressive um honestly i never thought i'd see the day or i wouldn't didn't expect to see the day this year where you know i would switch from claude to gpt but it that day has come right gp6 astro is very very impressive so today what we're going to do is we're going to run through a full step-by-step course on how to build and basically automate anything using gpt6 astro in this course and step-by-step will run through exactly what it is why it's so powerful how to use it how to get access to it and how to basically automate anything with it if you want to skip through anything i've got the list of what we're going to cover today inside this document so you know if you want to skip through for certain things that you prefer to check out first you can skip through the timestamps but we're going to get straight into this all right so let's have a look here and we'll have a look at some of the things that you can create so i mean you can see here for example like just from their examples like you can fill in spreadsheets it can for example do game development it can use 3d mcps and modeling like for example blender which i'll show you some examples of in a minute it can do your basics like formatting documents and quality control and everything else you can also build apps tools games websites etc in fact i've built out full blown like dashboards like you can see right here this is why i literally cannot code right i cannot write a single piece of html but i can create a beautiful tool like you can see right here um and the ui looks amazing and the way that i've done this is by using gp6 astra to help me improve the ui to help me add the functionality and everything else around it so it's an incredibly powerful tool and with that let's get straight into exactly how you can use it all right so first place you can go to is you can go over to chat gpt now this depends on what plan you are on all right so you need to make sure you're on the right plan if you're wondering which plan do you need to actually use gp6 astra and get used to get access to it right now and so you see the details here gp6 astra is rolling out to a limited set of organizations and will then be available to chat gpt plus pro business and enterprise users as well as through the api right you can also get access on microsoft azure and ades bedrock so there's a few different ways you can use this as you can see right here um and you know feel free to use it however you want to for me the two places that i'm going to be using it are inside chat gpt directly here and also inside the chat gpt work app here all right so those are two of my favorite places to use chat gpt and i'll run you through the basics how you can use each of these in a second all right so now you might be thinking okay where do you start with all this what can you do what can't you do what are the limitations etc so if we have a look for example and we we go to chat gpt and gpt6 astra as you can see here i have found literally no limitations now we'll say that some things are better than others when it comes to these designs and that sort of thing and i'll cover what we can do and what we can't do but i mean for example if we have a look at this this was a video that we generated with i fully edited all fully generated as you can see in this example looks beautiful it's better than most editors could create and this was fully done with a free tool a free open source tool and gpt6 and the other thing that blows my mind with all of this is that you can do it with one single prompt so if you want to get access two ways right make sure you're on the right plan which plans can you get it on plus pro business and enterprise where can you get it you can go to chat gpt.com and then the thing that i've noticed here inside chat gpt is like he's got six pro as you can see if you scale up the thinking effort over here or you can use higher extra high i think the default here on the models if we check is we've um but you can also go to work here if you go to work you can actually select astra inside the scroller here and my favorite place to use it is actually inside the chat gpt app you know i think you can do a lot more with it i think it's a lot more fun and you know if you're watching this live by the way feel free to ask any questions as we go along but yeah i think honestly inside the codex app is much better so we've covered how to get access let's talk about some example automations that i've built recently and what we can do with this so we've covered video generation as an example here what else can we do with this so if we go over to this section we actually created a full game with this system right so you can see this game right here right this game we created this game in pretty much one single prompt using the combination of blender and gpt6 astra right so the the reason that the graphics look so nice on this is like it can basically you can either generate images and turn those into games or it can use its image generation alongside blender which is like a 3d modeling software uh we and then you can basically get astra to control that model it all for you but the quality of that game is beyond anything that i've seen anything else create really especially in one single prompt you know you you might say okay should i be using for example claude or should i be using gemini or that sort of thing i mean it depends what you prefer day to day and you know where your setup is but even for me as someone who's been using claude for for months now and really favored it over chat cheapity i will say that chat cheapity's astra is smoother faster better at computer use does everything that claude can and can do it better it's also much better at being direct and what i mean by that for example is like if you ask chat cheapity astra to start doing something he just gets straight to it and it's very direct if you ask it a question it will answer your question and you might think well that sounds basic like like every ai can answer a question surely but actually if you go over to something like claude claude sometimes it refuses to do stuff sometimes it doesn't answer the question properly it does seem to be very bloated and slow compared to anything i previously uh used with any other model you know with literally if i compare opus 5 or fable 5 or anything like that it just gets distracted right whereas i know that if i ask astra to go and do something it will just get it done as well and the other thing that i like when it comes to agents particularly versus claude like claude you can't plug into hermys agent and hermys agent is probably like the best open source ai agent out there now the problem with that is like if i can't use claude with my subscription already paying for inside hermys agent i can't plug it in but i can with gp6 then i'm far less limited with gp6 right i can use gp6 astra frontier model inside hermys agent just using my existing subscription i don't need to pay for an api or anything like that that is amazing compared to like not being able to use claude and if i want to use claude as a brain of hermys agent or any other agent that i use well i have to pay for the api and that's kind of annoying honestly so and also pretty expensive so i wouldn't recommend that you know like and these are some of the biggest reasons that i'm switching over to astra it's just it's faster it's more direct it's smoother it creates better quality outputs and also we can plug it into our favorite ai agents having said that some limitations that you need to be careful of i've mentioned already that you don't get it on every single plan and also another big limitation is the weekly usage limit right so i haven't used it like a massive amount i wouldn't consider myself like an absolute power user of a gp6 bear in mind i only got access about two days ago right two days ago and that feels like a long time ago actually but when i look at my usage here you can see we've already used 44 44 of our weekly usage and i'm only like two days in so just be careful of that be mindful of that it's like yes fantastic but it can use up a lot of tokens so there are limitations to this having said that super powerful easy to use and everything else so just to recap here we've talked about examples of automations with video generation games i've shown you the agent os tool that we've built with astra as well so you can build all sorts of cool fun wonderful stuff if you actually go on x x is a fantastic place to to really see what people have created and honestly it's just so many amazing things i've seen people create with this tool like it's unbelievable right and and you know i i think that we're really i mean this it's a little bit hypey you know like i don't want to hype anything up too much but if you look at what i think it was nvidia that came out and said yesterday maybe jensen nwang that said gp6 is agi now for me personally i mean what even is agi right like everyone has their own sort of definition of it at the same time would i say it's the most powerful ai i've ever seen yes is it the most impressive model leap i've ever seen between gp5.6 to 6 absolutely so yeah i do i do think it's a fantastic model all right so we've talked about video generation games tools websites etc let's talk about how to automate anything and just get straight into the action so let's say for example you wanted to build with gp6 astra you may be asking yourself at this point okay what should i build i would start with where you spend your time the most so for me for example if i'm spending a lot of time on like generating ads then guess what i'm going to automate first with gp6 astra an ad studio why because that's the thing that i'm spending all my time on so you know whatever you use with astra don't try and automate things where you are automating for the sake of it right automate something that you actually spend time on day to day and i know that sounds obvious but you'll be surprised by the amount of like people who are running the business and just automating stuff that they don't even need like wasting their time with things that aren't even useful don't do that right just focus on the things you actually spend your time on and that will change week to week as you add more automations in so as you build more automations you're going to find that you're spending your time on new things and therefore you need to create new automations for those new things you're working on so it loops up all the time loops up all the time we've actually got inside the ai profit boardroom if you haven't checked out already link in the comment description or go to the aiprofitboard.com you're overwhelmed again because you know a lot of people are like well where do i start with ai and most most people know the power of it but they don't know where to get started we show you exactly coaching course and that sort of thing so let's say for example i'm spending a lot of time with ads i would say okay can you add a section inside my tool or you know can you create a new dashboard for me where you automate ads right and then from there it's going to create it and you have to test it out right so you see how i talk to it in plain english and i just tell it exactly what i want to build that's what you should do too so with that let's get straight into this and i'll show you an example so if we go to a new chat here and then we're going to delete this section we're going to open up a new folder now you don't have to work in a project so you can click on don't work in projects if you want to and it's a new chat to use this by the way as well you might say okay do you use chat gpt or do you use codex because there's two different versions of this inside the app and if you're wondering how to get access to the app you can just go into google here and you just get this one right so you just download this this is the app so once you've done that you can get it on both mobile and you can get it on desktop as well once you've done that you download it you open up you log in and it's going to look something like this if you've already got access to chat gpt but you don't have access to gpt 5.6 and you're on the right plan just go to the check for updates here update it relaunch it and then you should get access and then from here you can change the model and now once you're inside chat gpt like so you can switch between chat gpt over here or codex for me personally i would stick to codex because i think that if you are using chat gpt directly it's it like you're actually like for business stuff and for actual building stuff like it's much better to use the codex i just feel like it's much more controlled than that sort of thing okay so this is for like creating learning exploring this is for like actually building stuff and today we want to build anything right we want to build and automate anything which is what we'll focus on so we're going to use the codex section now inside the models over here you can see that we can switch between different models so if you tone this down it will use less tokens which means you will get more out of your subscription without facing limits however the lower you put it down the less powerful the model is going to be and if you want to use gpt6 which is the newest version you would switch up here now you can choose between astralight you've also got medium and you have extra high for me personally i like to stick to medium that's my favorite so we click on new chat then we're going to select a new project and let's say for example you just wanted to build an app maybe for like i don't know fitness tracking or something like that so we can put in a project name like so maybe spend a lot of time on this but everyone like for for building stuff with this it could be personal or it could be for work right so for example for me personally my i'd train muay thai i like to train muay thai i could create an app for that right if i spent a lot of time playing guitar which i used to but not so much since ai came out then i could create an app before learning and playing guitar or whatever you prefer my main point here is like it doesn't have to be work related doesn't have to be business related although you'll probably get the highest um outputs in terms of your time versus outputs with something business related but let's just create a random app here so we're going to click on fitness tracking click create project and then from here we can choose between local new local work tree cloud and you can also see here that we can check our usage and then we've got this option here which is branches you don't need to worry about that too much you don't want to over complicate it the main thing here is like this is very very useful to know at this point so if you're running a new project and you want to share it with people you're better off doing that in the cloud and you should probably understand that before you start building anything before you start prompting it here so for me for example i have automations running in the cloud for seo so these cloud-based automations they create content on my website i don't need my computer open i don't need chat cheaper t open because it's running in the cloud it's not on my local computer fantastic because that can just run 24 7 as a routine and we'll come on to routines later i'll actually add that on the list too my point here is the if you're going to shut down your laptop but you need something to run in the background choose cloud if you prefer something running locally and it's just you who's going to be accessing this project then you can go to local makes sense right makes sense so from here we'll click on local and then we're going to say okay create a beautiful fitness tracking that is designed for mobile devices and make it super useful and actionable all right so we're going to start creating that app as you can see here now you'll notice as soon as i pressed enter there the chat just disappeared right where did you go i pressed enter it's not there it's not obviously here on the left hand side where did it go this is something that puzzled me the first time i used it so i want to explain that quickly here so what you'll see on the left hand side is you have to scroll down so we have our pinned projects at the top here which are great and then as we scroll down here we've got our other projects so pinned means that we keep it at the top so for example if we're looking at that fitness project that we're working on right now the fitness tracking one we're going to right click that and we're going to click on pin why do we do that because it keeps it at the top and it keeps it easy to track otherwise you don't want to be scrolling down here every single time and if you have a lot of projects that you're working on this is something that's going to save you time and keep everything much more organized so it's important to understand that so if we go to this section here you can see now that we have the fitness tracking system being built fantastic now that may take a while something to understand here is like sometimes you're going to build a project i have noticed that astra 6 is pretty fast but it might take five ten minutes to build out so what do we do in the meantime we start working on the next thing i see you can build out multiple projects at the same time which is one i'm going to show you right now so we've covered how to build an app again you just prompt it in plain english if your coding something out you don't need to be a coder to use this if you don't understand how to prompt it doesn't matter at this point you literally just describe what you want and explain it the only job that we really have as humans now when it comes to using ai is being able to clearly define what we need and want and understanding the biggest opportunity in terms of where we can get the most time back most people don't have the clarity of thinking to do that but if you're watching this it's a very powerful skill that i would highly recommend you develop because it may be the most important skill as we go into the future so as we have a look at this let me show you another example so here we have a website design right so if we open this up we can see that we have a website being designed over here so we're just going to log in and you'll notice that this is being hosted on a chat gpt.site url and you can see the page has been built right there so if you want to build websites like this again you just type in what you want so i actually said can you redesign this website so it looks amazing and then it redesigned our whole existing website so if you want to build a website with ai pretty simple you just give it any information or examples of what you like and then you go over to it and you say hey create this for me if we go over to this video section here and let me just tick these off as we go along so we've talked about um a sas tool design if and we've talked about apps as well let's talk about website design this is pretty important to understand so from what i've seen so far when it comes to designing a website with chat it is not particularly great straight out of the box so if you go to chat gpt and let's say we're creating a new website like so if you just say create a website for this or do this etc doesn't look particularly nice what you want to do instead is either train it on a skill that helps you create websites or you can actually just give it a screenshot of an example that you really like so let's say for example and we'll take a screenshot here let's say for example i really like this design for a website i can take a screenshot of that then we can go over here and we can say can you create a beautiful website like this for my ai community make it clean follow the same principles make it super useful and interesting and so when you give it examples of what you like it's much more likely to give you something that's closer to what you had in mind if you do not give it examples of what you like and you don't give it like a screenshot or anything like that of of how you want the design to look like it will probably turn out very bland and it won't be that interesting at all so for example if we go back to this page here to me personally it looks okay but it's not that interesting right it's it kind of looks like a chat gpt website straight out of the box i've seen codecs follow that same design over and over again the other thing that i would recommend here is that you can go over to somewhere like github and you can get like 3d website design projects as well you can take a look at github github is basically it's kind of like a website where you can get ideas for and you can get like these kind of add-ons that you can quickly install to your ai agents so that they give you better outputs so what that means essentially is that when we are doing website design we can give it a skill from somewhere like github and train our agents on exactly how to design a beautiful website so if we have look over here we've got a bunch of website design ideas design systems here's an example let's see what else we've got here page designer as well that looks like an interesting one but basically you can get these skills to teach your ai agents how to design there's also another one called ui ux pro max which is another website design skill and you can just type this into google and then you'll find it on github like so and you can actually go to codex like so and you can say hey install this skill for website design so if we go to a new chat here we'll type in a new project i'll call this ui ux pro max paste in the link of the github with the skill and say use this skill to create a beautiful website website for the ai profit board and then obviously when you're creating a website or anything like this you want to train it on information about you and your context so if we look at this example skill we would inside the prompt normally give it information about us what we do how we're working on things what we what we're working on etc there we go so that's website design and there's two different options for that like i've mentioned you can give it a skill like ui ux pro max to make better beautiful websites or you can actually give it an example of a screenshot and say hey go off and create this now what you're also going to notice here is that we now have three projects being done in the background so we can check on these if you see this loading icon here inside codex you can see that we can check through these different systems here and we can see what's being built and where we're up to so for example if we click on the ui ux pro max project we've got an update and it says it's creating the website if we go over to the ai community section here you can see that it is now working on building out the other website and if we go to the mobile fitness tracker here boom shakalaka we now have the website ready to preview as we can see right here now what you'll notice is we have a preview on the right hand side like so and we can flick through we can test it and that sort of thing and we can actually open that up in chrome as well now some people at this stage might be saying as well okay well that's great that you got the mobile app but how do you for example submit it to the app store what you would do is you would say okay i want to submit this to the ios app store can you get it ready to export so that will be number one and then number two if you wanted to for example create an app that you're gonna issue publicly you need to make sure that people can log in so for example if we look at this whole app here nobody can log in the data isn't stored anywhere okay so like if if i'm using this and then someone else is using it well how do they log in and they store their data so what you want to use is something called superbase superbase is another free plugin you can give to your ai agents like codex and that can then plug in superbase as a database for people to log in to our apps so what we can do here is we can say okay make sure that people can log in using superbase so that you can store data and you can have a database of data for each person who's using the app and then also the final thing that you'll notice here is like the colors look a bit bland and a bit boring so anytime you have feedback if you test something it doesn't work or if for example you look at something you're like i'm not really into that design that's not my style you just give that feedback to the ai agent and you iterate from there bear in mind like you can get the 80 20 very very quickly we've got the 80 20 of an app right here like that's good to go the problem is that we need to customize it so that it doesn't look like everything else it doesn't look mediocre that it's actually useful etc and so how do you do that you just give feedback to your ai agent over here and then it begins to code out the projects on the right hand side so for example if we say okay can you start improving the ui making it a bit more colorful making it much more interesting entertaining to use etc gamify it as well and so you see how we give the feedback to their agent we make sure it has a database for using that and then also we're going to give it that data the details for exporting it to ios and xcode and everything else pretty simple and easy one of the questions we just got here actually is you know who do you think is winning the ai race right now is it gp6 or fable 5.1 i think in terms of actual intelligence in terms of the best ai to use right now undeniably it is gp6 astra i tested out fable 5.1 it's okay but honestly for me i think claude needs to step up a lot at this point like gp6 astra is way way better so you can see here that it's beginning to now uh come up with some ideas and it's going to give us options so for example we're going to just give some options here and then it can start using that to fill out the rest of the details now what you see is the uh page for the community so you can see here for example we gave it details of the page it wanted to create and it's created over here and so you see like when you when you give your ai agents examples of the ui or the design that you want to do whether that's with a screenshot or whatever it will look 10 times nicer and it just won't look like your generic sort of um ai fluff you know see here it's asking me to log into super base which you're doing in the background but this is a page that is created um for the website that we asked it to build pretty nice and easy you know and it's created that community page right here it's pretty cool so we've built out a website we've built out another website over here with the ui ux promax system so if we open this up this is actually hosted locally and you can see that basically chat chibit has its own browser over here but what you can also do is you can load that up locally inside chrome or whatever you prefer to use so if we go to chrome here and we typed the local address in you can see that we have the page ready to go so it's found the details of um the page that we want to build what we want to add inside there and that just looks a lot nicer as well so it can easily build out designs and that sort of thing first thing i'll say here is like it's still it's still not customized exactly how i want it but again that's where the feedback stage comes in and you'll notice that for any sort of project that you build with chat chibit whether that's a video a game a website a tool there's basically three stages you describe what you want then you test it and then you iterate with more feedback and you just loop around so some people watch this and be like oh you know that's not the best design in the world julian and it's like yeah i know i know you need to do a lot of feedback uh you need to give a lot of feedback to your ai agents just to test it go through it see what you think about it and customize it exactly how you want right so if we go back to for example that tool that i built earlier the hnos which again is available inside the airport for boardroom this tool is amazing but it took me day i mean months at this point of like just more feedback every single day right create something build something test it give it more feedback loop back around build a new feature and test that loop back around and so like if you see anything today that you're like oh i could do better than that everyone could do better than that it's just going to take a bit more feedback and a bit more time just something to bear in mind there so we've talked about website design what else we got here images so chat chibit can generate images now it's using something called chat chibit image 2.0 so when you're using astra astra 6 you want to think of it as the brain so it is the brain but image 2.0 is its image generation skill and so when chat chibit generates an image it's using chat chibit image 2.0 so astra is not actually creating the image but it can orchestrate the skill to build the image for you so if we go into a new chat here we don't need a project for this so i can just say okay create an image of a cat eating pancakes right and then you can see here that it will start building out the image now at this point you might be thinking okay that's great but why would i just want to generate one single image and i would say you've got a great point there so when you're generating an image you don't just stick with the image you can use it for social media you could create an image for ads you could create um thumbnails for example you could create an image and then use that on your website design you could take an image and then get astra to turn that into a game so my my point here is like images are very powerful because you can animate those you can take them and transform them into websites apps games tools it can make all of your pages look a lot nicer so if we have a look at this for example this image right here we can now go back inside the chat and let's have a look where we are now again you see how we have to scroll all the way down to this recent chat we can comment on here we can also remove the background we can remove it or resize it as you can see so what we can do here is we can say okay can you using your skill for videos remotion could you turn this into an animated video just like a quick 10 second promo video can you also use this image to create like a 3d racer game or something like that so i'm going to show you two different examples where basically you can get an image like this and then you can turn that into an actual project so you can see that's now beginning to work on both of these now in the meantime we've talked about images that's where we're going to come on to videos so video is pretty cool with chat gpt astra because astra number one is fast number two is very very good at coding and the way that ai can create videos is with code it's using the skill that basically um creates html and with html it can generate a beautiful video so for example here we have the fitness tracker being built we also have the cat pancake images you can see but if we go back to the video section here you might be wondering okay how did you create this promo video looks pretty nice it's pretty simple and easy so what you can do is you can use something called remote now remotion is a skill you can install to your ai agents to basically create videos and it's a free open source skill which means that you can give it to any ai agent you can create videos agentically and you can create these awesome animations just in plain text so what you would do is you grab the github link of remotion then you're going to go over to chat gpt or whatever agent you prefer to use and then you can say okay use this and create an amazing promo video for whatever right it could be like okay create an amazing ad create an amazing promo video create an amazing presentation create an animation you see my point like anything that can be animated you can do this with this system and one thing that i actually really like to do and this is something i built as a custom workflow but i'll show you it for inspiration so inside our agentic operating system we have a video agent and it uses remotion to create amazing videos like you can see right here and if we go back to our videos over here you can see some of the other videos that we've created and these all have like audio in the background and that sort of thing and it's pretty crazy like some of these videos they are quite long videos so let me show you an example here so this one is a five minute long video and what it's done is it's used a combination of another tool for generating the b-roll then it's created a voiceover and a script for the video and it's put it all together and edited it and literally all we do is we go inside here and we type in the type of video we want and it can generate it and save it into our workspace here's another example so this video you can see an ai avatar down here and you can see that he's talking on the screen and and his screen right and so my point here is like it doesn't even just have to be for a basic animated video like you can create something pretty unbelievable just just by combining remotion and other apis so for example like for ai avatars you might use a api like hey gen you can grab the api key from hey gen then you plug that into the astra conversation you have for the video and you say using a combination of this hey gen api and your skill for videos remotion create animated edited avatar video and that's basically what we did with this video right here which is pretty cool now if you come back to our project with the app i want to show you an example of logging into the app so this is a mobile app that we built and we just need to sign into superbase and then it will allow us to to log in and create a login for that okay so you can see here that we can now log in to our account on the habit tracking app and it will save our data using superbase and i don't need to edit it i don't need to add any of that in astra just logs in for me and once i've logged in then with superbase we can add the login page right here so if you come back to that example with the image you see how it's created this image for the video and it's generated the full animated video right here and then it's created this ready set pancakes and animated promo using the image inside the video itself and that's just a combination of remotion as a skill and then the image generation is a good tool that's a good tool that's a good tool that's a good tool that's another big benefit to using something like uh gpt versus claude claude can't generate images you have to give it an api so you have to give it access to uh image generation api like for example chat gpt image 2.0 which is the best one so with chat gpt inside your assistant subscription you get access to this as well which is a massive benefit personally so you can see here it's now creating the game as well which we can open up later that's essentially it for videos now let's talk about computer use so we're at the point now and honestly before astra came out this was not particularly great but now we're at the point with ai where it can control our computer you know i can control pretty much anything on our computer and do anything that a would do now it's not perfect it still struggles in part so i want to be 100 transparent with you but it's way better than anything else i've seen and it's pretty impressive so far so for example if we go over here we have chat gpt and the chrome extension setup if you want to find the chrome extension i'm just going to explain this because some people uh struggle and they they put this in the comments sometimes so if you're looking for the chrome extension for chat gpt you would just go to you just go to google and type in chrome extension chat gpt so anything that you're trying to find today whether that's like remotion skills whatever you can just go to google and ask it for it so for example you can see we've got chat gpt we just have to add that to chrome once we've added it to chrome we log in and now you can see we've got chat gpt over here now for me personally the chrome extension is not that useful the only thing that i actually use it for is computer use so for example if we go over to chat gpt here and by the way it's it's actually created the game based on the image we generated earlier doesn't look that similar to the original image but i mean look at the game itself like pretty nice 3d game nicely edited it just created in the background whilst i was talking to you as well so you get the idea like it's it's really really good for generating and creating games and all sorts of cool stuff anyway if you go to a new chat here and then we're going to open up a new project we'll say okay we'll call this school post for example like this and then i'm gonna go over to my school group we'll copy that and paste that link in just as a reference point and we'll say to chat gpt hey can you go to the page above using computer use and then what i want you to do is make a post about chat gpt astra and how we have loads of great new training inside the ai profit boardroom on exactly how to use it and also a bunch of free bonuses inside there too and then i'll just give it a link to the i profit boardroom and i'll say add urgency make it interesting third grade reading level dan kennedy style marketing post and create a new post so this is an example right uh we're gonna hit enter like so so we can see that is now thinking and it's going to open up the community so you can see here it's beginning to open up the school community and so it's connected to our chrome and we can see it's opening up chrome right here now you saw how fast that is really really quick when it we're using it so if you look we know the chat gpt is using that tab so it's having a look here and here and it's controlling our browser now look how fast this navigates so this is chat gpt right here controlling the screen and navigating across it and now it's just put in the title right so it's added the details here and then it should put in the post and the crazy thing about this is it can navigate the buttons really quickly you can scroll around the page this is an ai control on the computer and it's unbelievably fast but also if you got a virtual assistant to do this and you gave them a race like how long would it take to create a page like this probably ages so you can see it's now created the post right so you can see it's created the marketing post for us and it's added a couple of links the other thing that i would say is that it's actually use the information from the page originally and then use that inside the post if that makes sense so it's not just like generic um ai fluff like it's actually personalized the post itself to the information it saw on the sales page for the air profit border which is fantastic also i like the way it's written like it's easy to understand it's very clear it's beautifully formatted it's added urgency i mean and it did it in first time round whilst i was talking to you now i think at this point for like if you got basic tasks for like like for example posting and you need it to come up with the creative in terms of the writing and what's going to be in the headline and also post it for you we're at the point now where i think you can get astra to do most of that for you right and you could even have that running as a schedule in the background which i'll come on to in a second but yeah really powerful and then it said published you know only took 90 seconds imagine how long it would if you've ever hired a virtual assistant or a human to do stuff like this for you they might take like 10 20 minutes funny minutes thinking about this this has cut that down that time window down into 90 seconds that's how powerful gpt-6 astra is and it wrote it better than most humans possibly could it's personalized it there's going to be no mistakes in terms of the spelling or the punctuation inside the post because obviously astra is very good at understanding theoretical rules and it's published and it's ready to go okay just happened in the background so so fast and easy and smooth and i can tell you now if you got for example like fable 5 to do the same thing it would struggle it doesn't do it quite as well it can it can do the same job but it'll be much slower and i would say the content itself in terms of the post the headline everything else just wouldn't be as nicely designed as this so this is way nicer all right so pretty awesome and as we keep going along now we've covered computer use we've covered apps that's tool design website design images video computers right we've covered a lot already which is fantastic i want to show you an example of the game design that we did earlier so i've shown you a couple of games that we built with them already so we created the 3d racer game with the cat if you're not sure about that it's over here this is the game that we just created in the background all right so this is the game and it's even got like controls which is pretty fun as well so we can pause this and we can play around with this and whatever but then also if we go to the app we built the app we created the video earlier today as we mentioned now this is where it gets quite interesting so we can also create cloud routines schedule tasks that run in the background so what do i mean by that well let's say for example you had a website right so if i go to the ai profit boardroom.com this is my website that i own and we do a lot of seo for this website now the great thing about ai let me show you this is the results we've had with this website the great thing about ai is like it can definitely get your results with seo so for example if you look at this website we've grown it from like zero to 423 clicks a day using ai seo and it's fully automated i can't even log into this website which is amazing and by the way if you want a free seo strategy session link in the comment subscription and we can give you a custom tailored game plan for this sort of stuff but my point here is that you can get ai to automate your seo for you however you still have to prompt the ai to do this daily you still had to come up with the keywords you still had to check that the work was good and you still have to have your computer on and make sure that you're remembered to create that content on a day-to-day basis which you know in the long run of things that might take you five or ten minutes a day which is like you know 150 to 300 minutes per month that's like nearly six hours a month so well five hours a month sorry but you get my point like why would you spend five hours a month doing something that you could automate that would save you more time and that's where scheduled tasks come into play so scheduled tasks basically allow you to run routines with ai so that something can run in the background without you which means that it's fully automated and you never need to think about it again so if we have a look at this for example i said to chat gpt can you set up a cloud routine that runs without having the codex app open in the cloud so you can generate content for my websites and then it asked me like which website should it cover it should cover my five websites i own on netlify and it says where does it have a computer save the netlify website i said netlify right and then it created a cloud routine as you can see right here so this is a routine that happens in the cloud now you could have a local routine as well but i don't like to have local routines running simply because you have to have your computer on and you have to have the codex app open it's kind of a limitation because you know not everyone's gonna have their computer open all the time but sometimes you accidentally close the app not great what you can do with this instead is that you have a cloud running routine that just runs in the background i totally forgot i set up i didn't even know how to access it for the first couple of days and so this is amazing for ai research for seo projects for for example something that's recurring on a weekly basis it it would be amazing for example for anything that can run in the cloud now the one thing that i would say here is that it's not good for computer use so if it's like for example posting to x or something like that probably wouldn't recommend it if it was something more api related like for example creating seo content and then publishing it via netlify by the api or the connector that would be great that's what it's designed for so have a think about all the recurring tasks that you work on day-to-day that you could easily automate with this system because when you think about it there's so much there's no limitation to that i think so it can easily create cloud routines for you that runs with codex closed it's got my seo skills embedded into creating it it runs on the daily routine so you can see here it's scheduled in for 7am each day and then it can create five articles per website and it's automatically configured to publish and it's ready to go now if anything breaks on that routine you know the first time you set up like creating the apps like creating the website like creating the videos you have to give it feedback in the first few days but the more feedback you give it the better it becomes over time so definitely something to pay attention to right now so that's something else that's really cool and then also we have something called plugins and connector so if you go to the top left over here we can make gpd6 astra infinitely more powerful because we can connect it to other apps that allow us to take the power of astra and not have it confined to this tiny little app so just like the cloud routines connect to netlify we can connect astra some of the biggest apps in the world to do recurring work for us so for example it can read and manage your gmail and if you want to set up any of these you just go to plugins in the top left inside codex right so you go to codex plugins and then you can see here that we can switch between personal and public and then we could for example set up gmail here so we can actually uh try gmail like you can see and then we can tag it in this workflow so if we type in app and then gmail we can tag that in and it's ready to go and then you could set up a new routine like we were talking about before where it analyzes or answers your emails for you where it drafts all the responses to your emails for you whatever you prefer but my point here is that you can connect this to apps they can run on schedule tasks and then you can basically automate a lot of the you know all a lot of the work that you're doing day to day save so much time definitely worth doing the other thing that you'll notice here is that we've got this option for full access now if you want to limit the amount of access that your ai has especially if you're coding on a project you've already developed a lot of time on or for example if you have certain files on your computer that you don't want chat gpt to touch then you can switch between three different levels of approval and so for example you can ask for approval ways like so you can say approve for me or you can give it full access full access means that it's got unrestricted access you can edit files you can delete stuff etc you can also have approve for me so if it identifies anything like for example deleting a file then you can switch to approve for me or you can switch to ask for approval and ask for approval it's kind of slow it's kind of annoying because you have to like approve everything that does but at the same time if you want to play it more safe that's probably an option too we can also check our scheduled tasks over here so we can create new scheduled tasks these are running normally locally so you can just say okay let's set up a scheduled task maybe you check their blaze ai news headlines every day something like that and then you'll see inside the explore section here we have options to customize so for example for me i don't connect this to pool uh to to github so i'm probably gonna uncheck the pull requests and then we can click on explore and then sites like so all right and we can see all of the websites that were built so you know we were just building websites a second ago these are stored so you can come back to them here now also if you're building out an app like this you can have multiple different chats inside the same project where you work on multiple different things so for example we could have one chat for ui we could have one chat for adding new plugins we could have one chat for setting up so it's ready to go with xcode and so you can have inside the same project parallel conversations going on editing different angles of the project it could be like part of its back end part of its front end so that your app is much more useful over time so yeah there's just there's so many things you can do with this now you can use it inside chat chubit on work like so i just i just don't feel like it's as useful there but what i do like to do is i have this agentic operating system and any sort of custom workflows that i'm going to come back to i like to build into an agentic operating system into an agent os mission control if you're wondering how to set up a mission control dashboard like this for all ai agents where for example you have cord hermes anti-gravity codex all built into one dashboard that you can control you would literally same processes i've talked about earlier you would go into your ai agent and you would say hey build out a mission control dashboard for me be build out a agent operating system for me that i can control and if you want to get my system that's ready to go with all this built in you can get it inside the air proper boardroom just go to the classroom over here and then go to new daily updates and you can find our agent os system that we keep updated it's got a full video tutorial and the zip file as well to install so the cool thing about this is that we can use gpt6 astra inside our agentic operating system and we don't have to pay for the api or anything like that because we've already got it included as part of our subscription and then we can use it alongside clawed and hermes and anti-gravity and i think that's the most powerful way to use these ar models because for example i mean this is a big problem that i think most people are facing with right is like imagine for example you have and probably some people watching this would be like yeah this is me uh imagine for example you have chat gpt and a subscription then you have for example clawed and then you have for example open claw and then you have open hermes and then maybe you have for example custom workflows and dashboards and other uh taps everything gets very messy everything is all like all over one place and the the thing is like then you're switching between tabs you got all these different apps open they're slowing you down they're confusing you you kind of forget where stuff is and it's all a bit overwhelming that's the problem that agentic operating system solves and what we've done is we've built in codex into it so you've got gpt6 astra here and even if you don't use codex um i don't know why you'd watch a course like this about gpt6 astra if you didn't have codex but even if you didn't have codex well you can switch to omniroot or hy3 which are both free um ai models you can plug into this system as well and then over here we have hermes so what you'll find here is that we have gpt6 astra built into hermes and i absolutely love this because what this means is that you have an agentic harness which is hermes itself then you have the brain that plugs into it for example like gpt6 astra and then you have uh all of your different ai's plugged into this as well so for example we have gemma 4 over here we have for example quen 3.7 over here we have uh a custom trained version of deep seek over here and we have like local models plugged into hermes as well i can just click on the drop down and switch between all of them that is so useful and then also what we have is we have different versions of this agentic operating system depending on the workflow i'm trying to use so if i would if i need to do research you know i've been mentioning about uh doing scheduled tasks with research well we can go into hermes with gpt6 astra and that just runs on a 24-hour loop and it gives us the latest news in our industry so you'll see here for example we've got gpt6 astra we've got the latest news here it's inside one beautiful workflow it's using gpt6 astra as a brain and then hermes agent as a harness and this is like a custom beautiful workflow inside one dashboard where again it's just running on a loop on a schedule on a routine and i don't need to be there to check it out i can also hear the brief here so i can listen back to the brief if i want to we can consult the oracle if we want to refresh hermes oracle we can actually uh take this the ideas so for example gpt6 astra is trending then we could actually click on draft this new draft post for twitter or we can click on publish to wordpress and that will actually publish an seo article directly to wordpress on that particular topic and we can see previous news headlines from the days before so it's really easy to stay up to date and see how the industry changed not only that but something else that you'll find with ar models in general and i see this all the time is that people struggle with context right so for example if a new model like astra comes out or claude comes out or for example let's say i don't know glm6 comes out tomorrow these models are probably not ones you're using day to day right the brand new models have just dropped and sometimes that means you need to switch over to that new model now the problem with that is it doesn't have any training or personalization or understanding of what you've done previously so how do you fix that the way that you fix that is you have a second brain that plugs into all of your ai agents and not just that but your ai agents actually update it for you automatically and then it becomes a positive feedback loop where basically your ai agents update your memories for you based on what you're doing so you can see for example here we're building out that app with uh codex and it's plugged it into our memory system amazing and then we have our memory galaxy here visualized and we can see all of our memories inside one place super useful so what this means essentially is that if we do something with gp6 astra well that is updated inside our memory inside our second brain and all of our ai agents see that and then they understand what we've been working on today as well that is amazing super useful it saves so much time now if you're wondering how to do that how to plug in a system like this you want to get obsidian obsidian is a free memory plugin it's open source and you can get your ai agents to update it for you so this whole database of memories all these notes they're just simple markdown files i don't update it myself i've never created any of these files myself but what it essentially does is it updates everything for me so all of the latest files inside here if we go to for example let's have a look here uh yeah so if we have a look at this um example codex has updated obsidian with the details of the pancake eating game that we just built a second ago and it did automatically whilst i was talking to you so it's running in the background it's stating all my agents and what we worked on recently and then our ai agents can pull that as context from this system so it's free it's open source the agents manage it for you so it saves you a lot of time and then if a new agent comes out tomorrow let's say for example everyone stops using hermes and then something more useful comes out no problem mate because what's going to happen is we can just take this memory and we can plug it into whatever comes next and then it's always improving and it doesn't matter what model comes out next as well you know gpt10 comes out no problem it's going to have a full understanding of me my life and everything i worked on from day one and that is absolutely amazing so that's what i'd recommend and i think there's levels to this so level number one is that you're just creating one basic project level number two is that you're automating a few different things and running schedules and level number three the best and most liberating model i think is is basically the agent operating system and having codecs and hermes and everything else plugged into one place we also have custom workflows like for example that video agent that we built before so we've talked about hermes we've talked about routines talking about the agent operating system and we've talked about where to start which is basically you want to start where you're spending your time and that's basically that's the whole system we've talked about pretty much how to automate everything you know how to get access examples automations we built a few things today apps sas tools website design images videos computer use we've talked about game design with blender as well routines hermes agent os and also the plug-in systems as well so that is basically that is the full gp6 astra ai full course one hour on how to as you can see right here and this is supposedly the world's most intelligent and aligned model now from what i'm seeing on the feedback so far people saying this is a huge step up versus previous models and in particular outperforming fable 5.1 which we'll come on to in a second if you're watching this live by the way feel free to ask any questions as we go along and we're just gonna try and build some cool stuff with it and test it out so this is bringing together a lot of research um state of the art on computer use this is one thing i've actually heard it's really good so it's supposed to be very very good at controlling your computer browsing software engineering cyber security science professional work it scores at 98 on the frontier map tier and we've also got a report of how it solved some long-standing mathematics problems and computer science problems so very very powerful model also it saturates the arc agi 3 score with 99.9 score and exploit bench with 100 so basically what this means is like it's scoring so high it's making the it's making the test seem almost irrelevant if that makes sense because at this point we've got a powerful model where it's scoring so high on the benchmarks uh the benchmarks don't even make sense to use anymore they're probably gonna have to come up with a lot of new benchmarks to test this now if you're wondering okay how does it compare versus say fable 5 or fable 5.1 or gpt 5.6 soul which literally just got released what was that last month or the month before like it's not been out for long so gpt 6 astra way higher on the chart so this is astra and you can see the api cost versus the resolution rate on the left hand side and you can see number one it's cheaper and number two is it's performing better than for example fable 5.1 so it's a huge huge step up so they've said this is a greg from the arc prize foundation on arc agi 3 astra surpassed human action efficiency baseline on 96 percent of levels effectively reaching human parity on the benchmark not only is this the best model they've ever tested but it also represents a meaningful step change in frontier model performance not only in its ability to navigate and solve novel environments but also in how efficiently it learns to do so so it's very very efficient but at the same time very very powerful now also it's supposedly one of the best uh computer use models so we'll have a look on that in a second so if we open up chat gpt we can just update the latest version and get this through and by the way this just dropped for me today and i think a lot of people just got it released today so if you didn't have it yesterday no problem at all i would check again today and it seems like it has just updated with the latest model here so you can see for example if i go into chat gpt if we look at the models inside chat gpt let's see what we got yeah cnc 5.6 soul but let's just check for updates and if we go directly to chat gpt on the website and then we switch over to yeah so we just gotta install and relaunch there and you can see we now have gpt6 astra right so if you go into the chat gpt desktop app and you can't see gpt6 available number one just make sure you're on the right plan so we are on the pro plan here as you can see i think you get it on the plus as well and then just go to chat gpt check for updates and then you can update the latest version and get access right there which is awesome also if we go to chat gpt work here you can see that we have this available so inside the normal chat it doesn't seem to give us an option for gpt6 let's just see so i just want to make sure you know how to get access basically yeah so if we use a normal chat we're on gpt5.6 we don't have it but if we switch over to work on work we can then change up the dial and we can get gpt6 astra right there okay so if you don't see it those are two different ways number one update codex and number two make sure you go to chat gpt so let's keep going now so you can see some things that is actually created like uh this was working on a circuit board excel competition game development as well which is pretty cool very very nice does seem like the last month or so chat gpt have really overtaken gpt6 like uh i mean chat gpt have really overtaken claude it seems like at one point claude were almost untouchable and i think they've made a few bad decisions and then recently you know gpt6 have just kind of overtaken them the morning performance but number two in just general sentiment but these things change month to month so let's go papas says let's go let's go my friend if you got any questions feel free to post them in the chat or anything feel free to ask so we're just going to have a look here and i'll open up a new chat and what we'll try and do is we'll try and update the agent os project that we have running here with the newest version of astra so let's see if we can do this see if it's smart we add in a new chat here by the way if you've never used chat g uh you know chat gpt codex this is how you can use it it's pretty simple and straightforward and basically you just describe what you want and then from there you can build an automated thing so we'll start a new project here and what i'm going to say is let's just test it for computer use can you go to my school group and post an announcement about how the ai profit boardroom that has a training on chat gpt 5 uh chat gpt 6 astra let's try that and i'll say post it here we'll see if we can use this for computer use probably i just want to make sure as well that i've still got the extension for chat gpt computer use setup i just need to enable it here there we go then we might have to log in again let's see so if you want to use computer use with chat gpt just make sure you have the extension installed and then get chat gpt like you see right here so we've got it linked now which is nice so let's see what we got what's interesting is that it's just totally disappeared let's see if it works again that's weird that conversation just disappeared from my chats completely all right and you can see here that it's updated the agent os to use gpt 6 astra now as well let's see if it's working oh look at that as well we got the new training set up boom wow so it just posted that in the background so computers is really good look at that new training i mean for some reason it posted about chat gpt 5 which doesn't make any sense should be posting about chat gpt 6 which is what we told it to but still pretty nice we can also like reference bits here so you see how we can click on this and then it shows up inside the chrome extension pretty nice now if we go back to the agent os over here let's just make sure this is working now oh look we got gpt 6 astra beautiful just gonna check it's working that do you know what blows me away about gpt 6 astra is how fast it works it's unbelievable like and it works perfectly i can tell you enough if i tried to ask fable 5 or opus 5 to do this and to set this up it would take i would i would honestly say about probably probably 30 minutes and then it still wouldn't be quite right gpt 6 astra has literally just done that in the space of what 60 seconds two to five minutes maximum that is unbelievable absolutely unbelievable so very impressive start there i mean it completed the uh post on school i just want to be 100 transparent with you like it it it posted about for for some reason chat gpt 5 which doesn't make any sense but it switched the model inside astra like literally instantly that is absolutely amazing all right let's see if it can do something else now so i'm going to copy this and i'm going to go into chat gpt i'm going to say okay can you switch the model inside the agent os so you set up a new profile with gpt 6 as a separate chat profile inside hermes here that way we can use hermes agent with gpt 6 astra inside the agent os and just to recap on things that we've done so far set up the system for using astra inside codex so you know how to use inside chat gpt and codex now you know how to use computer use with astra 6 and it seems really impressive so far and you've also seen how you can code a bit so for example we instantly switched the model inside the agent os from gpt 5.6 to astra in like one command and a quick screenshot now let's test some other stuff here so if we go to a new chat and we're gonna have a look what we can create here so i'm actually do you know what i'm tempted to totally change i'm gonna fork this and i say can you improve the ui of the agent os so it just feels and looks a lot more modern and beautiful let's see how it does to that you can always roll it back if it goes terribly look at that it's added it literally created it in like one click this is unbelievable how fast it works so let's go back to the agent os up here we'll refresh a page yeah gpt6 astra see if it's working yeah works instantly that is amazing what model are you look at that gpt6 astra beautiful this is insane this is actually like it feels too good it feels too good to be using all right so we've set up the system for astra um you know how to use computer use you've also seen how to code it a bit i've shown you how to set up hermes with gpt6 astra the benefits are that you know you don't have to pay for a api or anything like that you can easily just switch astra by telling it to switch astra to hermes and you don't need to you know pay for an api or manually switch out the models you just tell codex to do it for you now it's making some changes to the agent os which is why it's gone down so you can see it's basically editing the css as you can see right here and there we go so that should be better now if we whoa it's just created a whole new ui this is wild it looks nicer as well for sure so basically if you switch hermes over to astra 6 then you you essentially get a new free frontier model that's better than fable 5 if you already have the subscription because it's just using your codex login pretty amazing see what other people are building with it on x see what the reaction is like yeah people are loving it aren't they a lot of people building like absolutely unbelievable stuff i've not seen any bad reviews on astra yet it's unreal how fast it is and how powerful it is a lot of people saying it's absolutely amazing for 3d games as well so if you look at this tweet by and you i mean they've built this which it looks absolutely amazing um to get graphics out of it let's have a look ah so you connect codex to blender mcp paste in the concept and then tell astra to use the codex image generation skill nice so i think it's supposed to be very very good for creating games like 3d games and particularly using blender as well rafael says you're great thank you very much sir you are great too all right so so far we've talked about all these cool things let's try something else now so what i'm going to do i'm going to go to the arprofil boarding website here let's see if you can redesign this and make it look better so if we go back to chat gpt new chat make sure you're using astra i'm just using medium for now by the way we'll switch over to website arprofil boarding would say can you redesign this website so it looks absolutely amazing switch over the model yeah you could you could create pretty nice videos with that i think for sure actually let's try that in the background as well so what we can do is we can use it for generating videos so if we go to a new project here we'll just call this videos example and then we're gonna get remotion the skill of remotion which is a free open source project to build and create like amazing videos so we'll say this i've already taught it to codex i think so i should already have this but i'm just going to say okay use this to create an amazing promo video for the ai profit boarding now what i have noticed is like if you look for example here what is going on let's have a look here all right so we've changed that one thing i'll notice is like sometimes the chats just disappear if that makes sense so let's have a look it gets a bit messy it's one thing i don't like about the ui so if you look at that message i just sent about the video it's just kind of like disappeared if that makes sense um so let's see what we got here recents weekly review projects there we go all right so it's over here so i just have to pin that i'm going to unpin this one so just one thing to be aware of is like keep this organized on the left hand side otherwise what's going to happen is things disappear and it's very hard to find stuff by the way if you want everything that look at that so it's redesigned the website i actually don't think that website looks as good as the old one let's say open up here so if we take a look i think yeah if you look at that like that doesn't look as good as the existing aeroprofit boarding website so astra has created this redesigned it but doesn't look as good right feels a bit minimal feels a bit dark there's nothing interesting on the page i probably wouldn't use that so i think the best way to get the most out of website design using something like this is that you actually go to astra give it a skill or an example of a page that you like and then get it to generate the workflow if you just go straight out of the box and ask it to build a website doesn't look particularly good right this doesn't look particularly nice at all um all right so let's see what it's doing yes it's creating the video page here michelle says where does the actual compute come from hmm good question i'm not sure look at this it's built the website it's built the video now 30 second video with remotion let's open this up it looks nice and it literally just created that with one single prompt using remotion which the free opens our skill this is really shocking like how fast it moves like this is stuff that normally i would expect to take 20 minutes 30 minutes it's taking like two or three minutes to build that out right so we've got the full promo video here we can review it and literally all we said was like use remotion which is a skill for generate videos and then we said create an amazing promo video of the iprofit boardroom and it did it perfectly it's even got like music in the background for that unbelievable let me know what you think but it's it's very impressive to me that you can do this can we talk about usage limits absolutely because this is one thing that used to stop me from using um chat chibity particularly like with claude i've not found it that bad but if we look at for example codex here i just started using it this is going to reset in five days means here we've got 90 left in terms of our five uh so you've got different usage limits depending on what you're using what you're doing okay so for example here the full reset we can actually use resets whenever we want we have two ready to go when when we need them the usage so far is not too bad considering the amount of stuff we've done however i would expect that to change but yeah so far impressive if you've hit the usage limits after using gpt6 astra just let me know in the chat i'd be interested to know like you know what you're building with it how you're using etc possible for it to improve the memory galaxy oh that's a good question hawk let's try and do that all right so if anyone's not familiar and i'll just add this to the list as well so we've generated uh videos with this web design tested but not great that's the only thing i've seen it fall down on so far and that's probably because i need to give it like better instructions or a better skill for generating that so so far really good for computer use very good for coding easy to set up with your agents like hermes great for redesigning a ui and making it simpler great for generating videos not great for web design from scratch if that makes sense right let's let's have a look at this so if we have a look over here we have our memory galaxy right this is a memory galaxy that we've built now hawk is asking you know is it possible to improve the memory galaxy hawk if you could let me know what you want to change inside the memory galaxy i'd be interested to know but what i'm going to do over here is i'm going to take this i'm going to go back over to astra we'll go back to the chat where improved the agent os so we'll switch to the agent os and say can you improve the memory galaxy so it looks more beautiful more interesting more captivating more attention grabbing and also is more even more useful see screenshot attached this is running locally inside our agent os you can see it's running here so i'm just going to pin that to the top so we don't lose it this is the the hardest problem we're using this is like if you've got multiple projects pretty hard to keep track of them with the codex app like some conversations just seem to go missing if that makes sense so it's going to find the memory galaxy code and then it's going to start improving that right there let's see what else we've got here so upwork says i've rebuilt all my landing pages for getting more leads and it's done a wonderful job in just one prompt be interested to know what your prompt is let us know can you create a taste library for like fonts and ui absolutely you can i think that's the best way so for example when we're building out the guides but for um agent os we have like a full you know we have a full design guide on like how to build these inside the air profile boardroom and basically these these pages look super nice but we have a guide that tells our ai agents exactly how to build them and that makes a huge difference because it shows them like here's what to include here's how often to include it here's how to design it here's how to change the eye ui etc and everything else and that just makes a big difference so yeah but that's what i'd recommend is like you come up with these stuff that you like you give that as a library to your ai agents and then it can start building from there ram is limiter somebody said that codex likes installing stuff i don't even go to github sometimes oh interesting so you can just say okay go you know figure out that that's quite an interesting one to do actually it's like maybe you could say okay can you find a relevant skill from github just check it first make sure it's secure and then use that for redesigning the page because the page looks super bland and boring right now we'll try that instead ideally i'd like something that looks a lot more modern so like 3d scrolling parallax etc and just to make it look a lot more beautiful and interesting what we got here simon says perhaps astra could coordinate meta spark 1.3 which is free and open code to get max usage if limits are a concern yeah i that's why i like to do is for example um when i'm using claude i'll get it to orchestrate other local ais and free apis and that just allows us to get more out of our existing frontier level so you're like frontier level that can plan and then it would direct and orchestrate uh you know a cheaper api underneath it there's an example that if we go to the agent os over here and then oh look at that it's redesigned it that's pretty interesting i don't know if i like that to be honest i think it looked better before it doesn't look to me that doesn't look as good it doesn't look as impressive you know so that's what the memory galaxy now looks like for me honestly i don't think that looks as good at all now i might restore the old version to be honest but we'll see if it see if it can do better we'll keep going with that can you improve this so it looks more beautiful right now i think it actually looks worse than it did before doesn't look as interesting yeah so for example if we go over to the free ai coder we've got a free ai coder built into the agent os and what that means essentially is like we can use this to code for free using codex so codex can like orchestrate the model it can use the free apis inside the agent os and then we save a lot of tokens and we don't use frontier models for the situations where you don't need a frontier model is it really that good at blender i think that's something you have to decide for yourself from what i've read it had to run for like 45 minutes before it started using blender but we can test it here so let's let's do another example we'll create a new project we'll type blender mcp like that can you create a 3d racer game using blender mcp so use blender to model a 3d racing game you could use your image generation skill to help you do that so it looks more beautiful when you actually build the game and we'll see how that goes hawk says for me i'm not sure as i'm still trying to get the 16k notes down uh okay so you're not sure what you want to change with the memory galaxy okay it sounds like you actually don't want to change it um and i might restore it as well because it just doesn't look that good i don't think that looks as good as before for sure as it says strong agree simon says when you orchestrate is there a specific tool oh by the way this looks nicer now this is way nicer that's pretty cool it looks better when you orchestrate is there a specific tool like herder or anything use or do you just let the smartest models do his thing yeah i just let the smartest models do his thing and so essentially what i'll do is i will go over to claude or or to chat chippity and i'll just say listen use this model for that use hermes for this use for example uh local model to build this out etc hawk says that was far closer to my thoughts as well yeah i would agree i think this looks way nicer so we'll keep that as well looks beautiful nice all right so just bear in mind like if you're designing with something like codex and astra it might not get it right in the first time but you can see after a bit of back and forth and a bit of improvements here it actually made it look a lot nicer now it's actually orchestrating blender for us as well so if we go back to chat chippity here and we go to the blender mcp conversation you can see here that it's designing the game and it's using blender mcp right i didn't have to install anything i didn't have to give it a tool it just started using blender in the background that really it's pretty amazing really it's so chill to use it's just like you describe what you want and it goes off and does it let's have a look what it's doing inside blender here we'll come back to that later maybe i think that to be fair i think that'll probably go outside the scope of today because it's probably going to take about 20 to 30 minutes to do and you can see now it's actually using blender through the mcp connection now if we go back to the memory galaxy here that's looking pretty nice let's just refresh a page yeah looks great it looks super nice and these are all look at that so these are all different like connections between each agent and then we can switch constellations and everything else so it's a lot more organized we can see what's been done this week what's not linked everything so far and then we can see all of our memories linked in one place pretty amazing wow and then we can read our memories like this so it just makes our second brain way more organized than it did before and then we might have to allow some controls so when you're for example getting it to use computer use or when you're using for example uh you know blender mcp and stuff like that sometimes it's gonna have to restart sometimes it's gonna ask for permissions etc and if it restarts you'll just have to go back into the conversation where it's using the mcp like for example this one and just here yeah look at that whoa so this is a game that we created it's even got sound in the background as well the game is super nice it just generated that in like one one question so literally the prompt we said was like can you create a 3d racing game using blender as if he and then it did it actually let's just have a look here so it says i'm connecting the blender track to the game now testing the steering and everything else so it does seem very very good at coding out 3d stuff it's unreal at this point actually yeah simon this i agree with you so simon says wow that was quick and it looks good i would agree with you man like it's just unbelievably fast isn't it i've never seen the ai of that quality move as quickly as that only just got claudon add to gravity cli integrated uh to guild hall os says hawk yeah pretty pretty good stuff very very impressive so game design probably the best plus fastest i've ever seen so smooth to use as well isn't it so rick uh riz says that looks good to me might have some fun with this i'd agree normally the game logic is janky as well but this is smooth yeah i mean like even just it's like the graphics the design how easy it is to use the environment everything else just looks really really cool it's unbelievable all right so my thoughts on astra way more exciting than using something like fable like at this point i do i love the agent harness claude code desktop but at this point like undeniably this is way more powerful and way better than using claude fable 5 like by a long long way let's check the usage limits so far so we've built out a lot more since we checked it a few minutes ago yes you can see it does go through tokens pretty quickly so 75 left we've used 25 of our weekly usage in in what the space of like 40 minutes and so that usage is you know that's gonna go down quickly like that is uh yeah that's gonna go fast for sure but if and else unbelievable with it like really really powerful model super fun to use uh great game design great videos great for redesigning the ui and the memory galaxy works with hermes works nicely with computer use you can code with it overall really really cool model probably my new favorite right now and we've already built it into the agentic operating system as well so that's really cool too so that's basically it that is how to build and automate anything with chat gpt codex astra 6 really powerful model the only thing that i don't like with codex is probably the ui you know with the pinned conversations and conversations getting dropped pretty quickly and then simon says fable is unusable for me because of claw desktop threads and projects don't even have knowledge of each other yeah i would agree that is one thing that's kind of annoying it's like the context between them that's why i use obsidian because obsidian can store as you saw all of my memories in one place and then all my agents can connect directly to that and then inside the agent os we now have a new ui it's looking nice and we also have hermes with gpt6 astra i mean that's pretty cool so from the drop down we can select which one we prefer to use which looks way nicer than before uh we have claude if you prefer to use claude and we have codex with gpt6 astra as well plugged in plus we have the new memory galaxy and all of my best automations inside here so for example we've got like open montage open design inside there video editor agent game studio music agent seo agent etc all inside this powerful system so you know if you if you want to get this full system it's through how to use gpt6 to build a powerful agentic operating system so one of the things that i found with gpt6 astra is that it's incredibly powerful for building and designing your own tools including the agent operating system now if you're wondering okay what is an agent operating system basically it's where all your agents can stay in one place you can build custom workflows to build and automate anything and it's incredibly easy to use and set up with something like gpt6 astra the other thing that i would say here and this is absolutely massive is that it's so much faster for building with and what i mean by that for example is like if you're using claude right now on claude fable 5 or 5.1 it's so slow it often makes mistakes it misses obvious things and it just seems so like bloated and slow to use that it struggles now if you had asked me a few weeks ago okay why would you use codex instead of claude i couldn't tell you but now i can and what it is is the new model from gpt6 astra so this is really really powerful stuff let me show you an example here so i have a coding project that i've built directly inside claude i've been doing that for months right and that is the agentic operating system that you can see right here now the biggest thing that's hit me is that when we're using this i thought you know i don't want to move and transition everything from the claude setup that i have on all my coding projects over something like codex that would be a nightmare it would take a long time it would be slow time consuming i wouldn't even know where to start but one thing that i actually found is like you can just take it if you're running a project locally or you're coding something out locally like for example this system that we've got here you can literally just take a screenshot and you can copy that right so you can copy this and then we can go over to chat cheapity which is what i did over here so i took a screenshot and plug that in and i said can you improve the memory galaxy so it looks more beautiful more interesting more captivating and more attention grabbing and is even more useful see the screenshot attached this is running locally inside our agentic os so you see how i don't have to give it any instructions i don't even have to load in the files locally i don't have to tell it which directory or which local folder this is running from astra just gets it right and this is on astra medium this isn't even like the highest setting for astra so it's really really powerful for building agentic operating systems now if you're wondering where to start here's what i recommend to you is that you look at where are you spending your time right now so for me for example when i when i was building this out with astra yesterday there were three things i wanted to improve number one was the actual ui of the whole project which didn't look very nice before and so what i actually did is i took a screenshot of the system here and i just went over to chat gpt and i said listen i want to upgrade the ui can you improve the ui so that it looks more beautiful and you can see what the old version looks like so this was the old version and this is the new version quite a big difference like it's subtle but it definitely looks a lot nicer and so we literally said can you update the agent os running locally at this address to the codex section is using gpc6 astra as well um and it just you know we said can you improve the ui and upgraded the ui it added gpc6 astra inside the codex section and also added it inside hermes now at this point you might be saying okay well why would you use gpc6 or gpc6 astra directly with something like an agentic operating system the reason i'd recommend it three things number one you can just have it as a drop down inside hermes so we can instantly well i can instantly just click and switch between my hermes profiles and have a new one set up astra then we also have for example a new one set up with codex so i can switch between models here i actually have codex with omni root and hy3 which are two free models so we can plug in and we've also got astra ready to go right there so we can switch between them super easy and simple and then finally for example we can build custom tools like i can have a whole section just for seo for keyword research and for generating content using the power of gpc6 with astra as well so you can basically combine like the power of astra with all these different custom workflows and all these agents in one single place and then i don't even need to click over to codex or to chat chibity unless i'm trying to change something i don't have to use claude anymore because i've got it inside this system right here and i've got them all working together inside one beautiful mission control that's ready to go whenever i need it and i can see all the history of what's happened as well so it just makes everything easier it saves time and we can have custom workflows built in and ready to use whenever we want to that is amazing now the other thing that i'll say here is like gpc6 astra is really really fast like unbelievably fast so let me say for example let's have a look at this mission control dashboard here all right i'm gonna take a screenshot of this i'm gonna say right okay can you improve the ui of the mission control so that it's actually more useful more practical it has a more beautiful ui that's more interesting as well and also it helps me gain more control over the whole system because right now it's not really doing anything or telling me anything that's that useful i think you can make it a lot better let me know the changes you're going to make and then also just build them out and plug them into that mission control dashboard and by the way if you're watching this live light and you have any questions feel free to ask as we go along but you can see here for example we've got the mission control dashboard over here and then we've said can you improve the ui and everything else and then we've got the system ready to go right and so it says i'll turn the mission control into a practical overview what's running what needs attention recent work clear actions to open the right controls and it says i'll replace the vague status titles with useful details give active work priority and make the layout more visually engaging and first it's going to check which live signals the system or it exposes and then build it into the dashboard so you see how basically it's looked at the problems which is basically this page is not that useful right it could be much more useful i mean there's some cool stuff in here like for example we've got the goal section which is useful you know we have we have some useful things inside there the journal the memory for sure that's useful undeniably but if you actually look and we go on the ui it's like what am i using the rest of it for couldn't i make this way better and so what we've got inside codex is it's beginning to now build that out and just make it 10 times better and so i would recommend this for you it's like you basically want to start with the projects you already have and then you can just plug them into codex and say hey how can i make this better how can i improve the ui how can i have more features what do you think based on your memory of me would actually help me perform better work or make this project better and so these are all the different ways that you can use gpt6 astra now also if you go inside this agentic operating system one of the things i absolutely love as well is like we have for example gpt uh code over here what this means essentially is like we can use gpt6 astra inside cloud code so we get like a powerful agentic harness directly with gpt6 we also have for example a video editor we have open montage which you can create like amazing movies we've got open design which you can design stuff we have the memory galaxy here and so this is another really useful tool is like you know if you're if you weren't using for example gpt6 previously and then you just started using it one of the problems you're going to find is like it doesn't have a good memory of you so how can you fix that well what i like to do is i will use something like obsidian and i will plug obsidian into this system right here so if we go into obsidian it's got all of our memories all of our nodes got all this information about us and then if we go inside the memory galaxy here you can see that we have an obsidian memory galaxy plugged in and that means you know when gpt6 astra came out it already has context of me it already has all these memories of me if we zoom in here you can see these are all different memories of us right and we can also see how our agent actually analyzes that so for example we click on this node here which is called dscript we can see all the constellations we can see them organized into like daily projects everything else is actually just improving the ui here but basically inside obsidian we've got all these memories that are linked together and we can have them ready to go inside one beautiful system and so it makes it much easier to just keep everything in one place and to keep everything organized which is really really useful so it's now rebuilding the mission control and you see it's beginning to add that in and also we can see the previous changes we've made so it makes it super easy one thing that i would definitely recommend especially if you're working on multiple projects is like inside codex inside chat gpt just pin the actual projects here so you see for example we've got this pin section that just helps us keep track of what's happening and what we're working on at the minute so that's super useful and so if we go inside obsidian we've got all this information here we've got our memory galaxy we can plug that directly into our systems and then we have chat gpt building this out and improving it okay and you can see it's just running the commands in the background now one thing you're going to notice is like if you're rebuilding anything inside the agent os it might just take a couple of minutes to to refresh but look at this we've now got the brand new mission control that we've just built and so we can see for example we've got the checks passed we can open up the agent workspace we can go straight to hermes we have for example if we scroll down here we've got work in motion so we can add new ideas what six things to look at so six things to improve and then we can choose our control room so if we click on hermes it takes us straight to hermes but the ui looks way nicer than it did privacy and it's just actually useful and then we can pause the monitoring if we want we can refresh we can click on our command palette and this allows us to search for our whole dashboard here but it's just much easier to just manage everything in one place which is exactly what we want by the way if you're looking at this and you're like you know this looks pretty cool and pretty useful and you want it you want this system that i've actually built for you i mean you could build it yourself from scratch but i think it would take you a long time or you can just get our system ready to go you're spending your time on then just order your time right just literally create a create a google doc monitor what you spend your time on hour to hour and then whatever you spend your time on repeatedly and you know you could automate so for example for me in the past it was like creating content or creating videos or for example seo then you just automate those things next and from there you just build this out step by step right really really cool and you can see how quick and easy it was to change the whole mission control like nothing broke it was easy to set up it redesigned the whole thing made it look more beautiful it looks more interesting now and you can rebuild any of your projects it's very easy to just import them into codex as well and you're ready to go anytime so this game is all about so i'll see you inside there she's watching i'll see on the next one so today we are going to be looking at omachi which is a brand new free agentic os from line what is a linux os uh so essentially what this means is like it's an operating system for your whole computer that is designed specifically for using ai agents and i just kind of want to test it today i've seen a lot of hype around it i want to see how it performs how it goes with using this and the cool thing about this is if you're on mac you don't need to basically like delete everything you've already got which is kind of what i was already worried about so if you're watching this and you're on a mac what you can actually do is you can get astra 6 so i got gpt aster 6 just to set it up for me and before i installed it i just made sure like you know can i use this at the same time as having mac os so you can use something called try omachi and with try omachi you can basically run it without any setup so here's what the free github repo looks like and then if we want to test this out you can see i've got it open down here now if we take a look this is an example of what it looks like and then we just need to start the setup so if we press return like so we can go through the setup guide here so we're going to go with english uk and then we can give it our username and see how it goes from here so i'm just going to sign off for this now actually this is a bit so it's asking for a host name as well again like this is the first time i'm setting it up and configuring it so i'm just going to get astro to help me here please help help set this up and then we're going to go from there so basically astro installed it for me and then configured it for me as well and then basically it's running its own windowed mode so it's kind of it kind of feels and looks like terminal but this is basically like a whole different operating system which is set up and ready to go if anyone's watching this by the way and you have any questions about sort of thing feel free to ask uh man says would this run in an m3 pro max absolutely i think yeah i don't i don't think it's super heavyweight so i think you just need about eight gigabytes of space so for example i'm running this on a mac studio you can see here um i've got 36 gigabyte memory it's apple m4 max and seems to be working like totally fine right now but we'll see how it performs with the rest of the setup in a second as well so let's see what we got so we're gonna just type this in now we can get this set up here looks all good to me and then it's just going to start setting up the machine as you can see right here when i'm using it it's pretty fast and responsive so if you ever use like a vps sometimes vps can be super slow when it's in a separate window like this but this seems to be super fast which is good and then it's asking me to update so we're just going to update it right here and then you can see it's updating now all right that's finished nice and this is what it looks like once it's set up again this this is something that i'm learning as we go along here so it's kind of fun to test this out and see how it goes so let's see i actually asked gpd6 for some ideas on like what we could do and how we could use it so it says gpd aster actually says map control connection times out inside the linux window but let's see what it recommends for this let's see what we can do with this also if you ask astro the good thing about this is like it's got information about you it's got its context and memory about you it knows what you work on day to day and so it can give you like specific use cases got another question from truekish which is hey i have a question is using open code go plus hermes good or is they a better alternative so open code is pretty good with hermes you can combine them together um yeah i think that's a pretty good combination especially for example you can get a free apis on open code that you can't get elsewhere so it's pretty good for that and you can use open code as the brain and then you can use for example hermes as the actual agent harness it depends what you're doing as well if you're doing like agentic stuff with hermes then you know that's a great harness but if you're just coding then you might as well just use open code directly if that makes sense now one of the benefits of this with your ai agents is that when you're using something like amachi right basically you can get your ai agents to control this uh this operating system in its own window so what this essentially means is like you can customize it how you want it to be done so if you have like for example certain apps you want to build if you want to like customize the actual computer system itself then you can do that with your ai agent inside amachi which we'll come on to in a second so what we're going to do now is allow access with our ai agents so you can see here that astra is actually configuring amachi for me so what this means is basically we can give astra 6 or whichever ai agent you prefer for me right now my favorite is a codex inside chat gpt with astra 6 and that just allows astra 6 to be able to control and configure it so for example we were talking about vibe coding cool stuff into amachi and now that we've connected them together we can basically give access to gpt astra 6 to be able to control amachi right so we just have to allow ssh which we've done so we've set up ssh inside here if you're wondering how i did that how i set that up so basically what you can see here is uh we got some ideas on what we can do inside amachi from astra so astra 6 like what are the best ways to use this and then i said can you do this directly it gave me the steps and i said can you actually just do this for me and so in like 60 seconds it configured amachi so that astra 6 can control amachi for us which is exactly what we want it just needs to authenticate so when you set up amachi you have a password and you have a username and so we just need to give that to our ai agent as well which is what we'll do here we actually we got a good question here which is bro why did you use astra for setting up amachi are you crazy um so for me i'm just like this is the first time i'm setting up man chill chill uh but number two like i always find it's easier if you just sync your ai agents to do everything for you right it saves you a lot of time and then also from the beginning your ai agents understand you and understand what you're working on and everything else even if it uses up tokens bear in mind i'm just on the chat cheapity subscription i don't really worry about tokens honestly i actually don't even know how to open up terminal inside linux i've never used linux before kind of feels like the first time i was setting up open core i just didn't know what i was doing all right so press command and enter to open up terminal in amachi there we go so if you want to open up a terminal inside amachi you can type command and enter if you're on a mac and then it will open up like so it's a bit different to mac os so what you can do from there is you type in who am i to get your username if you can't remember it set up and astra needs that to be able to configure and use amachi for you which is what we've done over here subject says create a separate channel by ai and game development honestly i don't think i am the best person in the world to learn that from so it's probably not something i'm going to do also like i like to stay super focused when i'm creating content so i'm not going to create like you know separate stuff for stuff i don't even know about but great idea i'm sure there's someone out there who will or already has and now you can see that astra is configuring amachi for us so it's fully connected using ssh and then it should be good to go also something to note here is that with this setup you can't access it from anywhere so i just wanted to check here so if you're setting up amachi and then you're giving access to gp6 astra on your computer so for me for example i have codex set up with the mac studio and then we've got amachi running in a separate window over here the thing to note is that it can't access it from anywhere it's just on this device if that makes sense it's kind of running locally and then you can see it's building out this tool right here now you can actually use astra 6 to configure in separate tasks different things right so for example in this window we could have the tool that we're building but then we could create separate ones if that makes sense um and it's also created a new tool inside amachi here so basically this is kind of like vibe coding but for operating systems so you can see that it's created this tool i'm just going to test it out now and then it will save it inside the ideas md file what what i'm super confused about is like when you're using amachi you can see for example here you have different screens and i think this is just me getting my head around linux in general well we've got this kind of terminal window then we have two three four five at the top so i guess you can have separate screens with separate things on them we've saved sort of setups here and then also you can see there's no option to like close the window i am completely new with with linux uh i mean this is kind of fun for probably if you're a developer watching this you're like oh what is he doing but i just want to be transparent with you not gonna pretend to be uh amazing at this stuff all right so how do we get rid of this terminal window type exit or press enter all right let's try this oh it's not doing anything when i type now there we go all right that's how you close the window exit and then command and enter to open the terminal nice all right and then if you have a look at that tool that we built a second ago the one for capturing ideas we just press command shift and i and then it opens up right so we've got this custom tool ready to go whenever we want to um and then it will save it into our documents ideas ideas ideas md file so that is tool number one so you can see how quickly even for someone who's never used it before you can kind of get your head around it and start building out with this and with that tool ready to go whenever we want to so like that and then we can cancel on that and then also we can start building out more cool stuff into it so let's have a look what else we've got here we created the instant idea capture tool what else we got ai task indicator at the top we could create like an ai profit boardroom desktop theme a morning briefing panel let's try that now if we go back to omachi actually and i'll in the meantime i'll build out the morning briefing panel into omachi so it should start building that in the background there's also a good manual for ai which we've got over here to get more ideas so this basically breaks down like all the cool things you can do and how it works so you can for example like run claude codex inside there open code could be a good option all these different options as you can see right here and then there's an agents panel so i'm just going to plug that into astro as well we'll fork the conversation so that it can carry on building in the background give me some more ideas about how i can use this or what other cool things i can do with this oh that's cool so moon says you can change the theme theming is so cool as a feature inside amachi you can create a new theme with astra live for example uh whatever you prefer all right cool let's try some stuff like this so i'm going to say inside here can you create a futuristic ai robot theme inside amachi maybe you could use your image generation skill and then use that to customize and make it feel really cool and futuristic so that's pretty interesting basically if you look at like mac os when you use it everything is kind of very very simplified and you stick with it and you sort of accept it as is but when you're using amachi you can customize it how you want you can build it how you want you can you can change every single part of it i guess and now we've got three agents coding at the same time so we have one here where it's building out the morning briefing panel then we have this section that's understanding more use cases and over here we are improving the theme and changing the theme inside of amachi so if we press command you can assign like custom hotkeys as well to the stuff that you're building inside here so you can basically build apps and then have them ready to go inside a shortcut so if we press command shift and j we've got the morning briefing system over here one thing i've noticed is like these windows are super confusing but basically we can add new tasks over here so we can refresh your briefing we can save it we can capture an idea connect it up there we can add a task so let's say for example let's have a look at all right spilling out the theme as you can see so let's try this out added that task yes you've created like your own sort of to-do list app inside amachi here as you can see we can close that or open it and we can also open up the capture an idea system as well right so if we press command shift and i that opens up the capture an idea system if you want to add more tasks inside the morning briefing we've got that over here then we can refresh it or save it as a markdown and then we've also got the custom theme as well built into this and then it will change everything so you can see for example here it will change not not just like the wallpaper but for example like matching colors to the desktop the menus to terminal everything else so it changes like the whole vibe and feel of the whole thing as well pretty interesting yeah definitely going to take a while for me to get my head around that but that's basically how to use amachi how to set up how to get astra to configure it for you and then basically how to build anything right so any sort of app any idea that you have anything that you want to build into your os you've got it right here and also the i think the most useful thing about this is you can basically have two operating systems open at the same time so we've got mac os open on our computer but then we can also control amachi as an os in the background as well and we can switch between them or we can get astra to control them so if you have an idea for an app you can say okay build that into amachi and then it's ready to come back to whenever you want to which is really really cool and super useful and you can see how quick and easy it is to to start building this stuff as well and then you can switch back between themes as well and you can code with multiple projects at the same time so that's basically
